Descripción
Guerlain's Aqua Allegoria Rosa Pop is a fruity floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2016, this composition was created by perfumer Thierry Wasser. The top notes of red berries and lemon (sour lime) awaken the senses; the heart reveals violet, rose, and peony, while the base rests on woody notes.

Years ago, on a trip to France, I bought a huge pack of flower jam jars, which I didn’t enjoy because they smelled like soap or perfume to me. I usually eat with my eyes, and then things happen XD. But when I smelled Rosa Pop, I couldn’t help but think of rose jam. To the taste, it seemed weird and soapy, but to my nose, it smells incredible.
I got excited about the name Rosa Pop Rose Water; I imagined something playful, flirty, and full of surprises. The reality? It smells like roses, period. I mostly wore it on hot days and decided it was a great purchase. It’s exactly like the ads: a bouquet of pink and white roses with dew, fresh, soft, and cheerful, with an acidic berry base. Despite being fresh, it lasts about 6 hours. I always get compliments; it’s simple, easy to wear, and everyone loves it.

I only perceive roses and violets. For me, it’s too simple. Even though I love roses, this perfume feels a bit weak. The quality is good and the scent is natural. The projection is moderate for the first half hour and lasts about 5 hours on my skin.

“Rosa Pop” has a name that fits perfectly. It smells modern, fun, and a little irreverent; it’s not the classic rose everyone knows. It’s not for teenagers—any woman can wear it—but it is carefree and playful. At first, it’s fresh and sweet with citrus and berries, and after 20 minutes, the rose and peony come through. The violet just adds a touch of powder. It dries down beautifully, becoming sweeter with a caramelized hint. It definitely shines more on mild or warm days (above 71°F); in the cold, it feels dry and bitter. The trail and longevity are good for an EDT.

Out of all my Allegoria scents, this is the queen of versatility. If I don’t know what to wear, this saves the day. Even though it doesn’t have a ton of notes, less is more, and it delivers perfectly. On my skin, it lasts about 5 to 7 hours. It works great for any age and any season.
Of all the Allegoria scents I own, this is the queen of versatility. If I don’t know what to wear, this saves the day. Even though it doesn’t have a ton of notes, less is more, and it delivers hands down. On my skin, it lasts about 5 to 7 hours. It goes great for any age and any season.
