Delicious, it smells like natural summer coconut. The opening is refreshing and bubbly, with good sillage, unlike many coconut fragrances. It smells super natural, highly recommended, and unisex. The only downside is the longevity: it fades after 35 minutes and on dry skin it only lasts half a day. As in the previous comment, you have to test it on your skin; it’s not a blind buy because it changes based on pH and longevity. Scent 8 Longevity 5 Sillage 6.
Delicious fragrance. The coconut feels more feminine in warm climates, but to find the one that suits your pH best, test any ‘unisex’ fragrance before buying blind. The notes aren’t synthetic (very natural, milky); it’s very fresh for summer and perfect for cold climates too (you can detect the tonka bean, a masculine vanilla scent). +Pros: Must-have if you love natural coconuts. The citrus is noticeable without hiding the sweet and floral notes. Moderate sillage for the first 3-4 hours, then it loses intensity and stays close to the skin. The bottle is very beautiful and classic. -Cons: It lasts what it’s supposed to; if you moisturize your skin well or apply it on clothes, it projects better and lasts longer. It’s not suitable for all noses (like all coconut scents).
I was pleasantly surprised! I expected a sunscreen scent, but it wasn’t that. It might have a certain beach sand vibe, but it’s interesting. The opening is juicy, coconut water, sweet but acidic, very similar to real coconut. The alcohol dries down and a toasted coconut appears. It’s not the sweet Brazilian coconut known, but rather the style of toasting unsweetened coconut flakes. It’s a curious sweet and fresh mix, both on the palate and as a perfume. Gradually, woody notes appear, but always bathed in coconut. After 10 hours, it smells more floral. Impressive longevity! We’re already buying it with a friend (along with Ginger Piccante). A perfumer friend said she likes it less because it’s more aquatic than creamy; I think she’s right.
Coconut Fizz has been one of my summer loves and is now a must-have in my collection. Although it’s not complex at all, I love wearing it. I see it as perfect for daytime, and despite its simplicity, it exudes a carefree elegance. It smells like coconut water, very sweet but clean and refreshing. The coconut note seems very realistic. Sometimes I detect a slight green note, like fennel, as others mention on Fragrantica. It has a moderate-to-high sillage and lasts 5-6 hours if applied generously (about 9 sprays) on hydrated skin. It’s an unpretentious scent that’s a pleasure and surprised me with its longevity, knowing that other Aqua Allegoria fragrances don’t last long. Scent 9/10 Longevity 7/10 Sillage 8/10 Value 7.5/10 Versatility 6/10 Packaging 9.5/10 Would I buy again? Yes.
So delicious! It’s sweet and fresh at the same time. It lasts a long time on my skin for an EDT. It’s a simple, linear scent, perfect for everyday wear in spring and summer.
Oh, my review got cut off, haha. Here’s the rest: I bought the Granita Pear from the line and it came with a sample. The opening is powerful and the notes are overwhelming; the first five seconds were ‘oh no’, but then it becomes exquisitely balanced. I prefer this to the opposite. It’s common for perfumes to be wonders at the start and then disappoint. I feel it’s ideal for summer, perfect for an adventurous, extroverted, and charismatic woman. The coconut is achieved and balanced with a floral touch that makes it the star. I sense a tiny avianilla note, nothing cloying. This sets it apart from being a childish body mist. I used it an hour ago and I feel less and less of it, so I’d buy the large version (125ml) to carry decants and touch up.
I tried it today and it’s already on my shopping list! It’s super summery. It smells very similar to my Waikiki Beach Coconut body mist from Bath & Body Works, though this one lasts longer.
I bought it blindly as a coconut lover. Upon trying it, I barely felt the coconut; bergamot and the aquatic note dominate, which smells like cucumber on me. If it weren’t so light, I’d be head over heels. I don’t perceive any sweetness, coconut, or flowers. For now, it’s too expensive for what it is: soft, just for stepping out of the shower like a cologne. I see it as unisex due to the bergamot. For me, it’s a NO for now. It’s fresh, green, and unisex, but for that I use Monotheme’s Bergamotto, which costs six times less.
What I read in the reviews happened to me: I wanted to try it for the coconut and had high expectations. Pity I never felt the coconut; it just smells aquatic and light, with strange notes. My advice: don’t buy it blindly based on the coconut and freesia notes, try it on skin, let it develop, and see if you like it.
It turned out similar to what I read: I wanted to try it because I love coconut and had high expectations. Unfortunately, I never smelled any coconut; it just seemed aquatic, light, but with some strange notes. My advice: don’t buy it blindly just because of the coconut and freesia notes. Test it on your skin, let it develop, and then decide if you like it.
Coconut in all its glory! Incredibly potent and tropical scent with a fruity, sweet touch. The trail is excellent, and the moderate longevity is perfectly normal for an EDT.
Coconut in all its glory. Wonderful, strong, tropical, and fruity aroma with a sweet touch. Very good trail and moderate longevity, ideal for an EDT.
Same as the Donna Karan one, but it lasts less on skin: a whisper, less than half an hour, and I’m generous. Except for the Nerolia Bianca, none of the line lasts anything.
I only smelled it in the perfumery and the sweet coconut felt distant, nothing fresh. I didn’t dare try it on skin, but I see from reviews that it changes quite a bit.
Rich fragrance, fresh and soft coconut that everyone loves. Pity it doesn’t last on skin at all: literally an hour. I touch it a lot to let it soak in, but it fades fast. I’m fascinated by the smell, but I won’t buy it again due to the longevity and price. A frustrating experience with an incredible scent.
Didn’t convince me. The coconut scent is appealing but it’s not achieved here; it’s more aquatic, with bergamota coming out first and coconut staying in the background. Starts weird and sweet, but not loud. The trail is moderate to subtle, skin-close. Longevity is medium (4-6h). It’s fresh, light, and aquatic, but the sweet opening makes it feel feminine; after three hours it shifts to unisex with a trail of bergamot, sandalwood, and marine notes. Performance is like a body mist, which is fine, but the scent left me wanting. 6/10 scent, 6/10 trail, 8/10 longevity.
I love coconut perfumes and this is the most realistic one: it’s not sweet or sunscreen-like, it’s pure pulp, juice, and shell. I adore it, although the projection and longevity aren’t amazing; for the price, I just reapply whenever I need it and that’s all there is to it.
Hyper-realistic coconut, nothing synthetic; smells like freshly cut coconut, the richest of all. Lasts well on skin and even longer on clothes. I love it, already have my fourth bottle.
