Wild Elixir by Shakira

For an EDT, it lasts well and really projects. It’s an oriental scent with sandalwood, peach, and a touch of amber. I love that it breaks the mold of celebrity perfumes, which tend to be cheaper than designer ones. Just be careful: don’t buy blindly; the opening is strong and can be overwhelming. I see it as unisex.

I can only say it’s quite a strong cologne, like a woman with a lot of personality, but this perfume can sometimes be overwhelming, you really have to put on a little… At first I got excited about the new scent… But in the end it’s too L A U G H I N G, something good from Shakira is Red Dance Midnight or Rock! Smell those first!

Wild Elixir by Shakira is citrusy and spicy at first, then shifts to sweet and soft, with sandalwood and patchouli. It reminds me of Avon’s Far Away Infinity at the start. It lasts about 4 hours with moderate sillage. Given its serious vibe, I think it’s for those over 25, perfect for work and daily wear.

To be honest, for a celebrity toilette it’s not bad at all. In my case, it has good projection for one or two hours and lasts about 4 hours on skin and 6 or 7 on clothes. It’s a fragrance that’s not bad for the price, so it costs nothing to reapply. For my taste, it’s for a woman over 25, although perfumes never have an age, and it goes great for autumn. I see it as a daily wear. The scent starts with 10 seconds of alcohol, then it settles and the orange with bergamot and blackcurrants appear, followed by the peach. As it evolves, it settles into a sweet peach with patchouli, sandalwood, and cedar. I’d summarize it as a beautiful, sweet, woody peach. Ideal for offices or indoor places, it’s not overwhelming and fits perfectly.

I think I’m the only one who didn’t like it… I didn’t find it bad either, but it just doesn’t smell good on me. At first, there was a lot of alcohol projection that took a while to reveal the clear notes. Then I felt it was basic (depends a lot on pH). If I had to choose between Wild Elixir and Elixir, the latter defines me a bit more. …I had given up on Shakira, but I bought others and found surprises. I always insist: ‘There are no bad fragrances, only diverse tastes, what smells good to one isn’t a general rule, style is personal’. …But it’s also important to share experiences to learn and acquire more dedicated scents that could be misinterpreted. In any case, personally, Shakira is better positioned than Carolina Herrera on my list; CH is overpriced for fragrances that aren’t dazzling, just good.

In my opinion, it’s Shakira’s best perfume. Warm and full of personality. Fruity and sugary. It leaves a rich scent that projects well on my skin. I sprayed it on my wrist and while walking down the street, I could keep smelling it, something that doesn’t happen with other, more expensive perfumes. Definitely, I’m adding it to my daily rotation.

I bought it because the store gave me the set as a gift with any purchase. In my opinion, it’s sweet and very woody. I don’t like the opening note; it’s a very strong, sweet, and woody scent. After two hours, it smells like nothing; it just didn’t work with my skin chemistry.

It’s a rich perfume, sweet but not fruity; it’s oriental wood with citrus. It gives a mature touch and it’s amazing.

I have it and use it because it was a gift, but I don’t think it’s special. It’s overly sweet, you can tell the peach a lot. Terrible longevity, if I shower it barely lingers.

I like it at first, but after two hours I’m completely obsessed. At first it’s strong but not unpleasant, it smells like sandalwood and peach. After two hours… wow, it smells like roses, tangerine, and black currants. Delicious and exquisite. Longevity and trail are moderate-to-heavy. I love the bottle for its desert colors and ‘wild’ design. I recommend it to free-spirited, striking women who want to be sexy and wild. I’d give it 8.5/10.

I thought it would be another one, but I was wrong: it doesn’t just smell good, it lasts forever on the skin. The first Shakira didn’t do anything for me, but Wild Elixir seems to be the best. I love the packaging, I’m sure I’ll collect it.

I love it, I use it for work; even my brother says I smell good 🙂 These are perfect perfumes for the day if you like sweet but fresh scents. Colleagues always ask what I’m wearing, it smells great 😉

The opening is wonderful, it transports me to a super relaxing place. The base notes are very soft and give a sense of comfort with the trail. The bottle is gorgeous and the color even more so. When they gave me the sample, I enjoyed it so much I bought it on the spot. Incredible longevity despite being an eau de toilette. Highly recommended for quiet, personal days.

Hi, I didn’t have much faith in it but I was surprised: it’s soft but very sweet and exquisite. After Nina and Spirit, it’s one of my favorites 🙂

It’s very gourmand. Smells like juicy, ripe tangerine with rose and blackcurrants so ripe they melt in your mouth. I’m surprised there’s no amber, though maybe what I’m sensing is that mix of ripe fruits, peach, and a candied patchouli. If you like sweets, you can’t stop trying it lol, greetings ^^
