Descripción

Sweet by Lolita Lempicka is a floral-fruity gourmand fragrance for women. Launched in 2014, this composition was created by perfumer Anne Flipo. The top notes feature tart cherry or maraschino accompanied by sugar, establishing a sweet and vibrant opening. The heart unfolds a harmony between cocoa, iris, and angelica, adding depth and floral texture. To finish, the base notes reveal a soft musk and cashmere wood, closing the olfactory pyramid with warmth and persistence.

  • It’s not a horrible scent for me, just very sweet. The last time I wore it, I suffered; it was too cloying. I didn’t remember it being this sweet, like an acid cherry caramel (the kind with soda inside) mixed with lip gloss. It projected wildly at first, but after two hours, it stayed right next to the skin. On my skin, it doesn’t last five hours. It was a gift from someone who knows I like Lolita Lempicka, so I keep it with affection. I’ll have to find the right moment to wear it and discover its charming side.

I can’t believe there are people who don’t enjoy the playful essence of Sweet. I fell in love at the first spray and still dream of the scent. It took me back to my childhood memories: me on Day of the Dead dressed up asking for candy, then going home to put them on the altar for my little brother who passed away very young. I’d take out a Tutsi Pop palette and enjoy watching Disney Channel’s horror specials. Sweet smells like that palette but in an exquisitely sour version, with a touch of chamoy. Just smelling it made my mouth water. It’s a versatile gourmand for those with a very active inner child. Not even joking, it’s not for formal wear, but very casual, like those days when you can and want to be yourself and let life take you wherever it goes, regardless of what others say. Its sillage and longevity are moderate on my skin, which doesn’t bother me. The only thing I could criticize (as with all the Lolita Lempickas I’ve tried) is the high price, but I consider it fair. It’s what happens when you have expensive tastes. Scent: 10/10, Longevity: 8/10, Sillage: 8/10.

  • The only thing that disappoints me is its sillage and longevity, which are too weak on my skin, but the scent is charming and sweet, as other reviews say, it smells like a sugared cherry lip gloss.

I bought this little perfume a few days ago, so sweet and childish… and here I am with my review. It has moderate sillage and very weak projection. If you love extra-sweet perfumes for personal enjoyment, you’ll love it. I don’t find any resemblance to Cartier’s Dèlices, which feels more mature to me. In my opinion, it’s not the best from Lolita Lempicka, but since they’re discontinuing it, I didn’t want to miss the experience. I’ll use it mostly for casual outings with friends or family, especially in winter.

It literally smells like sugared water. I loved it at first, but then it settles down. I can’t distinguish the other notes; it’s just VERY SUGARY WATER, smelling like lollipops. It’s for young girls, a fun perfume, but I felt like bees would follow me if I wore it.

  • At first, it smells like sugar water, but afterwards, it’s a rich cocoa scent with a hint of vanilla, even though vanilla isn’t in the pyramid. Thanks to the iris, it turns powdery. I’m glad I bought it.

  • Carlos Andrés

It smells like rubbery, plasticky cherries, very synthetic. At first, it’s sharp, but then it loses its fruity character and becomes creamy. The cocoa adds warmth; it feels almost powdery, like cherries with white chocolate and vanilla syrup. It reminds me a lot of Cartier’s Baiser Fou once it dries down; the theme is the same: sweet, sugary kisses. I like it, but I expected something sweeter; it feels like they’re reusing a formula. If you can’t find Cartier BF, this is a good alternative. Sillage and longevity are moderate.

I was looking for a maraschino cherry scent, like those in jars with syrup, boozy and intoxicating. I found Lolita Sweet, but it’s nothing like what I wanted. It doesn’t smell like real cherries, but rather a playful, sugary, candied red palette; I can’t detect the cocoa. It’s fine for young girls; I would have loved it for middle school parties. For now, it’s my morning perfume—very soft and short-lived, but perfect for spraying after a shower and then changing. Sometimes it’s worth having fragrances that don’t last long so you can switch up during the day.

  • I love the bottle; it looks like a half-bitten apple. It smells of sweet cherries for the first hour, then warms up with cocoa notes, but the dry-down is very woody and feels sour on my skin. I’ve given it a thousand chances; it’s a shame it just doesn’t get along with my skin chemistry.

  • 14318365_lore

It fades faster than a sigh, a total disappointment. At best, it lasts half an hour, which is nothing compared to its sister, Lolita Lempicka, a fantastic fragrance that lasts forever.

  • I find the comments like ‘if you like reggaeton, this is your perfume’ or ‘if you like this, you’re a cheap girl’ funny. Well, I don’t like reggaeton; I like hard rock. I dress as simply as possible, and yet I love this perfume. Everyone can have their opinion; if you don’t like it, great. But let’s leave the clichés. Perfume is something very personal.

  • Sweet and I took our time to get along, but now I can say it’s a fragrance I absolutely love. Its aroma is quite linear and carefree, sugared cherries with a slight chocolatey nuance. It lasts 6-7 hours on my skin and fixes very well on clothes. The sillage is moderate. The bottle, as is usual with Lolita Lempicka, deserves mention, and I’m glad to have it in my collection after getting to know it better. If its aroma feels short on depth and maturity but you’re looking for something similar to cherry, I recommend Modern Muse Le Rouge Gloss (discontinued but still possible to find). It smells similar but is denser, more particular, and darker thanks to the vinyl and leather. That said, for the same reason, it’s much less safe to buy blind. Scent 8.5/10, Longevity 7.5/10, Sillage 7/10, Value/Price 7/10, Packaging 9/10. Would I buy it again? Yes.

Mmm, it smells very much like cherries and is super sweet… but I don’t quite like it because I felt it was very similar to DKNY Be Tempted (the red apple) that I already owned. Let me tell you this: if you want it, try it and also the red apple from DKNY, because they are very similar, and in my opinion the Donna Karan one is better, lasting hours, days… this Lolita has good sillage at first, but honestly it doesn’t last more than 4 hours on the skin. I don’t feel any trace on my wrist anymore, and I didn’t smell any cocoa, just very sweet cherries.

  • To me, this perfume is just cherries, sugar, and cocoa, exactly as is. The cherry feels a bit synthetic, the cocoa adds warmth and makes it slightly darker, and the sugar is just sugar. It’s a very rich perfume that transports me to Christmas. I liked it; it also has excellent longevity and projection.

  • The only thing I smelled was a sweet, powdery apple; it’s a fragrance for girls. It lasted about 4 hours on my skin. Sweet is pretty, but too childish on me. I wouldn’t buy it.

  • Candycandy40

Sweet and tempting this Sweet. It’s true the longevity is short, but the scent is very gourmand: cherries, sugar, and chocolate. Who wants more? The bottle also deserves mention: ruby red, gorgeous.

  • My latest addition to the Lolita Lempicka apple collection: an explosion of sugared cherries. The opening fades quickly, leaving a sensation of candied gum on the skin, maintaining the fruity aroma with a slightly powdery cocoa note (not chocolate) as it dries, along with iris and musk. It’s quite linear, very focused on red fruits with a lip-gloss shine and traces of makeup. If you don’t like these essences, better not to try it; although there’s no gender, red fruit scents tend to be more feminine. I’m a huge fan of the brand, so I wear it without issue, and although the sillage is moderate, it lasts quite a bit because my pH plays well with the sweetness.

  • I already have the renewed edition, but it hasn’t changed much beyond the bottle. It remains sweet, caramelized, and fussy. It’s so light and fleeting that no one can really appreciate it. I loved it, but if it doesn’t last more than two hours, it disappoints me.

  • Sweet, like a red caramel palette. Very youthful, pretty but childish. I have both the original and the new version; they smell the same, only the bottle changed. It doesn’t last on me at all: my skin absorbs it like a sponge. I tested it against Kriska Shock, which also smells like red caramel; Kriska feels more present, ‘creamy,’ and lasts longer. Sweet is more volatile, smells finer, but fades faster.

  • Totally agree with the previous review. Here in Chile, we call it the ‘pacifier’ of the reds: sweet and tart cherry at once, delicious to eat, but to me it smells like a girl and is too expensive for that purpose. Of course, it depends on your wallet. It’s for casual daytime wear with little sillage and longevity. In my opinion, it’s not worth the price.

  • camilaeloisa

This perfume took some time to grow on me, not due to performance, but due to the season. It stands out more in cool and cold climates; in summer, its longevity is shorter and it might feel heavy. Its sweet opening with cherries doesn’t convince me; it feels quite ‘glossy’. What I really liked was the phase after an hour (or more), where the cocoa comes out… I associate it with white chocolate, and that’s when I truly enjoy wearing it. For the price and longevity, it’s great; I bought the 100 ml for about 35 dollars (in Chile).

I bought it blind and loved it 😍😍. I read so many reviews from girls in Chile 🇨🇱 saying it smelled like coyac, but honestly, it’s not like that; it reminds me a lot of Amberries gummies 😻 which I adore. As soon as I sprayed it, I was hooked. It did last for me: hours on skin (though it fades to a whisper) and on clothes, it was still noticeable the next day. I liked it a lot and bought it.

  • The simplest and most beautiful perfume I’ve ever smelled; it smells just like the raspberry gummies from the kiosks. It brings me joy; I wear it and think of when I was a kid going to school and buying loose gummies at the exit to eat while walking home. I love this perfume.

  • estrellitavenus

At first, I notice a slightly burnt caramel, not cloying but abundant. I barely smell the cherry. On skin, it’s long-lasting. It’s a youthful fragrance.

  • I’ve had this fragrance on my wishlist for years, couldn’t find it, and my expectations grew wildly, but when I finally got it, it left me indifferent. I bought it alongside Guess Seductive Red, and that one completely overshadowed it (though I don’t think they’re similar). I love Lolita Lempicka perfumes, but I feel Sweet lacks that ‘special’ signature. It feels generic, like a VS body mist; it doesn’t project on skin, it’s just for personal enjoyment. I’m not regretting it and will give it many chances.

  • It literally smells like cherry caramel, super sweet, like a candy. It doesn’t last long, and the scent becomes somewhat synthetic.

  • Mademoiselle

I had high expectations; I got it a few years ago and remember its scent: sweet cherry caramel, similar to the Tutsi Pop palette. It’s not loud or cloying; it’s discreet, so discreet that it has low sillage and poor longevity, lasting 2 to 4 hours close to the skin. Sadly, it lacks that fairytale Lolita Lempicka touch. I sold it because it was a bad purchase due to its poor performance.

  • I expected much more: I wanted a powerful, sweet, and constant cherry scent, but it’s a super synthetic and very soft smell. You only get a hint of sweet cherry with spicy undertones, like tamarind. It falls short in every way, including longevity; it lasts very little.

  • ybislizarzaburu

I bought it based on YouTuber recommendations, but it doesn’t convince me. It smells too synthetic, like old cherry-scented lipsticks from moms that smell like chemicals. I’m definitely selling it; it’s not my style. I prefer fragrances where the artificiality isn’t noticeable. And let’s talk about longevity: it lasts a maximum of 4 hours on skin (and on me, all fragrances last a beast, even VS body mists).

  • Dama Incognita

It definitely smells like a cherry and sugar palette, just like Tutsi Pop, because those ingredients are there and it’s exactly the effect they’re aiming for. Plus, you can tell there’s a touch of iris that adds some talcum powder vibes, and the angelica gives it a slightly acidic edge; at least it doesn’t have licorice like other LL versions. It’s not the best cherry scent I’ve tried, but it’s a sweet and pleasant aroma for me.

  • valentinamaass

I like it; it’s nothing too refined or complex, it just smells like cherry jam. The downside is that it doesn’t last at all: less than an hour on my skin.

  • Natalia Noel

I bought it to mix things up and try different scents. At first, the notes are overly sweet (in my opinion), but after an hour, the remaining scent actually pleased me. It’s intense, so I apply it moderately. I liked trying it, although it was too sweet for my taste, so I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s certainly a lovely fragrance, just not what I’m looking for.

  • FloorPerfumeadicta

I bought this because YouTubers said it smelled like chocolate and cherry. Unfortunately, it doesn’t; I get a floral, sweet, musky, brandy-like aroma. It doesn’t speak to me; I expected something sweeter, gourmand, creamy, chocolatey, and vanilla-forward. It was a disappointment 😞. As it dries down, you can detect the cocoa, but it’s very soft, making it more of a personal fragrance. The longevity is extremely short—it lasts about 4 hours before I have to reapply. It feels synthetic and linear, more suited for teenagers. I love the packaging, perfect for all seasons, and it won’t overwhelm you. Scent: 6/10, Longevity: 5/10, Sillage: 3/10, Versatility: 10/10, Value: 7/10, Packaging: 10/10. Would I buy it again? For now, NO.

  • A simple, sweet fruity fragrance. At first, the cherry comes through very strongly and feels quite synthetic, like a lollipop. I don’t mind it as much as Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry or Zara’s Cherry Smoothie. After about half an hour, it softens and blends with cocoa, floral tones, and a silky cashmere base. It’s different from what I expected after reading the notes; I thought it would be a generic, potent sweet, but it’s mild in intensity and very wearable. It’s feminine. I know it might seem youthful, but to me it’s delicate and suitable for everyone. Due to its softness, I see it as versatile for any season. Maybe it’s not ideal if you’re looking to turn heads, since it lacks great projection and sillage, but it does cling well to skin and clothes. It’s not bad, though I didn’t like it enough to buy it again.

  • Little Miss is absolutely adorable (especially the 30ml bottle—it’s so cute, looks like a faceted gem with a gold cap). The scent is divine (even though the notes say otherwise, it’s not cloying; it’s elegant and subtle). Unfortunately, the longevity is laughable, which really frustrates me. Lolita Lempicka: I’m your most loyal fan, charge me whatever you want, but please make this divine scent last a little more than an hour.

  • Crystalrose

It smells like a bag of cherry gelatin to me. I didn’t like it because I expected something more intense; in my opinion, it’s not as cloying as it seems, it’s more wearable.

  • Realista nefelibata

Terrible blind buy. Knowing Lolitaland and the first version of Lolita Lempicka, I expected something intoxicating and long-lasting, but it smells like musk (we say ‘koyac’ in Chile), fake cherry, and sugar that lasts a maximum of 30 minutes before disappearing.

  • I tried Nebras before and then Sweet on the other arm. I’m not sure if Nebras overwhelmed my scent, but they felt identical: red fruit with vanilla and cocoa. They share those notes, so if you like one, you’ll probably like the other.

  • MariaIgnacia162

It’s sweet but not heavy. I wouldn’t recommend it for summer because it can get cloying. The cherry note is very prominent, but it’s like a candied cherry. Very delicious.

  • I’m annoyed I grabbed Lolitaland instead of this one; the other didn’t work for me, and now that I’ve tried Sweet, I wish I could turn back time. It smells like synthetic cherry candy, which I absolutely love, making it super casual. The only downside is it doesn’t last at all: after two hours, it’s gone from both skin and clothes 🙁
