I have a sample of this fragrance from the Loewe family, which are all intensely spiced and exotic. This sport version isn’t different, maybe just a bit fresher. It opens with an intense, sharp tangerine, followed by a creamy, soapy, amber aura. As it fades, the spiced body of rosemary and lavender emerges, closing with soft moss and a gentle patchouli. Rosemary is the star here: elegant, versatile, super smooth, and very Loewe. Unfortunately, it’s not for me.
Seemed like a solid fresh take on the original Sólo, keeping a lot of the first edition’s essence. The difference? It kicks off super citrusy before taking a classic-herbal turn thanks to lavender and rosemary, eventually settling into the original’s scent profile. I liked it, and it lasted over 8 hours, which is insane for a sport fragrance. Out of all the Loewe sport versions I’ve tried, this one and Loewe 7 Sport are the best, beating out Essence Sport. Not a masterpiece, but it’s pretty decent.
Intense, spicy, and slightly synthetic tangerine opening for the first 15-30 minutes. Then the projection drops to herbal and amber tones, feeling very relaxing and mature on the skin. Shines in summer and lasts up to 8 hours. It’s like a middle ground between Allure Homme Sport and Chanel’s Ed. Blanché: classic style without the cloying sweetness of Blanché. The citrus notes are stronger than in Essence Sport. Great for the office or hanging out with friends. Loewe is expensive, but there are better value options out there.
I tried several perfumes from Loewe’s ‘SÓLO’ line, and this ‘Sólo Loewe Sport’ is the only one I actually liked. It smells almost identical to the original but fresher and more citrusy. I love that intense tangerine opening—it’s addictive. Then it settles into a soft herbal vibe before transitioning to the classic Sólo base. Perfect for any occasion.
Got a 1.5ml sample of Sólo Loewe Sport and wore it to my graduation at a luxury hotel. Smells like sweet, fresh tangerine, very similar to Clinique’s Happy. People kept telling me it smelled amazing, but the brand is so pricey here, so I ended up sticking with 360 Red P.E., which smells the same at first 💙👌
