Loewe was born in Spain in 1846 as a leather goods collective. The house entered luxury perfumery in the seventies with L de Loewe and, in 2016, launched 001 under the creative direction of Jonathan Anderson. The work of leather and craftsmanship remain the starting point of its image, also in the bottles.
LOEWE 001 is a consolidated family in the catalog, while the Crafted Collection bets on perfumes built around a main material and on bottles inspired by blown glass. Bittersweet Oud belongs to that collection. The current offer also includes lines such as Solo and Paula's Ibiza, so Loewe covers very different registers within personal fragrance.
