Descripción
Perry Ellis 360° Red for Men is a spicy oriental fragrance for men. Launched in 2003, this composition was created by perfumer Jean-Louis Grauby. Its top notes of lime, bergamot, cinnamon, orange, mandarin, cloves, and nutmeg deliver a vibrant and spicy opening. The heart reveals lavender and cilantro, adding freshness and herbal complexity. Finally, the base settles with musk, patchouli, vetiver, sandalwood, red cedar, and oakmoss, closing the structure with a sensual woody finish.

In a word, wonderful. Some might say it’s an Acqua di Gio clone, but I don’t feel that way; Red feels sweeter and warmer, giving it a mature touch. The first three hours (with more than five sprays) is a bomb that captivates everyone you meet. Afterward, it becomes a very weak sillage, but with a rich, masculine dry-down. I can safely say it’s the fragrance that has given me the most compliments, and for the price, it becomes one of my all-time favorites.
To be honest, Perry Ellis 360 Red has been one of my favorite fragrances for many years. It has a great scent; at least on my skin, it lasted a long time, and it’s the one that earned me the most compliments, more so than other expensive fragrances I’ve bought. For the price, it’s truly a great fragrance.
Incredible, great price, and excellent performance.
Excellent spicy and slightly sweet fragrance for everyday wear, especially in the heat. Without comparing it to others, it carries a certain elegant touch with average longevity. I wore it in my teens and considered it very mature; back then, I preferred Cool Water or Swiss Army, but I’d wear this with a suit or to family gatherings dressed up. I think it’s been slightly reformulated, but it’s still striking and has a non-invasive aroma if you don’t over-spray. Economical, neat, and simple—it shouldn’t be missing from every man’s collection from the 90s or 2000s due to its price and quality. I know several people who wear it daily, confirming its versatility, especially for men over 25.
Excellent option for spring and summer. Its trail and longevity are low, but at this price, you can reapply it frequently without any issues.
A pretty good and reliable fragrance. Yes, it’s inspired by Acqua Di Gio, but personally, I like this one more because the marine note in the original smells a bit off to me. In short, a very good fragrance for the price, ideal for summer.
Fragrance almost identical to the original ADG. For the price, there’s nothing better if you don’t want to spend the 60 bucks the real thing costs.
SERE BREVE is essentially an Acqua di Gio with a touch of cinnamon that makes it much richer, plus it lasts longer and projects incredibly well.
Probably the most minimalist scent you’ll find in a while, but in a good way. People are right: it’s an Acqua di Gio at one-third the price with two-thirds more synthetics (smells very artificial, but pleasant). You get what you pay for. It’s a simple, effective fragrance. Don’t expect compliments, but you will smell good, and you will smell good.
I’ve been testing it for two weeks and wow, it is very similar to Acqua di Gio, especially after a few minutes. It’s very flavorful, citrusy with a minimal sweet touch, but not sweet; it gives an impression of elegance and freshness. My wife loved it and it gets her lots of looks. Recommended for hot days and outings. Longevity: yes, it has it, but for the price I give it a 9. Scent: 9, Longevity: 7, Design: 3. The atomizer doesn’t appeal to me.
Got mine. Smells like Versace Pour Homme—clean, citrusy, and slightly soapy. I’ll give it a week to see how the scent evolves. For now, the atomizer is a disaster: it sprays very little liquid, almost like it’s dripping. The box is simple, a classic. I’ll test it out over the coming weeks to see how it holds up.
Does well for summer days, no more, no less: discreet, relatively serious, and very good for the office. If you’re looking to stand out, this isn’t your fragrance; maybe something more like Light Blue Intense. Modest longevity, about 4 to 6 hours, discreet sillage, and projection for a personal bubble.
It’s like an Acqua di Gio. Very rich, I use it for hot days and for the gym. For the price and quality, I give it a 10.
It tries to clone Alberto Morillas’ masterpiece, Acqua di Gio, but only partially succeeds in the first 15-30 minutes; then it loses power in notes, longevity, and projection, just like Zara perfumes.
Similar to Aqua di Gio, but the alcohol is very noticeable. If you like Aqua di Gio and don’t want to finish your bottle, buy Franck Olivier’s Blue Touch instead; it has better-quality aroma than Perry Ellis 360 Red.
Synthetic smell I just can’t stand; it smells very artificial.
Very pleasant and easy-to-wear aroma. Very similar to Acqua Di Gio, but with a hint of cinnamon that makes it spicier.
To me, it’s like mixing Acqua Di Gio, Versace Pour Homme, and Polo Blue; the scent is super rich and I love it, though unfortunately the performance is very poor.
Great smell, medium longevity of about 5-6 hours, good sillage and projection. Worth it for the price-to-quality ratio; I found it for 350 Mexican pesos for 100ml on Amazon Mexico.
This fragrance remains a classic; I took my time finding it again in Iquique, Chile, but luck smiled on me when I snagged a set at a great summer price. It’s like an Acqua di Gio EDT, with good longevity and sillage based on my experience.
The quintessential Acqua Di Gio clone without the marine or floral notes, and with cinnamon as a replacement. If I perceive something sweet that reminds me of peach, which isn’t declared in this fragrance but is in the Acqua Di Gio. It’s wonderful for its price. It projects potently for the first half hour, like a 2-meter trail; afterwards, it settles to about half a meter of projection for an hour, once you let it macerate. In total, it gives 6 to 7 hours of longevity, since the rest is skin scent. Very good, I haven’t bought the famous classic Acqua di Gio yet, but I’ve heard it, and it smells a lot on the street. I’ve had it twice and it’s wonderful, 100% recommended. Right now, I have a Cyzone Fist that smells about 80% similar: it combines the citrus of this with lavender and a fizzy touch, lasts almost the same, maybe a little less, but it’s worth it because it costs a third of the price. If you want to take a look, or rather, give it a sniff xD. My ratings: Scent 10/10, Longevity 9/10, Projection 9/10, Value for Price 10/10.
A very good fragrance, citrusy with a spicy touch, quite similar to Acqua Di Gio, but more synthetic. As for longevity and projection, despite what many say, on me it’s not as lasting: it lasts me 3 to 5 hours and projects almost nothing. Even applying several sprays, I’ve asked people to smell me and they say I smell like nothing after 3 hours. I’d recommend it for daily wear in the heat, it’s fulfilling but that’s it (in my case).
I’d tried other Acqua Di Gio dupes and didn’t have much faith in this one… but honestly, it’s quite good. In terms of longevity, it holds up against other dupes. The only ‘con’ is the opening: the cinnamon note feels more present, but it fades significantly after 15-20 minutes. For the price, it’s incredible what you get. I’d rank this perfume on par with Frank Oliver’s Blue Touch. It’s a guaranteed blind buy.
A good perfume. Just to clarify, if it resembles the ADG, I feel it fails in some points. The main one is the absence of aquatic notes, which is the most essential part of the ADG (hence the name Acqua) and gives it that refreshing side. It also lacks the floral aspect. The 360 is drier due to the cinnamon and nut notes. If I were to describe it, it’s like the ADG is you on an idealized beach eating citrus surrounded by plants; the 360 would be like being in a forest with trees growing citrus fruits. In short, it’s recommended and 100% a blind buy, but don’t expect something exactly equal to the ADG (personally, I’d easily distinguish them by the aquatic part). I’d give it an 8.5/10, with an average longevity of 5 hours and average projection of just over a meter. If you’re looking for other budget options, try Blue Touch and Just Me; personally, I like those better because they actually have the aquatic notes.
Cheap, fizzy, cheap-smelling. It feels very outdated in 2024-2025.
Good job, PE. You make good things, it’s a shame you usually copy other brands, but without a doubt, it’s a great smell at a very comfortable price. Like the ADG, you’re going to get thousands of compliments. I’d like to say it smells different from that perfume, but no, it resembles it a lot. Anyway, buy it; it’s a fact you’ll like it, and your partner will definitely love it.
I picked it up for $18, which is why I bought it. It didn’t spark my interest based on the expectations I had from other reviews. I was hoping for something more citrusy and fresh that would make me feel super refreshed. That cinnamon note goes in the opposite direction of what I’m looking for and kills the projection I was hoping for. Maybe on a cooler day it’s what it lacks. Despite that, I’d recommend picking it up, especially for the price.
It has a pleasant citrus scent, perfect for the heat. On me, it doesn’t last long, but I suppose it’s a matter of pH. You have to reapply it frequently, but since it’s an inexpensive perfume, it doesn’t weigh on your wallet.
Perry Ellis 360 Red starts with a bitter lemon peel and citrus burst, but it’s a rich lemon that sweetens into spices later. It’s about 85% similar to the classic Acqua di Gio: clean and refreshing. I’d wear it only for heat, workouts, or hot office mornings. The longevity for the price is decent. The box is a weird, thick tube (8.0). The bottle is a long cylinder with a light plastic cap that holds up well (8.0). The atomizer is a bit weak and poor (7.0). The price hovers around $30-40 (8.5). It lasts about 6 hours on skin and up to 10 on clothes (8.5). It projects to a meter for about 40 minutes (7.5). It leaves a trail for the first two hours, but it’s light (7). It’s not great for getting compliments, but people like it because it’s relaxing and clean (8.0). Final rating: 8.0. It’s a good alternative to the classic Acqua di Gio, light and refreshing; you can’t ask for more for the price.
It’s a classic: that fragrance you reach for when you don’t know what to wear. Fresh, energetic, casual. The quality-to-price ratio is unbeatable. It’s very casual, though I wouldn’t wear it in cold climates. It follows the path of Acqua di Gio but is sweeter with a less persistent citrus note.
360 Red is fresh, efficient, and cost-effective. Ideal for daily wear and heat, offering solid performance for the price. Those looking for originality or natural composition might be disappointed by its synthetic character and similarity to ADG. In summary: a great choice if you want something pleasant without spending extra, but don’t expect a unique scent.
Smells effervescent and cheap, like cold medicine tablets. Nothing charming and outdated. Sure, some people like it, but now there are many better options with better performance. Just my opinion.
A living proof that cheap doesn’t necessarily mean low quality. The price-to-quality ratio is absurdly good; it doesn’t need advertising. Just try it and know the price, and it’s a safe buy. It shares a huge percentage of the Acqua di Gio DNA but takes its own path. It doesn’t try to replicate it, and that gives it charm. Citrus, green, clean, sparkling with a slight baby lotion touch. During the first 2/3 hours, it shines with enthusiasm. It’s a fragrance that makes you feel like you’re radiating good vibes, being friendly, and a happy person (compliments won’t be missing). That said, you need to reapply every 4 hours if you want it to be noticeable. The atomizer is terrible quality, but who cares? It’s the least of your worries. Perfect gift, whether for your 16-year-old cousin or your 75-year-old grandpa; both will love it.
I see it as a very close inspiration to the classic ADG, but without the rosemary note (which I like, but I wouldn’t wear it because it feels like a more mature scent). Basically, a better option than the original. Better performance, good price, and super versatile. I started wearing it for work; nothing overpowering, and you smell good. Blind buy if you want a good scent or if you liked the DNA of ADG.
Thoughts on this gem: I’m 30 and have been wearing it for 2 years, though I’ve known about it since I was 14 or 15. Back in 2010, everyone was wearing it, probably because of how similar it is to ADG. I kept smelling it but didn’t dare buy it because it seemed like a generic scent. Two years ago I finally decided, and oh surprise, it’s a masterpiece. Yes, it’s very similar to ADG, but in my opinion, 360 Red is superior. Obviously, many people can’t accept that a cheap perfume can be better than an expensive one, but this is the case. 360 Red is a more potent and spiced-up version of ADG, with cinnamon notes that add warmth and make it feel special. For me, it has more winter appeal than summer. Good longevity, lasting up to 10 hours, with strong projection for 1-2 hours. For the price, it’s a steal, and yes, it outperforms ADG, even if many won’t admit it. It will always have a spot in my collection and is one of my go-to scents for December parties; it never fails. It’s ultra-popular and ubiquitous, and… I love it and it works for me.
It gave me an allergic reaction.
Strangely, this is the one that gets me the most compliments; not because it’s bad, but because I’ve been harsher on other perfumes and expected more from them. It’s a straight-up copy of the classic ADG, which I’m head over heels for. My summer school signature scent; I’ve already bought my 3rd 200ml bottle. Highly recommended for hot weather, ridiculous price—I grabbed the last one for $18. If you see it at a good price, you’re obligated to buy it, believe me.
Short review: Perry Ellis 360 Red is a well-made citrus. I don’t see it as a clone of Acqua di Gio, but rather as a flanker that inspires without copying. Opens with mandarin and lemon peel, with a touch reminiscent of classic orange Tic Tacs. I really enjoy it. Cheers.
A good daily perfume, no flaws except I’d love a bit more projection.
Fresh, marine, and very pleasant. It’s not quite the same as Aqua di Gio, even though they’re in the same family; they barely resemble each other. It’s affordable and great quality for the price. Perfect for everyday wear.
