Descripción

Narciso Rodriguez for Her Eau de Parfum by Narciso Rodriguez is a floral musky woody fragrance for women. Launched in 2006, this composition was created by Christine Nagel and Francis Kurkdjian. In its olfactive development, the top notes reveal a duo of rose and peach; the heart is sustained by musk and amber, while the base anchors the structure with patchouli and sandalwood.

  • It smells clean and floral; it’s a very soft aroma. In winter, it has good performance, but you have to bathe in it, so I complement it with lotion. It’s a casual-formal scent, let’s say for daily use.

  • The only thing I can say is that it smells like the Avon creams my grandmother used when I was a little girl.

  • This perfume is a must-have for my wife. Besides, I make sure she never runs out. To me, it’s the most elegant thing I’ve ever smelled. It’s so elegant that when I pass by a lady wearing it, I have to turn around to catch the scent. That said, I don’t see it as suitable for a 20-year-old girl.

  • After trying this fragrance several times (I love NRs, but they have weak longevity on my skin), I decided to buy the 100 ml bottle at Rouge Perfumeria in Buenos Aires. I was happy with the purchase, so when I got home, I opened it near the window in the sunlight. Backlit, I see the liquid reaches the beginning of the black lettering of the name, meaning there’s approximately 12 mm of empty space. Is this normal? Will this happen with all colored bottles? As expected, no explanation or solution was provided. If anyone knows something, I’d appreciate it. The fragrance is classic and divine. A timeless musk invades the space, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. It lends itself to mixing, layering with more floral or woody phases. It lets you play with aromas and create. For me, it’s too minimalist.

  • I admit I’m not a huge fan of perfumes with rose or peach as main notes, which just happen to dominate this one. It’s a very clean combination of rose and peach, followed by a soft white musk that dominates the dry-down. The deep notes (patchouli and amber) are barely noticeable on my skin. Even though it’s not my style, I enjoyed wearing it: it’s cozy, light, and feminine. It seemed like a harmless daily scent that would work in any season and occasion, day or night. I associate it with a delicate, romantic, and innocent woman who likes to feel admired. I see it as perfect for a romantic bride, the kind who marries because she found her ideal partner and has been dreaming of the dress for years. It’s not very long-lasting and doesn’t project much, so I advise carrying a travel spray in your bag to reapply. Pleasant: 7/10 Interesting: 6/10 Versatile: 8/10 Original: 6/10

  • I’ve been using it for years. It’s one of my indispensable favorites. It’s such a beautiful, refined, and elegant aroma that when I wear it, I feel like Elizabeth Bennet in Pride and Prejudice. It’s a timeless wonder. Very floral, musky, and powdery; a treasure in a pink bottle. It’s versatile; I could wear it to the office or on a first date. It should be eternal. Pure romance bottled as perfume. ❤️❤️❤️

  • I’ve been wearing this perfume for months; it’s very personal and elegant. It’s one of the most absolutely feminine and fresh floral scents you can wear. Opinions may vary, but it has a lot of personality. Truly, you must love the elegant touch of a rose garden—a light floral note with middle notes of bergamot that evolves into the powdery warmth of amber and musk. It’s a fragrance without pretensions of being intrusive, perfect for wearing on a crisp autumn morning or during an evening stroll. At night, I interpret it as ideal for a leisurely dinner or for creating new memories.

  • I waited a long time to get this. With great regret, the scent just doesn’t work for me. I bought it based on reviews but it’s a disappointment. Don’t buy blind. I won’t be buying it again, and I can’t wear it either; the smell is strange. It must smell great on others, but on my skin, it smells awful. I recommend testing it before purchasing. I apologize, but I felt so frustrated I couldn’t help but share my annoyance.

  • Soft and velvety; I love all Narciso Rodriguez perfumes. They feel very powdery. It’s a very feminine fragrance, although I personally prefer the Narciso Rodriguez line.

  • Madame_Butterfly

I just want to recommend to anyone planning to buy this perfume to check it against the light (even with your phone flashlight pressed against the bottle) to see if it’s full because I’m sure mine isn’t. I have one that I considered almost full out of 100ml because I haven’t used it much but I’ve used the Musc Noir a lot which has transparent glass and today I saw that the For Her Edp is at the same level as the Musc Noir. That can’t be right; I’m sure they aren’t giving us the 100ml they sell. I’d already heard rumors that the painted Narciso bottles came with less content and now I’ve confirmed it just like a girl down here. It’s unfair that besides being an expensive product they pull our leg by giving us less than we pay for. It’s unjust and a fraud. I’m furious and without a doubt their perfumes will no longer be a priority for repurchase in my collection; if anything I’ll replace one or two but not the whole collection and especially not if I can’t see what they’re selling me.

  • I tested it today… super excited… but on me the scent reminds me of citronella and I didn’t like it…

  • At first it smells great—musk and clean—then it turns into roses and feels like a daily office perfume. But in its dry down… it smells a bit like rubber and plastic to me and after 20 minutes I almost have no scent left. It disappointed me quite a bit.

  • Isabeau Lafontaine

I bought it when it first launched because the moment I smelled it I wanted to own it. Almost 20 years ago it seemed like an original novel and feminine aroma. With just a few sprays I was scented all day leaving a trail like snails which was very unusual for me. It became my signature scent until one day I realized I couldn’t stand it anymore; it gave me headaches. I set the bottle aside hoping for a strange phase to pass but it hasn’t. Today its potency overwhelms me; I find it too synthetic and very musky. I’m aware of the great acceptance of the NR range but since I acquired this lovely matte pink bottle I haven’t felt even the slightest urge to buy or try another. It still sits on my vanity like a ghost waiting for someone to give it the use it deserves.

  • Perfumesjuveniles

I smelled it for the first time yesterday and on my skin it smells terrible like rubber. I suppose it’s my skin but try it before buying blindly.

  • Soyyoymiperfume

For its price which is high it leaves a lot to be desired. The performance is poor; after two hours I can’t smell it and neither can others because they tell me it feels very weak. It’s a synthetic perfume and you can tell; I wouldn’t buy it again. It is feminine yes but for the price I’d buy something else with more personality and better performance. For me it’s a NO.

  • jessica_chinos

I tested the perfume at Palacio de Hierro and thought it was excellent for layering. I bought it but when I tried it at home it smelled like human skin—something sexual with flowers and talcum powder. I regretted it a bit because I planned to wear it to work but with so much sensuality it doesn’t work too well there. It’s best for cool temperatures; I wouldn’t recommend it for very hot summers as it would amplify its seductive nature unless you’re trying to seduce someone who gets close to you.

  • Rodrirumba

This fragrance smells very clean. My wife received it as a gift; her signature scent is Narciso Pure Musk. We also have a home and laundry spray called Asevi Brisa that smells exactly the same and costs only two euros.

  • Sanza Perfu-mística

I wandered through Zara yesterday; perfume lovers know that smelling and spraying what they offer is almost a professional sport. I found Bright Rose a dupe for NR For Her and I brought it home for two reasons: first my NR is running low and this Zara one will fill the gap nicely until… you know not everyone can afford it all the time. The second reason is the sheer joy of comparing them throughout the day. What great news! They’re super similar almost 99.99%. The sillage and projection are identical though the NR lasts a bit longer about 9 hours on the skin. This NR is amazing because every time I wear it it injects me with energy and positivity; it’s so clean cheerful and elegant that it projects an ethereal purity.

  • Audrey2016

Alongside Coco Mademoiselle this is my favorite. To me For Her embodies the feminine sexy and elegant woman. The musk gives it a clean yet sensual touch like a second skin. It’s super versatile for any season with great sillage and longevity. The body cream is enchanting; I think it’s the best I’ve tried. Together they’re a wonderful combo. One of my go-to scents. I honestly can’t think of a single Narciso perfume I don’t like.

  • anamaestracorreo

It’s a great perfume, even though it’s very trendy right now. Now I’m using the Lidl dupe; although it’s not 100% identical, if you spray it twice, you smell like you’re miles away (seriously). When I finish it, I don’t know if I’ll go back to the original or stick with this. It’s not identical, but it could be another variant in the Narciso For Her collection.

  • Miireyaps

I never thought this perfume would be mine. I love sweet, cloying, tooth-rotting scents… sugar through my pores. When I smelled it in the store, it hit me hard and I couldn’t stop inhaling it, plus it lasted forever on my skin, which made me buy it. It’s a total hit, very durable and elegant; I look perfect wearing it as a bride. It’s sweet but bold, softly floral, very tender and elegant. I highly recommend it for those days when you need to escape the sugar but still feel elegant ✨

  • Narciso For Her EDP, what a delight; it’s pure sensuality in a bottle. The genius of Francis Kurkdjian and the distinction of Narciso Rodríguez create a simple yet strong elegance. It’s seductive, clean, and sophisticated. The musk with touches of amber and velvet rose, plus a hint of fresh peach, creates that ultra-femininity. It’s a modern classic that gives you confidence; the more I use it, the more I adore it. Projection is medium but noticeable, enveloping you all day. Lasts 7 to 8 hours. The box is pretty and minimalist. Who is it for? Every man in the world.

  • Marcela C.

It smells like an elegant lady from a movie; try it before spending money. Fortunately, someone decanted it for me.

  • What can I say about this guy? He’s a total hit 😍😍😍. It suits an older woman perfectly, elegant and super sensual. At first, it smells like alcohol, then the rose comes out and takes over everything. It’s an intoxicating blend of elegance and sensuality. The musk lingers and mixes beautifully with the rose. I LOVE IT. On my skin, it lasts 6 to 8 hours. The clone I know is Zara’s Bright Rose; they are identical (what a shame it’s discontinued, I don’t know if they’re making it anymore). Yes, the patchouli takes the lead at the end, but mixed with the rose and sandalwood, it’s a showstopper. In short, it’s a total masterpiece.

  • Something incredible happened today: on the bus, a woman flooded the air with a divine, unique perfume. I was totally blown away (I own almost 20 perfumes), and she was right there with that scent trailing her. I asked her, and she said it was by Narciso Rodríguez but didn’t know which one. I’ll head to a perfumery soon to figure out which one it is.

  • Beautiful fragrance, elegant, feminine, and versatile. Works for any weather and occasion. Incredible longevity and great sillage. My favorite.

  • tandesireerome

Smells delicious, I’d buy it again. I’m fascinated by it for daytime wear; I feel clean and very feminine. Too bad it doesn’t last long.

  • biancanabille

I don’t get this fragrance. I love other NR scents, but For Her EDP and EDT feel very scratchy, spicy, aggressive, and a bit animalistic to me 🙁 I want to love it, but I just can’t get used to it.

  • I’m not a huge Narciso Rodríguez fan; most of their scents smell like insect repellent to me. But For Her EDP and Pure Musc are my absolute favorites, which is strange because I’m usually a sweet scent lover and used to hate patchouli. This one smells of patchouli, musk, and roses: fresh, feminine, elegant, and a bit ‘mature.’ It doesn’t remind me of anything I usually wear, yet I love it. It has a vintage vibe and is sharp at first. Don’t buy it blindly.

  • It amused me to read some reviews; the same thing happened to me as to Isabeau Lafontaine. I consider it a very good perfume. I loved it and wore it for a long time, at least two years. I’m surprised to read that for some it doesn’t last on the skin; for me, it lasted until my next shower, and wherever I went, they knew I had been there because I still smelled, and they loved it… They asked me many times what it was. Over time, I started using other perfumes to vary things, even though back then there wasn’t such a fever for fragrances and people tended to be loyal to their lifelong scent, but I already loved this world and discovering new things at that time. But one day, I went to put it on again and I couldn’t believe it… it gave me a headache and generated rejection. I didn’t want that to happen to me with something I loved so much. I gave it many opportunities, tested it at different times, and observed changes, but since then I have a whole large bottle and I can’t wear it. Now I look at it with nostalgia, I still like it a lot, but I can’t stand it. So there it is in my collection, admiring the beautiful bottle, hoping that someday I can enjoy it again. If anyone knows why this can happen, I’d appreciate if you told me. Thanks!

  • Gemma GB, well, that can happen for various reasons, but it has to do with the information our subconscious records. The subconscious records absolutely everything: weather, voices, tones, songs, smells, touch, EVERYTHING. That’s why it takes us to a moment, a sensation, or even revives a past emotion. Usually, you have to dig to find the reason, but there’s always a situation X, which can be deeply unpleasant (a death, witnessing something intense) or superficial (not feeling good about someone, lowering your self-esteem, an unpleasant sensation, or someone who made you suffer using that perfume). If this happens, you can associate that smell with bad memories or reject it to ‘protect ourselves.’ I hope this helped and invites you to dig deeper; most of the time, you don’t need to work hard; sometimes just being aware is like unlocking it, and you say: ‘ah, well, this information isn’t necessary,’ and it can be fixed.

  • I tried the Intense version and then this one, and I say that everything I disliked about the first one, I love about this. It’s a feminine perfume to the max; the rose and peach notes are perfectly balanced with that powdery feel, finishing with a soft patchouli that doesn’t break the harmony. It’s not the most original, which I appreciate, but if you’re looking for an easy-to-wear perfume all year round that makes you feel ‘coquette,’ I think it’s ideal. It doesn’t last long, but enough for this type of scent. Plus, it conveys a timeless, youthful, and simple feeling that will never go out of style.

  • I had a coworker who smoked and used it… I’ll forever keep the incredibly unpleasant association in my memory just from seeing the bottle from afar. It’s my own fault, but it has nothing to do with me… at least in this life. But try it and draw your own conclusions; if you like it (like so many others), get one.

  • Mademoiselle

It’s hard to describe its aroma, but it makes me feel like a classy woman. It’s clean and elegant, yet it doesn’t smell like soap or citrus; it represents a neat, subtle, and confident femininity.

  • It’s a very good perfume; just look at the two perfumers who created it. It’s very feminine, blending fruity, milky, and musky accords in a balanced harmony.

  • It’s a rose perfume, a fresh rose. The musk gives it power and makes it enveloping, sharp, and clean. It doesn’t smell like powdery rose talcum powder, even though that’s in the accord. It’s very fresh but noticeable. On rainy days, it’s the best. I don’t detect the peach. It’s very subtle; it’s not a scent with much evolution, it feels the same all the time: rose, musky, fresh, and clean. For me, all the notes aim to achieve a very realistic rose aroma. It seems like it won’t last, but it feels like it’s there all day.

  • Narciso, Narciso, what have you done to me? It smells exactly like the disinfectant you notice when entering a clinic or hospital.

  • Taste is in the eye of the beholder, especially with scents, and sometimes it rhymes. I discovered this perfume through a sales associate who recommended it as a gift; she was around 50, someone who seemed very experienced, and she pulled it from storage since it wasn’t on display—it had been sitting there for years. Ever since I smelled it, I’ve loved it. As a man, I say it’s incredibly seductive; for me, if a girl wears it, she has an extra point that attracts me; she feels at a medium distance and invites you not to move away. Now that I work in perfume sales, I confess it’s in my top female fragrances; in fact, my mother owns one, and this year I’m gifting it to my sister. Still, I keep one saved and sometimes give myself a quick spritz on my hand to smell it a few times because it’s addictive. I recommend waiting a bit before smelling it so the sensation is better. I know many perfumes, and my mother has received many gifts from me (Loewe, J’adore, Dior Addict…), but this one is very sensual, invites seduction, and is unforgettable. I recommend it 100% for women 25 and up, for weekends or events; maybe wearing it daily would tire you and your surroundings, and it would lose that special touch. Among Narciso Rodriguez’s female line, I consider it the best in Eau de Parfum format.

  • Missfragancias

Still exploring this fragrance and haven’t reached a final verdict yet. I’ve worn it for months and tested it a few times. The first spray was such a strong blast of musk that I got dizzy and got a mild headache. The headache is gone, but the dizziness lingers; I now have to spray it only once on my clothes, and that’s enough. It lasts over 8 hours, and even though I use just one spray and it doesn’t have much sillage, the projection with that amount is potent, so I imagine it would be stronger if I sprayed more. Honestly, with my limited experience with notes, I only detect the musk and a very faint, hidden rose. It doesn’t smell feminine, but neutral. When it dries down, it smells like warm milk. More than sensual, I feel very sexual and animalistic. Maybe in a few months I’ll return with a more complete opinion, but I wanted to share these first impressions. It doesn’t disgust me, but it hasn’t won my heart either.
