  1. I liked it, but I think it needs more testing. Honestly, I was expecting something better.

  2. Test it on your skin first—the difference compared to the cardboard strip is brutal. It has a sweaty opening that isn’t bad, but if that cat pee scent takes hold, it’s hard to get rid of. It’s not for the delicate; it’s a rough ride for anyone avoiding typical sweetness. However, over time that part fades, leaving a great tropical-fruity aroma. It lasts well, has clear notes, and deserves a chance without all the hate.

  3. First off: test it on your skin; the difference from paper is huge. Yes, it starts smelling like sweat—not unpleasant, but if it lingers on ‘cat pee,’ it’s hard to shake that image. It’s not delicate; it’s just at the opening. For those who can’t handle typical sweet scents, this could be a rough ride. Over time, that part fades, leaving a pleasant tropical, fruity, and fresh aroma. It’s not crazy, it’s just… it doesn’t deserve all the hate. It lasts well, evolves, and you can really notice the notes. It’s worth a try; everyone will see if it works for them.

All the Twillys are exotic, fresh, but with character. But I don’t understand why Hermes, no less, would release a flanker with lychee that smells like terrible cat pee. I can’t handle it. The people at the counter were laughing because it’s true: it’s just the opening. Okay, but who wants to smell like pee for even 10 minutes? I don’t get it. I tested it three times thinking I was wrong, but I wasn’t. It smells like stale pee at first. I never reached the ‘after’ or the wonders of the dry-down because the opening was impossible for me. Couldn’t they have skipped that note? For those with a ‘cultivated’ nose who love it, fine, but if people look at you weirdly, it’s because of that animal trail. Literally, it’s very strange to do that; I still don’t understand.

For those who have enjoyed a good wine… do you remember the first time? Did you never think all reds tasted the same? Did you never see crazy sommeliers spotting exotic notes when others only noticed tannins and alcohol? One day, without knowing when, that changes. You start giving the wine time, letting it breathe to oxygenate, and you feel its fruity, woody, and spicy touches better. You feel like the wine changes, but really, it’s your nose gaining experience through time. Why am I telling you this? Because Hermes, Lalique, Trussardi, Comme des Garçons, and Diptyque are my favorite houses, and they share two things: photorealism (if that fits in perfumery) and originality. To understand them, you need PATIENCE and let the perfume ‘work’ on your olfactory bulb. You know what? Since I enjoyed my fellow reviewers’ posts, I confessed that when I got it, I thought: how do I say this can’t be judged in 5 minutes at the store? You have to let it breathe and rest. I decided to wait, and it was so satisfying to read how others realized the same thing in a flash. Wow, long live Hermes for not boring us! I recognize another merit: creating something complex and mutable with few notes. It’s HARD, like standing out in MasterChef with a French omelet. Either you’re a master, or you’re a mess. This TUTTI has a complicated lychee opening with ginger that seems like an obstacle but isn’t. The perfumer plays with evaporation times to bring the lychee up to the cortex and then let it fall into a bed of velvety musk, like a rollercoaster. We go from horror at the peak to the pleasure of safety below… A nearly silky and beautiful finish for the nose. What a great perfume, simple but not for everyone because it’s very its own. Longevity? 10 hours. Projection and sillage? Two hours and medium trail. Not bad; you can’t expect less at these prices. Buy it! 🍷 And remember: PATIENCE, like when you meet someone special or stop in a park to breathe, because patience is the mother of sciences and ESSENCES. 😉 If you like my reviews, follow my TikTok: Chuliá Parfum Reviews @chulia.my13parfums

To me, it smells like very strong patchouli. As it dries, a soft sweet note appears in the distance, but it doesn’t match my pH and I didn’t like it. Another person at the perfumerie said it reminded them of a skunk, hmm, maybe not that strong, but close. It depends on tastes and how it evolves on each person. Crucial to test it on skin before buying. Not for gifting or blind buys.

  7. Wow, a perfume that, as the reviews indicate, has spicy—even unpleasant—top notes in my case; it smelled like sweat. But after letting it settle, it left a sweet, fresh, soft, and pleasant scent. To me, it’s a subtle fragrance and highly recommended for those who prefer something feminine and girly. Perfect for a hot summer day.

  8. I just got back from the perfumerie. I hated the salesperson who urged me to try it on skin, saying to ‘give it time.’ It smelled like cat pee (I have cats, I know exactly what that smells like) for half an hour. In the meantime, I had to run errands, and the only thing I thought about was people smelling my trail like a cat breeding farm… but here I am, sitting and laughing at everyone’s comments because, despite the bad start, I can say it now smells exquisite. I really don’t understand how someone can make a perfume that smells so bad at first and then has this mutation. It’s not suitable for anxious people, and above all, you’ll have to remember to put the perfume on an hour before and hide it in some inhospitable place. I remember the same thing happened with Un Jardin en Méditerranée: I felt it came from a vegetable market bathed in parsley and celery smells, and then, oh surprise! Hermes’ humor is all that’s good (after a while).

  10. I let myself be led by the colorful packaging thinking it would be sweet, I asked the seller, and he looked at me like he was saying: IT’S NOT GOING TO BE YOUR STYLE, and he was right. My first impression was: is this a joke? Rancid smell, very strong. I took it on the blotter, and after an hour it felt more powdery, improved by 20%, but I wouldn’t use it even if they paid me.

  11. From the original Twilly, which stole my heart, to the ginger one, which I find precious and addictive… comes Tutti, not knowing what to expect, because I can’t handle the pepper… I only did one test, on skin. I have to go back and repeat it, with nothing else. But it smelled like ‘dirty’ watermelon, and I couldn’t stop smelling myself the whole way. Between liking and disliking. I don’t know what it should be. But it has personality, it does. Edited. I’ve smelled it again, this time without smelling anything else, on skin. It smells wonderful on me, better than the original (which I like a lot) and than the ginger one (which I’m passionate about). This time I really smell the ginger and licorice. I don’t know the sillage, but if you want it to feel like you’re in an exotic garden and a bit sweet and fresh, it’s perfect.

  12. A friend has it and I just tried it. She said it was exquisite, so I went to read the reviews. I couldn’t stop laughing, everyone hated it. What did I think? Exquisite, surely not. At first, I felt the super strong lychee smell and thought okay, I’m not a fan but it’s not that bad… but after 5 minutes it wasn’t lychee anymore, it smelled like horror. Someone said it smelled like their cat’s pee, and I thought it was an exaggeration, but no, it has a similar smell 😂. Anyway, tastes and smells are written in the stars.

  14. The worst olfactory experience of my life. The sample smells like sewage, no fruit at all, just sweat and disgust. I wouldn’t gift this to my worst enemy; straight to the trash.

  15. Haha, reading the comments confirmed what I thought: it reminded me of the dust from my cat’s litter box. But I loved it! Haha. It gives the same impression as Ninfeo Mio or Aromatics Elixir, and nobody disputes they are masterpieces. It’s not that it’s too complex for ordinary noses, but those who’ve only smelled Lancôme or YSL aren’t used to it. Hermès walks its own path without trying to please everyone. Sometimes you have to try it a few times to understand it. Being polarizing isn’t bad. What an unexpected scent: a powdery, fresh, almost dirty fruity vibe. Ten minutes in, intoxicating bursts of talc. What a trick that bottle and name. It doesn’t smell like tutti frutti, something I assumed based on the first Twilly. I loved it. It’s straight to my wishlist, even as a backup. Formulations like this don’t come out every day, you have to take advantage of them!

  18. Edit 30/04/25: I tested it again and my judgment stands. Even though they say it’s just the opening or because you’re used to the sweetness, it’s not. I’m a fan of powerful, woody scents, and this one drives me crazy from 8 until 9:55, begging me to shower. It doesn’t improve; it gets worse, smelling like my cat’s pee mixed with sweat, as if I’d put on dirty clothes to hide the smell. The pleasant notes arrive late, but that stench never goes away. It’s the most horrifying perfume I’ve ever smelled.

  19. Update 30/04/25: Contrary to my good judgment, I tried it again. It’s still early, but I decided to endure the sewage even though they say it’s just initial or something you get used to with modern perfumes. No, no, and no. I’m a fan of potent, woody, mossy perfumes, and I don’t like many sweet ones. I’ve been wearing this since 8:00 AM, and by 9:55 AM I’m desperate to shower. It didn’t improve; it got worse. It no longer just smells like my cat’s pee, but like sweat. It smells like I wore clothes my cat peed on without showering in a week. Then pleasant notes come out, but that stench of peeing and sweating gets stronger. I’m talking about performance on my skin, but if you like it, tastes break all genres. Don’t tell me I need to taste it or that it’s just about getting used to sweet scents. Please. I hadn’t visited a physical perfume store in ages due to the pandemic, but this literally smells like my cat peeing. I adore my cat, but from there to wanting to smell like its pee… well, no. It’s the most horrifying perfume I’ve ever smelled.

  20. I just tried it in-store and thought it would be like Poivree, but what a letdown! IT SMELLS BAD. It smells like sweat, like you haven’t showered in days with equally foul-smelling clothes, DISGUSTING. I actually ran to the bathroom to wash my hand where I atomized it, terrible.

One of the worst scents under my preferences. It smells like Tutti Frums deodorant after sweating. At first, it seems okay with the lychee… but when you let it develop, it’s fatal. The ginger isn’t anywhere to be found, even though it’s a note I love.

I know Hermès tends to be polarizing for my nose, but the Eau Ginger version felt amazing—perfect for intense summer with a touch of freshness and cleanliness. I own the Poivree version, which I was hesitant to buy because it smelled like pencil shavings, but I can’t deny its quality, longevity, and projection; halfway through, it’s a beautiful spicy, woody rose. With this perfume, however, it was instant dislike. I won’t beat around the bush: it smelled to me like a bar of deodorant soaked in sweat. Let’s be honest: we all sweat. Some days our sweat has a peculiar aroma that only we notice and it puts us in a bad mood, and deodorant just helps it blend. That’s how this perfume smelled to me; it reminded me of those embarrassing hormonal moments from my teenage years. Strange and something only we pick up on. I didn’t like it at all… the funny thing is my boyfriend smelled it and liked it quite a bit, maybe he’ll give it another chance later. For now, I’m still eyeing the Eau Ginger for those infernal heatwaves.

  25. Just tried it, and for the first half-hour while it’s drying, it smells exactly like sweat, just like the previous review said. Now that phase is over and it smells musky, which is pretty good, but that initial blast… there’s no getting around it.
