Descripción

Prada Infusion de Figue is a fruity aromatic fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2023, this olfactory composition was created by perfumer Daniela Andrier. Its structure unfolds with a top note of mandarin, giving way to a heart of fig, while the base notes reveal a resinous undertone of juniper and galbanum.

Just tried it at ECI and the opening is balsamic with a spicy, fresh kick where the fig really shines. Once it dries on skin, it reminds me of Infusion d’Iris, but less soapy and fruitier to my taste. I need to keep testing it to judge longevity and decide if it’s worth buying.

Unisex perfume leaning more towards feminine, pleasant, feels floral and earthy with hints of fig leaves, not the fruit itself. I bought it blindly but don’t recommend doing so!

  • A slightly woody base mixed with that particular and summery fig aroma. The fig is fruity sweetness and freshness at the same time in a clean formula with no jumps in evolution. The beauty of Prada’s infusions always lies in their neutrality. In this case, that same neutrality is dyed with fig, resulting in a summer infusion. Fig is in fashion for summer, although I believe that combined with Prada’s elegance, this formula will endure.

  • A slightly woody base mixed with that particular summery fig scent. The fig adds fruity sweetness and freshness in a clean formula without any jarring jumps. The beauty of Prada’s infusions lies in their neutrality, which here is tinted with fig to create a summer infusion. Even though fig is trendy, I believe with Prada’s elegance, this formula will last.

I love fig-scented gels; they smell fresh and clean. However, I never get fig perfumes right. I find they tend more towards the masculine, like the discontinued Mugler Womanity. In this case, I find it bland. It’s not for me. Passing the word…

  • I like it. It feels natural and sparkling, smelling exactly like the white liquid that oozes out when you break a fig leaf.

  • It’s an ideal perfume, not overly complex. Smells like fig, fruity, sweet, and fresh, with a citrus touch that adds freshness and makes it a delicious, tasty aroma.

  • It’s an ideal perfume, not very complex. It’s fruity, sweet, and fresh. It simply smells like fig, with a citrus touch that gives it freshness, making it a delicious and very tasty aroma.

The fig note is spectacular, a blind buy without regrets, but the resins came out too prominent and gave the fig a bitterness I couldn’t stand. I loved the fig, but that bitter ending made me quickly remove it from my collection so someone else can enjoy it.

  • Brutal perfume, smells like real fig, that village scent we all know. Without fruity notes, it rather reminds me of Amouage’s Beach Hut Man but green, like grass or lawn, as when your pants rub against the ground. It’s intense and very green. The Prada one is lighter and more wearable, ideal for summer. Being linear, it layers easily, I see it with florals.

  • I bought it out of love for fig, thinking of Prada’s Infusion d’Iris, and thought: what could possibly go wrong with Prada? There I failed. Honestly, when I smell fig, I think of Diptyque’s Philosykos, which I don’t have here, so I jumped in blindly with Infusion de Figue and fell. The opening is pure green fig that lasts 5 seconds, then shifts to citrus (reminds me of grandpa’s cologne), and finally settles into a clean, slightly sweet skin scent, probably due to the resins, but it’s not what I was looking for. It’s not bad, nor the best in the Infusions line, but for fig: zero. Maybe it’s my skin. The trail is very weak and the longevity disappointing (1 hour). I expected more. My advice: don’t buy it blindly or crucify it too quickly because it changes over time, but it didn’t make me happy.

  • I bought this perfume because I love fig, I adore Prada’s Infusion d’Iris, and I thought: what could possibly go wrong with Prada? That was my mistake. When I think of fig, I think of Philosykos by Diptyque, which I don’t have in my country, so I went for Infusion de Figue blind and fell flat. The opening has a very green fig note that lasts maybe 5 seconds, then it turns citrusy (reminds me of a grandfather’s cologne) and finally settles into a clean, slightly sweet skin scent, which I imagine is the resins, but it’s not what I was looking for. It’s not bad, nor the best in the line, but for fig… zero. Maybe it’s my skin. The trail is very weak and the longevity disappointing (1 hour). I expected something else. My recommendation: don’t buy it blindly or crucify it too quickly because it changes over time, but it didn’t make me happy.

  • If Paula’s Ibiza and Infusion d’Iris had a baby, it would be Infusion de Figue. I love those two, and this one has won me over. Perfect for summer, unisex, fresh, green, and light. Longevity isn’t extreme, maybe a few hours, but I don’t mind reapplying because it smells delicious and clean, like freshly laundered white sheets in a Costa Brava agriturismo. I don’t get the sweet fig; instead, I smell the wood of the tree or the skin of the unripe fruit. If you’re looking for something sweet, this isn’t it; it’s a beautifully modernized classic.

  • If Paula’s Ibiza and Infusion d’Iris had a baby, it would be Infusion de Figue. I love those two, I own both, and this has conquered me. Perfect for summer, unisex, fresh, green, and light… Longevity isn’t extreme, a few hours (first impression), but I don’t mind reapplying because it smells delicious and clean, like freshly ironed white sheets, the room of a lovely agriturismo on the Costa Brava… I don’t feel the sweet, juicy fig, but rather the fig tree wood or the skin of the unripe fruit. If you’re looking for something sweet, this isn’t it. It’s a beautifully modernized classic.

  • Like the other Prada infusions, this is a closet perfume, a slightly sweet woody scent. It opens with a woody, astringent fig accord with a lovely tiny sweet touch, which unfortunately disappears as it dries. Then it takes a ‘Crayola’ turn with a touch of mandarin (I guess juniper resin and orange peel), and once galbanum settles in, it gains power, dropping the waxy smell and becoming more woody. Projection and longevity are like the other infusions: about 6 hours, soft. I thought I’d fall in love with the fig, but I didn’t; the accord is so fleeting it should be called Infusion de Mirage de Figue. Don’t buy it blindly if you’re hunting for fig, because the magic doesn’t last a sniff. That said, it seemed nice, woody, and unisex for nice days, perfect for feeling put-together without going all out, ideal for work. Pleasant: 7/10 Interesting: 6/10 Versatile: 8/10 Original: 5/10

  • It’s a woody, slightly sweet wardrobe staple, similar to the other infusions. It starts with an astringent yet sweet fig note that, unfortunately, fades quickly. Then it evolves into a ‘Crayola’-like scent with mandarin (perhaps juniper resin), and once it settles, galbanum gains strength, removing the waxy feel and enhancing the wood. Longevity is about 6 hours with soft projection. I expected more fig, which is my favorite note, but the accord is so fleeting it should be called Mirage Fig Infusion. Don’t buy it if you’re looking for real fig, because the magic lasts only one sniff. Still, it’s a lovely, unisex perfume ideal for sunny days or going to work dressed up without being overpowering.
