  • They gave it to me, and it’s exactly what people look for in gifts. Delicious, soapy, clean. It attracts compliments and makes people lean in to catch the scent. If you want to try a decant (lasts 4-6 hours), it works in any weather since it truly smells clean.

  • Lmiranda19

Pretty simple to me; it doesn’t stand out for anything. It’s like any other new citrus-aromatic scent, say Invictus or Diesel. Typical freshie. But if you like it and find it cheap, grab it for daily wear. It doesn’t offend at the level of Jean Paul Gaultier.

  • Martín Mazzo

Very clean and rich-smelling for those around you. The only downside is its poor longevity and projection, but I focus more on the first impression. I’d rate it 3.3/5. There are better options, but nothing quite like this.

  • Gentil vagabond

A solid fragrance, a scent that feels familiar. It’s not innovative, but it creates mystery—that’s the key to appeal. I like it, but I think I’d get tired of it over time. Everyone likes it, but in your personal bubble, it can become overwhelming.

  • What can I say? It’s a citrus-floral powerhouse at first, but once it dries down, it gets cloying. In short, it feels a bit feminine; my wife and coworkers have told me that. It doesn’t smell bad—it’s extraordinary—but in my opinion, it would suit a woman better. Sometimes I think unisex perfumes are made more for women. For men, it’s way off.

  • Clean, safe, and modern—exactly what defines a great fragrance. I was hesitant at first, but I loved its versatility. Floral scents are easy to wear anywhere. I’d give it a 9/10; it just needs a bit more seriousness to be perfect.

  • The EsScential

Tastes vary, as do colors… or in this case, perfumes. We tried it with my teenage nephew; he loved it, but I only liked the first half-hour, which was citrus/floral. After that, it transformed into something unbearable for my nose; totally synthetic, metallic, and abrasive, like burying my nose in one of those old-lady powders. What a pity. It does have good longevity, around 8 hours, and moderate sillage, but I suppose that’s due to the blessed ambrofix; it just makes it unbearable to me. I was surprised by the opening; very modern and stylish, but unfortunately, they killed it with the ambrofix.

  • Very good perfume, rich, simple, reliable. This is one of those floral perfumes that can be confused with sweets; in reality, that white floral note is sweet, but it’s not the typical sweetness from tonka bean or vanilla; it’s a fresh, sweet floral. It’s quite pleasant; I like it more on others than on myself. If it gave me an extra hour of longevity, it would be incredible; 3-4 hours is what I’m getting, and after the second hour, it’s just my personal bubble, but it’s perfect for a date. It’s a good perfume for daily use; it won’t bother anyone at school or the office. I think if you’re young and looking for ‘that’ perfume that’s unique, different, and gives you a scent no one else has, this isn’t it. It’s very rich, but it’s just another perfume, completely forgettable, not very impactful, and 0 innovative.

  • I really like it, except I wish it lasted longer; it only projects for about two hours at most.

  • It’s wonderful! That said, for a moment when it was just starting to dry down (referring to the first 15 minutes after drying), I felt it was 90% similar to Polo Sport. What remains is soapy, clean, and elegant. Longevity: until you shower, and even in a hot shower, its aroma comes out. It’s a delight.

It’s a rich, soft, tender perfume… it’s for a date with someone who shows the same vibe as the scent. It has a white floral part that describes it very well. It’s like a cloud with cotton. The downside is the longevity. The quality of the perfume is undeniable, but let’s put more love into the performance aspect.

  • SANTIAGOVZ04

Smells great, could last a bit longer, but it’s not looking to be a heavy fragrance. Fresh, clean, and will get you compliments; another masterpiece from YSL. 9.5/10.

It starts with that shy, generic bergamot that I barely notice every now and then. It’s one-dimensional, not very purposeful, with no evolution; it feels synthetic, super youthful, not very masculine, doesn’t last well, and has weak projection. On paper, it sounds like I hate the perfume, but the truth is, I absolutely love it. The orange blossom is my favorite note in perfumery; it makes me smile when I smell it. That floral charm, with such a subtle and natural sweetness that it’s hardly even called sweet, makes it impossible to smell bad if it’s the main note. In fact, it’s almost the only note. It has ambroxan; I resisted trying perfumes with ambroxan for a long time, especially for hot weather, but here it doesn’t bother me at all—it’s just the base upon which the orange blossom steps. Some people say it lasts a long time on the skin, but in my case, both notes die at the same time (I prefer it that way). It reminds me a bit of the floral side of Good Girl by Carolina Herrera; in fact, I couldn’t believe it when I first atomized it. I think it’s like the fifth men’s perfume I’ve compared to Good Girl; I don’t know if that speaks better of her perfumery work or worse of my skills as a taster. Up to 30-32 degrees Celsius, it works perfectly; I thought it wouldn’t, that it wouldn’t be suitable for summer, which is why I wasn’t going to buy it, and I’m still looking for a fragrance for hot weather to replace my beloved D&G LBSV. This comes with a 150ml refill, and the more I smell it, the less expensive it seems. I’m not giving it a 10 because I can’t be that shameless, but I’m willing to try, eh. 9/10.

  • After using the Maison Alhambra dupe for a while, I took advantage of a deal and bought this. What can I say… A showstopper. A refreshing citrus with a floral touch, a perfume for any weather or occasion; for me, the best YSL yet.

  • Very rich, perfect youthful touches for school or university. It can be worn by any age; for younger people, it’s usable for special occasions, while for adults, it’s better for everyday wear. Very versatile, totally recommended.

Hey, what the heck, let me tell you a story. My wife and I were planning Christmas gifts, and she asked me to pick out a perfume for her. I told her I wanted one that was exactly like hers, and her mission was to find something for herself, but since there were so many scents in the house, she wasn’t sure if what I picked would be something she’d like. I assured her that if she liked it, that was all that mattered. She accepted the challenge. We went to the store, she bought her Chanel Chance Eau Fraîche, and asked me to step aside for a bit. To kill time, I started sniffing things around: I liked the Chanel Exclusif, the Platinum caught my attention, but the Hugo Boss ones seemed boring and boozy, so I skipped the Armani and Paco Rabanne. I kept going in circles without finding anything, until I saw the MYSLF all by itself, with no salespeople hovering around. I thought, ‘screw the nonsense, I’ll clear my mind and go with my first instinct.’ I sniffed it, and it was an absolute YES. I liked it, I adored it, and I couldn’t stop smelling the blotter. I left all the other samples behind and only brought this one. My wife showed up and said, ‘I have two options, try them.’ I said, ‘it feels like I already picked mine’ (emphasizing the MYSLF). I tried both; the first one I liked, the second one hit me again and I said ‘yes,’ but then I thought, ‘wait,’ I smelled the blotter she gave me, then mine, then hers, and I said, ‘hey, they’re the exact same thing!’ We laughed, confirmed it was true. We decided that would be my gift. What are the odds of something like this happening? I didn’t need any more signs. It’s a mainstream perfume, people like it, it lasts, and it smells like a puree of everything familiar, but it smells good. Sometimes we overthink things and all we need is to smell good and please others. Obviously, it’s an A+.

I heard it on a relative a few days ago at a holiday party. In the cold, let’s just say… I wasn’t surprised at all. It’s a typical, very commercial fragrance of the kind that “appeals” without impact, but it doesn’t disappoint either; I suppose it achieves its goal of pleasing the masses. Beyond that, it feels a bit “meh.” At 35, it didn’t spark any excitement for me; maybe it’s more for a teenager or young adult for daily life, university, or the gym. I also assume it would perform better in the heat. Side note: The relative’s son was wearing Mandarin Sky Elixir and was devouring it in terms of scent, projection, and compliments. Another proof that designer fragrances are increasingly disappointing in performance and quality. Still, compare $150 for Myself EDP vs. $30 for Mandarin Sky Elixir 🥲 I don’t know, Rick, this smells like a scam or a rip-off to me sometimes, sadness or reality, I don’t know.

  • It has a great opening, but after two hours, the intensity drops significantly. Still, considering the price, it’s not worth it. I think the Nitro Elixir dupe is better, though it leans more toward Myself Absolu; I’m not sure if there’s a dupe for this one.

  • Honestly, I don’t know how no one has mentioned yet that the perfume smells like shaving cream. Does the perfume do it badly? No. Does the perfume smell bad? Much less, but I can’t stop thinking it smells like shaving cream.

  • It was my perfume for several months; my girlfriend is head over heels for it. The truth is, it doesn’t project much (1-2 hours), but regarding longevity, it’s more than enough since it stays firm on the skin until you shower. As for the scent, I find it exquisite. I don’t find it original, nor does it give me the feeling of smelling something new, but that’s where it wins for me: it combines many familiar notes in the best way possible and ends up perfect.

  • Without a doubt, this could be the signature scent for someone looking for something fresh, clean, easy to wear, and appealing to most. It feels casual—you could wear it to work and feel comfortable. But it also has that sweetness that works well for close encounters or dates. If you’re young, it looks elegant; if you’re over 30, you’ll probably want something with more presence.

  • I tested it the way newbies do, spraying it on a piece of cardstock. At no point did it have a standout smell; rather, it was monotonous, lacking depth, and didn’t reveal any notes beyond what was shown at the start. By the end, after a couple of hours, it lost almost all projection, leaving just a patchouli scent that, like all extracts of this note, personally smells like grandma to me.

  • I think it’s the ideal scent for a signature fragrance; while it’s unisex, it leans more masculine and handsome. It works well for any occasion, but in winter, I feel the scent fades a bit. It’s an undeniable gem that, on top of that, earns compliments for how easy it is to love.

  • I just tested it as a spray on my hand. A colleague who knows about perfumes told her partner, and he sent me some of his to smell, including this one. The first impression is fresh and pleasant, with a slight creamy note that makes it usable in summer and intermediate seasons. After an hour, I still feel that tiny creamy undertone, but now it reminds me a bit of Zara’s Seoul scents, which I believe are dupe versions of Invictus. I sense that note I can’t quite identify, but it gives me a bit of a dislike, though that’s just personal.

If you don’t want to fail and smell excellent, this is a bomb. It lasts as long as it should and projects as much as it touches: 6 hours of longevity, 2 hours of high projection, then moderate in a personal bubble. It doesn’t disappear; it’s a compliment machine.

  • Jaime Ramírez

My brother gifted it to me; it’s a well-known and not very innovative scent, but it’s pure quality. It smells like the gods of Olympus, and people turn around when I pass by. (Obviously, I’m handsome and dress well, hehe). A delicious aroma for $190 in my country; not everyone can have it.

  • EnriqueSeguraJ

For me, it’s Sky Mandarin without the caramel. On the skin, it’s Ambrofix. Strong for the first two hours, then it fades. Good quality between $100 and $120 depending on the country and wholesalers.

  • Diego Parfum de Marly

I tested it in the store several times and always thought it was good, though it didn’t justify the $160 price tag. Later, a friend asked me to help her buy a perfume for her husband’s birthday. She tried several of my recommendations and chose this over other big names. Later, with a good promotion, I bought it. For daily use, it’s exquisite: it doesn’t bother, it’s soft, subtle, clean, and charming. It smells fine and delicate. My partner loved it, and several people tell me I smell good, though never with a ‘wow, what a wonder.’ In short, it’s that signature fragrance: elegant, pleasant, and always appropriate.

  • Among designer men’s fragrances, this is something else: spectacular. It smells fresh, addictive, and different, highlighting the floral notes. Top quality. Lasts 7-8 hours, but the trail fades and stays in a personal bubble. Works for everyone over 20 for daily wear or special occasions. Generates compliments from people nearby because you need to be close, but the scent is captivating. Ideal for summer, spring, fall, and hot climates. Pure versatility: daily, office, college, daytime, summer nights, and dates, but not for parties.

  • samuelfitperfumes

Fresh, clean, and floral (don’t be scared, it’s a men’s fragrance). It’s a magnet for compliments. Women love it and give plenty. If you want to receive compliments, you need this one.

  • Spectacular, an exquisite scent that has already become my signature. It just needs to last a little longer.

  • Smells amazing, delicious, and very versatile. The only flaw is that it doesn’t last long, though the first two hours project like luxury.
