Cheerful, carefree perfume, ideal for spring, autumn, and maybe winter (we’ll see how it behaves in summer, as my country has long summers). Smells like a lemon and raspberry tart with an almond base. It’s pleasant, sweet, and nothing synthetic. Suitable for any age group depending on taste. Although it has a youthful touch, it’s the jovial little sister of the Girl of Now line; I don’t think it’s just for a hyper-youthful audience. I find it more wearable than the previous ones, as here the intense and ‘hard’ sweetness of the dry almond in GON and GON Shine is softened by the acidity of the lemon and raspberry. Both essences are noticeable throughout the development, although later the almond gains intensity. Excellent longevity, from morning to night and vice versa. It’s not for formal events or work meetings; it lacks that elegance. But for any other activity, it’s perfect: sparkling and cheerful.
Very spring-like, intense, almond, and fruity. A standout intense rose sweetened by a creamy almond touch (more towards marzipan, intense), with a raspberry fruity note and the sparkling acidity of lemon. It’s like showering on a spring morning among flowers and almond trees, or eating a slice of creamy almond cake decorated with edible roses.
I wanted this perfume or one of its siblings; first, the bottle caught my eye, and I loved the design so much I thought the fragrance couldn’t be bad. I just bought it and compared it with the other two: one more citrusy and the other a blend. I chose this one because I liked it more. To me, it’s very similar to Jessica Simpson Fancy, but softer. It lasts a long time on my skin, has a great trail and longevity for a high price, so it’s worth it. I perceive it as a perfume with personality, sweet and pleasant for any time or occasion.

Ideal for sunny days. It’s sweet but with citrus notes that keep it from being cloying. It’s original and fresh. Perfect for sunny mornings and afternoons, for informal and fun occasions. Its trail and projection are excellent. It lasts about 8 hours.

I fell in love with it when I tried it at La Rinascente in Florence. I didn’t buy it right away because of the price, but I kept wearing it (lol, ant-theft!), and I regretted not buying it immediately because finding it in Chile was an absolute odyssey, both in stores and online. I’m not lying, I spent 10 months searching for it. Finally, I found it! It lasts forever on skin and clothes; I have a scarf I bought there that, months later, still smells like it, just like the coats I wore. It’s more youthful than its siblings, reminding me of Jessica Simpson Fancy after a bit (that’s my favorite budget option, I’ve already bought three bottles, though finding it in Chile was also a struggle), although it starts off citrusy and fresh. I love the original and hope to find it soon to wear in winter.
Too much. I read comments saying it was for spring-summer. My country is in summer right now. I went to the store to try GoN Forever and it’s sweet but for COLD SUMMER, not for a humid summer at 35° to 40°C; with that scent, it even gives me cavities (my opinion). It’s an intense, piercing sweetness; when I asked for a sample, the girls asked, ‘Want to try that?’, which is why they never offered it to me before.

The packaging is pure art: a divine box with vibrant colors, matte contrasts, and gold accents, made of top-quality cardboard with exquisite attention to every detail. The bottle is gorgeous, with those coral petals perfectly complementing the nectar inside… I fell in love just seeing it; I would have bought it even if it contained vinegar 😂, because the perfume is as beautiful as its packaging. And thinking about the creator, Dominique Ropion, I know it’s something beautiful, and that’s exactly how I felt: a delicate fragrance, a mix of fruits and flowers with a powdery touch, sweet but not cloying, soft and feminine with good longevity without being overwhelming. I bought it blind (with some fear) and nailed it; I can’t be happier with my new little treasure. Out of the three GONs, this is the best for me.

Anyway, all you have to do is look at the creator behind this lovely fragrance, the great Dominique Ropion, to imagine we’re in for something beautiful, and certainly, I felt that way… an absolutely gorgeous fragrance, delicate, a mix of fruits and flowers with a powdery touch, sweet without being cloying… soft and feminine, with plenty of staying power without being overwhelming… I bought it blind (quite apprehensive) and hit the jackpot; I can’t be happier with my new little jewel! Of the three GONs, it’s the best for me.
I wanted to buy the original Girl of Now, but in my city there’s only one department store that sells Elie Saab perfumes, and when I went, only this version was available, so I bought it. I like it, though it’s my least favorite in the line; it smells of lemon and raspberry, well-balanced, but with an almond and vanilla base. It’s sweet, but not as much as its sisters, the traditional Girl of Now and the Shine version, which makes it a bit more versatile for warm weather, I think. It smells very sophisticated, with a powerful trail at first and moderate after about two hours. It has great longevity.

I was looking for something with berries and they offered it for me to try. I don’t want to be rude, but I didn’t like it. It lacks style and class; nothing stands out. They told me it’s a market fragrance and I think they’re right. It smells vulgar and cloyingly sweet. That said, the almond note is nice. I wore it until I got home, the trail is weak, and I don’t know how long it lasts—I imagine not much at all; it didn’t even survive the shower (thankfully). I see it for any season except extreme heat. Better for teenagers.
Just bought this other gem after the classic Girl for Now, which I still prefer, but this GON Forever absolutely thrilled me. They’re different but share the same magic; they’re scents you become addicted to. These Elie Saab fragrances have won my heart; they’re mysterious and make your imagination fly. I’m already waiting for its sister, China, which is on its way, and I feel like I’m going to fall in love with it too. This line is already my favorite!!

It lacks style and class, zero distinction. They tell me it’s a market scent, and I believe them. It’s vulgar and sweet to the point of nausea. That said, the almond note is very pretty. I wore it until I got home; the sillage is quite scarce and I don’t know the longevity, but I imagine it’s not very high, as it didn’t last the shower (fortunately). I see it for any season except very hot weather. Better for teenagers.
Just bought it and I liked the scent. It’s very similar to Good Girl, but without that coffee note and a bit fruitier. I expected something sparklier to highlight the raspberry and less like the classic Girl of Now. Would I buy it again? Yes.

On my skin, it smells like almonds and vanilla; the raspberry is barely felt. To me, it’s sweet, somewhat creamy, and slightly powdery. Ideal for cool days. It lasts 6 hours and is only noticeable if someone gets close. They say it’s similar to Good Girl (I have it) and VGG, but honestly, they don’t resemble it at all. Not even Delina (I have it), see, they don’t even share similar notes. If you want to know what it smells like, go to a perfumery, but don’t believe all the similarities people say here, or you’ll end up like me, who messed up with several perfumes based on other people’s reviews lol. Edit: It has a good trail; at least for the first 3 hours, it’s quite noticeable.

I’d recommend it if you like traditional Good Girl, but if you find it too heavy, this is the option. It doesn’t stand out as novel, but it’s very pleasant. It doesn’t project much and has medium longevity.
It’s super fresh due to the raspberry, sweet, and very wearable for spring. The downside is the longevity: in my case, it lasted 2 hours with some sillage and clings to the skin.
I detect a fairly sweet, feminine, slightly childish, and synthetic fruity aroma, ideal for informal use. I use 2 sprays in temperate or cold climates because it’s very heavy; otherwise, it gives me a headache. It lasts quite a while on skin and clothes, over 12 hours with a medium-to-high sillage. I wouldn’t buy it again because it’s not novel, though it’s a good option for daily wear and pleasant to the nose. 8/10
I bought it blind in summer because it was sweet and fruity. I don’t actually sense the sweetness; there’s something I can’t quite distinguish that gives me nausea. I’ll give it another chance in winter to see how it goes.
I bought it blind in autumn and didn’t like it at first: the raspberry sounded very synthetic, artificial, like candy. Yesterday I tried it again in summer heat and liked it more. The raspberry is still synthetic but it shined better now. The lemon makes a good contrast, lowering the sweetness and giving it a citrusy twist. Still, it didn’t fully win me over, so I exchanged it. The almond note didn’t show up on my skin at all.
I tested it and it was a resounding YES. It’s magic—very fruity and fresh, but with a heavy touch. It’s a versatile perfume; Elie Saab is majesty when creating fragrances. Just smelling it makes me feel powerful and very feminine. I blindly recommend this perfume.
It has a distant air to Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl; they aren’t the same, but they seem like distant cousins. I really like it; it’s very beautiful.
I absolutely love Girl of Now, the classic: a timeless delight that I always want in my collection. Just a heads-up, it’s super potent, sweet, and dense, sometimes even overwhelming. I really love the pistachio note, which is very prominent in the original. I blind-tested Forever and was pleasantly surprised. While the classic works better in cold weather, rain, or at night due to its density, Forever is lighter, more wearable, and versatile. I use it all year round, day or night; it’s sweet without being cloying, even fresh. Very lovely and feminine. I recommend it, but as I always say: don’t do what I did (though I got lucky again), always test before buying 😀
