Descripción
Moschino Toy 2 Bubble Gum is a fruity floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2021, the nose behind this composition is Olivier Pescheux. The top notes evoke candied fruits, bitter orange, and lemon, with a touch of acidic lime. The heart reveals a playful blend of bubble gum, Bulgarian rose, peach, blueberries, peach blossom, cinnamon, and ginger. To finish, the base notes add elegance with musk, ambroxan, and cedar.

I’m only writing this because I smelled it at a perfumery. I was killing time at the perfume counter while my parents hesitated over clothes, and of course, I was in perfumes, haha. I remember the girl showed me several perfumes, and there I saw that pink bear on the counter… like a toy! I felt like a kid, I must say, because it caught my attention with that pink color and such a tender shape. The thing is, the girl sprayed it on her paper and BOOM! Bubblegum, a very 90s flavor, a HUBBA BUBBA. If you’re a Millennial or Gen Z, you’ll know what I’m talking about… I can’t quite define what Moschino was trying to evoke with this fragrance, but it seems anecdotal and comedic.
I love this fragrance; it smells like very cute bubblegum and radiates good energy. Once it dries down, it smells like roses with raspberry and something herbal.
I just bought it and I have no regrets. The first 5 minutes smell like a very annoying, common blackberry gum… but my god, afterwards, it turns into a fine blackberry liqueur with roses and that beloved touch of cinnamon, ginger, and musk that makes it an elegant infusion of old-fashioned powders like the ones our grandmothers kept in their vanity cases. With that, I don’t mean it smells like an old lady, although at first, the first few minutes, it smells like a high school girl chewing a nasty-smelling gum. It smells delicious, elegant, reminding me a lot of GIVENCHY’s VERY IRRESISTIBLE, a bit like HEIRÉS by PARIS HILTON, and also PARIS by YSL. I hope it has decent longevity since its brother, TOY BOY, has strong, expansive, and long-lasting sillage. I repeat, the first few minutes felt somewhat artificial to me, but after those minutes, it becomes a very delicate and exquisite syrup of candied strawberries with roses and blackberries. If I like it, we’ll see about the longevity because the dry-down has been excellent.
If you want something affordable that smells like this perfume, try the Rose Gourmand by Zara; it smells even better, less synthetic, because this bubblegum one has nothing on it.
Super youthful. At the start and for the first few minutes, it smells like pure bubblegum, then it blends with the fruits. Very cute and flirtatious.
I agree with charlotinable: at first, it smells like cheap bubblegum, but once it dries down, it becomes very pretty, youthful roses. I like it, even if it’s not my favorite. I gifted it to my younger sister who adores it, although sadly, it lasts a breath. Once dry, it reminds me of Lancôme’s Trésor Midnight Rose, which is much more long-lasting and to my taste. They share rose, cedar, and musk notes, and although it doesn’t list raspberry, I definitely smell it; it must be some candied fruit. Scent 8/10, longevity 1/10, sillage 1/10. If it were long-lasting and had good sillage, I’d buy it again.
Honestly, I didn’t buy it; I just tested it at a perfumery. I have a very sensitive nose; I can smell what people ate when they talk and perceive aromas quite strongly, maybe that’s why the longevity feels short and it leaves no sillage; I only noticed it on myself. I expected it to actually smell like bubblegum based on the reviews, but it doesn’t; the aroma was more like ginger and burnt plastic. I don’t recommend it.
It smells like a pacifier and is way too cloying. I once wore it to work, stayed in for lunch, and got so nauseous I threw up. I can’t stand it since then.
Even though I like sweet perfumes, this one is too sweet and acidic for my nose. It doesn’t smell like gum; it smells like strawberry liqueur with lemon. It’s not unpleasant, but it’s very cloying and doesn’t remind me of chewing gum.
The bottle is fun, but the scent is a disaster: it smells like an old lady with flowers and disgusting sweets. If you wear it, you instantly age 40 years.
I bought it out of curiosity about the pink bubblegum scent and because the bottle is funny. It didn’t disgust me, but it didn’t fascinate me either. I finished the bottle but wouldn’t buy it again because the scent eventually annoyed me. It starts fruity and citrusy, the pink bubblegum lasts a while mixed with flowers, but then the flowers take over. In the dry-down, there’s a note that bores and makes me dizzy, I suppose it’s the ambroxan.
It’s not fruity or sweet; it’s more floral. A disappointment.
When they gifted it to me, I thought I wouldn’t use it since I’m not a fan of sweet perfumes. But once I sprayed it, it smelled like bubblegum, and as it dried, notes of candied roses, fruits, and citrus emerged. It’s a sweet and interesting aroma. It’s not for everyone and I don’t recommend buying it blind, but it was a pleasant surprise that it has citrus notes.
It smells like everything except chewing gum.
I bought it thinking it would be softer, but now I don’t even wear it because it makes me dizzy. It doesn’t smell bad, but it’s very sweet. It’s super feminine; if you like being looked at, I recommend it.
I honestly couldn’t stand it. I like the bubblegum smell, but mixed with woods and rose, it’s terrible. It makes my stomach turn.
Even though many criticize the notes, I was craving a bubblegum scent for a few hours. But it was a huge disappointment: it disappeared in less than half an hour. I almost bought it blind, so I’m glad I tried it first. It’s delicious, but for the longevity, it’s not worth it.
It’s a perfume made for women who like women. If you’re a teenager trying to hit on guys or going to a party, forget it, because people will hate you wearing this.
It transports you back to childhood. When you first spray it, it smells like a bag of Tutti Frutti gum, then develops into a bouquet of pink roses. Perfect for spring and summer: it’s sweet, innocent, and great for mixing with other floral scents. Best used on clothes for better projection and longevity.
I hated it at first, felt like a total failure, but by the end of the day I was addicted. It smells like bubblegum at first, then transitions into a delicate, fruity rose. The longevity is short, but if you mix it with the lotion or spray it on clothes, it lasts up to 5 hours.
I tested this perfume with high expectations; it smells like bubblegum and nothing else. It reminded me of bubblegum air fresheners for clothes. For me, it’s not worth it.
It smells like sour candies.
It’s a friendly fragrance, but it goes beyond fruity bubblegum. The opening is sparkling and playful, where the Tutifruti scent blends with citrus. Then it merges with fresh roses, peaches, and ginger, finishing with musk and woods. It lasts more than 8 hours if applied to skin and clothes. It’s a lovely fragrance, ideal for spring, summer, and warm days.
Honestly, I didn’t smell much bubblegum… I had a cheap cologne that was pure bubblegum by Natalie, unfortunately discontinued. Here, many aromas blend together and it’s very subtle; the bubblegum is almost unnoticeable. It’s fresh, doesn’t leave a trail, and the longevity is very short.
It doesn’t smell much like bubblegum; it’s a soft, sweet, and floral aroma. It evokes tenderness because of how delicate it smells.
At first, it’s pure strawberry bubblegum, then it fades and other notes emerge until it transforms. That said, it is sweet. I think it lacks sophistication and smells generic and unoriginal.
I think I tested an old bottle, because unlike the reviews here, I only smelled sweet, artificial bubblegum, like cheap air fresheners. I was expecting real bubblegum or something like those delicious-smelling kids’ lip glosses. Honestly, a disappointment; my 14-year-old dream got crushed.
Why do people hate this perfume so much? My nose picks up a strong bubblegum note that gives way to sugary blue roses with a fruity twist. In my case, it lasts quite a while, about 8 hours, with decent projection. It’s youthful, flirty, sparkling, and playful. It’s not formal or head-turning at all, but it’s very cute, and anyone who likes sweet/youthful scents will love it.
Yeah, it smells like bubblegum, but obviously nobody’s going to stick gum on you! Who would want that? It has a floral touch, looks very sweet. A bit powdery, but I don’t complain, it fits right in. There are sweeter fragrances out there, and this isn’t one of them.
Disappointing: at first, it smells like gum and fruits, very nice, but it doesn’t last even 5 minutes and turns completely floral.
The first spray smells like bubblegum, but on the skin you can detect the musk, rose, and cedar. I like it, even though it doesn’t last at all.
I probably already wrote a review, but this drives me crazy. I’m obsessed with this scent. Yes, it’s not great and its longevity and sillage are tiny, but the aroma… wow friends, I’m fascinated. It has a cool evolution: it starts with an incredibly delicious fruit bubblegum (wish it lasted longer) and then develops into a super pretty fruity rose. I have several backups because I love being able to reapply it as many times as I want. Yes, I wish it lasted longer, but it’s so beautiful that when I travel, I always bring a bottle. If it helps, the Fraiche version is delicious, I like it more because the gum opening mixes perfectly with the rose and lasts all day. It has greater sillage and let’s repeat: greater longevity. I can’t deny that the packaging makes this even better. I love this super kitsch bottle. I hope they never discontinue it.
On me, it smells like roll-on gum, those pink ones; when it dries down, it leaves a quite sweet white floral, but I still catch the gum aroma.
Versatile, for daily wear and a go-to when you don’t know what to put on. Informal aroma, suitable for all ages, though it leans towards that child-teen vibe; I can’t see a 50-year-old woman wearing this. It projects well and has moderate sillage, which is expected for an EDT. If asked, I would buy it again; the only thing that’s not so cool is the price, super mega hyper high in department stores, I prefer reliable sellers within PAMEX. Also, I’ve noticed it’s super mega cloned. But getting back to the point, I like its sweetness, it’s not annoying, it’s wearable, rich, and palatable for many people.
Little gum and little longevity, not recommended at all.
I loved it; it’s my perfume since they gave it to me for my birthday. As soon as you open the box, it smells like gum, very heavy and it might bother people with sensitive noses. It has moderate longevity, so I recommend mixing the body gel and lotion for those days when you don’t feel like or have time to apply it multiple times. A powerful pink bubblegum scent that I absolutely love.
One of the EDTs with the least longevity and projection, but the scent is a delight. It’s sweet and subtle, dominated by classic pink bubblegum, rose, orange, and yellow lemon. If you want to smell like gum, this is the perfect fragrance for you.
At first, it smells like fruit bubblegum but dry and disappears within an hour. It’s very nice, but I wouldn’t buy it due to the terrible performance.
It’s a fun perfume both in scent and the pink bear bottle. At first, it smells like fruit bubblegum, just like the mitimiti from my childhood in Chile, but that fades quickly. Once it settles, it becomes subtle and different. The projection is low, which is a shame because I love it in summer with all the heat; it’s not overpowering, has fresh notes, and is super wearable any time of year, though I’m not sure if I’d buy it again.
Literally smells like gum, 10/10
