At first, it smells like watery Yara due to pure alcohol, but edit: after letting it dry for a while, it feels much better. In the end, it smells like Yara Rose. If you already own it, maybe it’s not worth buying.

  • It has nothing to do with Yara; it’s much more caramelized, exactly like its name suggests. Sweet and mature, but watch out, it doesn’t last long. Ideal for daily wear.

  • It’s definitely not Yara; there’s much more caramel here, and it smells exactly like its name suggests: sweet and ripe. The only downside is that it doesn’t last very long, but it’s perfect for everyday wear.

It’s impressively similar to Lattafa’s Yara. I went to the store, tested it, and thought: smells delicious, enveloping, but it smells like a perfume I already own. Once it dried down, I realized it was that one. It smells very much like Yara but with a warmer touch; Yara smells like a good girl, this doesn’t, it smells like Yara but as if it were a sexier, warmer, more ‘bad girl’ version. It lasts a long time on my skin and I liked it a lot.

  • It makes me doubt those who compare it to Yara Rose without having tried it. This has its own personality and is totally gourmand and chocolatey. To me, it’s like a summer scent with a super rich bronzer… I fall in love when I smell it. Out of the three in the line, this is the one I bought and I recommend owning it even if you have Yara. Draw your own conclusions and leave it to those who only know how to say ‘clone, clone, clone’.

  • Out of the three Zara Cacao collection scents, I kept this one. It smells like hazelnut candy, absolutely delicious. I’ve read many comments comparing it to an Arabic perfume, but I can’t say since I haven’t tested it on my skin yet. What I will say is that I’ve never encountered this scent in another fragrance; I fell in love with it completely. Just be careful because it’s so sweet that it can become a bit heavy and wear out your nose after a while. I wouldn’t recommend it for very hot weather, although it’s not one that knocks you out within a 2 km radius even if you wear it in summer.

  • Out of the three cocoa scents from Zara, I chose this one. It smells like a hazelnut truffle, absolutely delicious. I’ve read comparisons to Arabic perfumes but haven’t tried them to judge. What I can say is that I’ve never encountered this specific scent in another fragrance; I fell in love, but be careful because it’s so sweet it can get nose-tiring. I wouldn’t recommend it for heavy heat, though it’s not one that fades after two kilometers even if you wear it in summer.

  • I’ve been crossing paths with an auntie who smells incredibly good from afar and all day long. Today I asked her what she was wearing, and she told me it’s this one. I don’t know if she re-applies it or sprays the whole bottle, but it’s the most incredible fragrance I’ve smelled in months in terms of longevity and projection, plus it drives me crazy. I’m buying a bottle today.

I don’t know if she re-applies or sprays the whole bottle, but it’s the most impressive fragrance I’ve smelled in months in terms of longevity and projection, plus it drives me crazy. I just started wearing it and I absolutely love it. It was a blind buy and a success that didn’t disappoint. Although it’s called ‘Sunset’, I think it works much better for winter or autumn; I wouldn’t use it in summer, except at night. Now that it’s winter here, it suits me perfectly. I recommend it if you like honeyed, warm, and enveloping scents. By the way, being a 20-euro fragrance, the quality-to-price ratio is off the charts. A new beauty for my collection!

On my dry skin, it smells almost identical to Lattafa’s Yara, just with a slightly warmer touch.

Just started wearing it and I absolutely love it; it was a blind buy and a total hit. Despite being called ‘Sunset’, I think it suits winter or autumn better—I wouldn’t wear it in summer except at night. Now that it’s cold here, it sits perfectly. I recommend it if you enjoy honeyed, warm, and enveloping scents. For 20 euros, the quality-to-price ratio is a 10. A new gem for my collection.

It dries down well and delivers on its promise; in fact, it sticks to your clothes and reminds you of it all day. It wasn’t exactly what I expected, but I’m not disappointed, so it’s worth trying blind.
