Zara’s most successful leather scent. Elegant, refined, pure luxury.

So beautiful and, as always, discontinued. I keep the bottle to let it mature; sometimes this helps improve longevity. Bois de Vincennes smells as if they encapsulated in a space lab the ozonic and woody aroma of a European forest. Reminds of electric rays, petrichor, and herbaceous flowers, with a lovely synthetic touch that makes it unique. It carries light leather wrapped in violets, different from Fahrenheit or Dior Homme but inevitably related. It’s the best Zara has released in years, a blend of Grey Flannel and Narciso Rodríguez with an electric and addictive mist. Sensual, mysterious, and androgynous. Longevity and sillage are moderate. You wonder why you didn’t buy three bottles.

Exquisite fragrance.

Subtlety. I think that’s the right word to define it. I must say that Zara perfumes almost never surprise or excite me, but this is one of those exceptions. The tangerine opening is as pleasant as it is fleeting, but it paves the way for a soft, subtle leather accord with slightly greenish floral touches that give a sense of cleanliness. The composition seemed very good to me: versatile, subtle, and elegant, with reminiscences to many other perfumes on the market. While it’s designed as unisex, for me it leans more masculine than feminine. I think it’s usable practically all year round, except in the heat. On my skin, the longevity was around 5 hours with moderate to soft sillage. Declared notes on the box: Tangerine, iris, jasmine, cedar, moss, and amber. From these, I assume they built the accords listed on this page.

Subtlety is the key. Zara rarely surprises me, but this is an exception. The tangerine is sweet but fleeting, giving way to a silky leather with floral and green touches that clean up the scent. It’s versatile, elegant, and reminiscent of many market perfumes. Although it’s unisex, on my skin it feels more masculine. Lasts about 5 hours with moderate sillage. Notes: tangerine, iris, jasmine, cedar, moss, and amber.

To put it plainly: it’s a light CH Privé.

I smelled it today, and as it dries, it smells incredibly similar to Florentine Irish by Ermenegildo Zegna, a 250-euro fragrance that’s one of my top 3. So for 20 euros, the 100ml bottle is worth a lot. The difference lies in the opening; although similar, there’s something I can’t detect. Highly recommended, but don’t buy it blind, especially regarding the opening I mentioned. By the way, it doesn’t remind me at all of Fahrenheit or Dior Homme.

For me, this is one of Zara’s best fragrances. It’s a soft, suede-like leather with violet. To be a Zara perfume, it exceeds the average longevity of the house’s offerings. I have an open bottle and bought another knowing what Zara does with its fragrances. To me, it doesn’t resemble the Dior Homme line or Fahrenheit at all; but well, tastes and smells vary.

A true work of art. Nothing more to add.

Hi, I’ll try to help based on my impressions. It smells like lipstick with a very soft wood; an exquisite scent that people around you love. Sillage is 1.5 meters, longevity is 7 to 9 hours. My recommendation is perfect for a date; it doesn’t leave anyone indifferent and creates compliments. 100% recommended.

It certainly resembles Fahrenheit; it would be hard to say otherwise given the declared notes. But it’s also true that it’s not as burnt or as petrol-like, and it has that natural touch (one person here says it emanates from the earth). The problem is that I’m not sensitive to these smells at all; I barely smell them. And as is the norm at Zara, the perfume is rather simple, mono-accorded, without much flair. That said, I recommend trying it for leather enthusiasts.

Pure leather, unmatched. Starts with brutal potency that fades into a masculine, mysterious aura that’s nothing invasive. The price-to-quality ratio is impeccable.

A unique gem that has nothing to do with the Dior Homme line (even though many say otherwise). Smells like rustic, bucolic leather with a subtle tangerine citrus touch and violets adding a magical woody base. Forget chemical leathers; this is the scent of a saddle or a razor case. The projection is strong but quickly becomes subtle and elegant without overwhelming anyone. After a couple of years of maturation, it still lasts over 6 hours, much better than other Zara options. A marvel for being elegant and discreet.

Good projection and pleasant, a note that surpasses the Zara average. Seems to approach the 2011 Dior Homme Intense, with the base and powdery violet touch. However, as it dries down, it settles on a typical cheap oud/leather base. I know it’s affordable, but for that price, there are better options.
