Tested today at El Corte Inglés and wow, it impacts. Even the sales assistant recoiled when putting it on the card, saying ‘Ugh, what a powerhouse!’ It’s a fun, young, and gourmand perfume. I’d call it ‘sweet fruity’ with a synthetic charge, but well-blended, no metallic tints or deodorant smell. The ripe tropical mango aroma with a chocolate touch stands out, just like all Mugler Angels. Undoubtedly, it’s a candy scent, but the patchouli gives it body and distinction. It looks great on a young girl with innocent airs but seductive intentions. It’s a fragrance for seduction and coming out on top. Better not buy blind; it’s not for everyone; it requires a passion for fruity aromas. By the way, the bottle is gorgeous, worthy of collection.
I just received it and I love its sweet mango scent; this new Ange fascinated me and it’s joining my new collection. I love Mugler, the best in longevity.
Tested today at El Corte Inglés and it’s a direct hit. The sales assistant recoiled when she applied it, ‘what a powerhouse!’ It’s fun, young, and gourmand. I’m in love! I bought it and it’s amazing. It smells like a tropical fruit cocktail with the little umbrella: delicious mango, guava, grapes, and grapefruit that gives it a citrusy touch without being harsh. I feel the Angel DNA but in a tropical liqueur tone; I don’t know how they did it, but it’s so good, very luminous and fresh. With this, I’m ready for spring-summer; one of the best perfumes I’ve ever smelled, so delicious! The bottle is beautiful and has me fascinated. Gourmand Angel-Angel Eau Croisière, the limited edition inspired by the leisure of cruises and fruity cocktails: mango, grapefruit, blackcurrant sorbet, voluptuous patchouli facet, and bonbons. It has a delicious talc-like drydown; that’s where ‘Angel Tropical’ comes out. A juicy Eau de Toilette with exotic fruit notes warmed by the sun that lasts like a perfume with good sillage. As always, MUGLER takes you to an addictive, unforgettable, and memorable place. The iconic star-shaped bottle comes in vivid pink and yellow tones. What masterpieces! Great Mugler launches, I’m very surprised.
I’m in love! I bought it and it’s amazing. What I perceive is a strong cocktail of tropical fruits with a decorative little umbrella: I feel the delicious mango, guava, grapes, and the grapefruit that gives it a citrusy touch without being harsh. The new limited edition is inspired by the leisure atmosphere of summer cruises and fruity cocktail flavors: mango, grapefruit, blackcurrant sorbet, voluptuous patchouli facet, and bonbons. It has a delicious talc-like drydown; that’s where ‘Angel Tropical’ comes out. A juicy Eau de Toilette with exotic fruit notes warmed by the sun rays to be an EDT that lasts like a perfume with good sillage. As always, MUGLER takes you to an addictive, completely unforgettable place, as memorable as the Angel Eau Croisière perfume. The iconic star-shaped bottle comes in vivid pink and yellow tones. What masterpieces! Great Mugler launches, I’m very surprised.
I just bought it and it smells like a sweet mango smoothie, simply a fresh and lasting milkshake. It keeps its strength and character for 4 hours, then sits close to the skin but remains delicious; by 6 hours, it smells like chamoy ice cream with buttered caramel popcorn, which is what everyone tells me. It’s perfect for summer and very wearable—a sweet mango perfume that takes you beyond the typical spring-summer citrus scents; this is a step further.
Finally, my honest opinion on Angel Croisière: it’s an EDT, so don’t expect the projection or longevity of a traditional EDP. It’s a playful and fun flanker; when you apply it, it transports you to a hot paradise at a seaside bar enjoying an irresistible mango daiquiri. It’s a summer version, but it works perfectly all year round. Although it lacks the punch of Angel, it lasted 6 to 8 hours on my skin and longer on clothes. At first, it reminded me of Bonjour Señorita by Tous, but Croisière takes the bowtie. The base is very similar to traditional Angel with patchouli and praline, more prominent notes from the house. It’s delicious; if you’re a Mugler lover, you’ll definitely want it since it’s a limited edition and can’t be missing from your collection.
It’s my first perfume from this brand and what a delight: tropical and freshly applied, it has great sillage. It smells like mango; I detect a hint of pineapple that isn’t listed in the notes, and the grapefruit is also noticeable, though it doesn’t give it a citrusy vibe. Unfortunately, on my dry skin, the sillage lasts 2 to 4 hours, but on clothes, surprisingly, more than 12. The scent evolves, becoming creamy and finishing with a delicious praline. It’s fruity, summery, and ideal for anyone who wants to feel young and cheerful.
Beautiful bottle with that summer-toned gradient and a tropical, musky aroma… delicious!! As if you took the basic Angel scent and softened the patchouli and praline, adding lemon granita and mango decorated with red raspberries.
A disfigured angel. This flanker seems out of place or unnecessary. Why use the name and the Star on flankers that don’t resemble Angel? These fourth cousins who are never seen together aren’t family. It’s a rather innocent, youthful tutti frutti aroma, lacking substance. Wearable for any young girl in summer. But it’s not an Angel, it’s a cherub.
The perfume is magnificent. It’s very hard for a tropical scent to stand out since the market is full of sweet tropical fragrances for summer spritzing. But Angel Eau de Croisiere is a perfume that transcends; it feels cheerful, youthful, and very festive. However, it’s undeniable that it radiates elegance. When you smell it, you’re transported to another place, and that’s something very few fragrances can achieve. Yes, it’s a proper Angel. The name says it all: it’s an Angel who went on a cruise, enjoying those paradisiacal landscapes full of luxury. Those who say it’s a cherub have never lived such an experience in their lives. Just because it smells tropical doesn’t mean it’s vain, and Mugler managed to capture all that in a 50ml bottle.
The perfume is rich, it smells like pure mango♡ but a very, very fresh mango; every time I wear it, I receive compliments and my family immediately recognizes it. It’s perfect for summer, whether going out with friends or for daily wear, and its longevity is excellent; a sweet and refreshing scent all at once.
I find this perfume very pleasant but I expected more from it. I had been wanting to try it for a long time, and fortunately, I could test it on my skin before buying it blindly. On me, it smells basically like mango, so I was expecting something more complex and sophisticated coming from the Mugler house. It’s a summer scent, simple and enjoyable, even for those who find the original Angel and other flankers too heavy. As for longevity, it seemed very short-lived, although the sillage was great. Scent 6/10 Longevity 5/10 Sillage 7/10 Value for money 5/10 Versatility 8/10 Packaging 10/10 Would I buy it again? No, I didn’t.
The fragrance is beautiful, but the downside is it doesn’t last long on me, and the sillage is quite weak too; I suppose that’s why it’s cheaper here in Argentina compared to other Mugler scents.
I have a friend who owns a perfumery, and every day I let myself be captivated by that orange star that fascinates me. She calls me and I let myself be led like an insect before a flower. It’s as avant-garde as all of Mugler that the scent of mango, orange, and patchouli creates an addiction in me. It’s the perfect elixir for unisex (that’s why I wear it without fear). Now I’m wondering if I should buy it or leave it as something forbidden, just to touch, smell, and run away.
I have a friend who owns a perfume shop, and every day I pass by that attraction, that wonderful orange star… she calls me and I fall at her feet like an insect to a flower. As avant-garde as everything from Mugler, the scent of mango, orange, and patchouli is addictive… it’s an elixir that could easily be unisex (which is why I wear it without mercy). I’m thinking about whether to buy it or leave it as a forbidden object, just to touch, smell, and run away from.
I’ve read more good reviews than bad ones about this lovely perfume, so I plan to visit a store soon to smell it and see if it catches my interest. I already own the classic ‘Angel’ (50 ml.), which is strong and I like it, but I’m not totally in love with it yet, which makes me think I might adore Croisiere even more… I’ll let you know if I liked it and if I make it mine… greetings to all perfume enthusiasts!
I own it and it’s delicious, very tropical. I don’t use it much because it’s hard to get in my country; I bought it at Free Shop.
It’s a summer delight, what a pity it’s limited edition; I already finished mine and can’t find it anywhere now.
Hypnotic, potent, with delicious mango and chocolate standing out, very sensual.
Very fruity and summery, lasts about 7 hours on my skin. Fantastic for an eau de toilette, I recommend it. For those who don’t like the normal Angel, forget it, this is completely different although it has a brief angelic vibe in the dry down.
A juicy, fresh, and potent mango opening mixed with patchouli and something caramel-like. Fresh, young, fun, and carefree aroma, ideal for enjoying good times on summer afternoons and nights. I’m not a fan of the original Angel nor its sister Muse, this is my Angel. Performance is very good for an EDT.
This TM flanker beauty, Angel Eau Croisière, has me crazy since I tested it a few days ago and it transformed into a member of my collection without reflection or skin testing. Love at first sniff, no doubts. I’m not a fruit enthusiast, but the quality of this juice made my mouth water. How could I not succumb to the slightly acidic sweetness of the most accomplished mango I’ve ever heard, which at times mixes with a more exquisite peach skin? IMPOSSIBLE. By the time the next few notes appear (a red fruit I can’t quite distinguish, but definitely a melted praline on a gourmand patchouli), the mango remains tattooed on the epidermis, gifting us memories of hot afternoons and nights in the Caribbean, in my case a million years ago. I emphatically say: DON’T LET IT GO! If the notes attract you and there’s no tester, I can risk recommending a blind buy. You’ll thank me. The skin performance is decent: about 4 hours of average projection and up to 8 hours of longevity.
This TM gem, Angel Eau Croisière, has me hooked since I tried it and became my collection without hesitation. Love at first sniff. I’m not a fan of fruity scents, but the quality of this juice made my mouth water. How can you resist the slightly acidic sweetness of the best mango I’ve ever heard of, mixed with exquisite peach skin? IMPOSSIBLE. When the next notes appear (a red fruit and melted praline on a greedy patchouli), the mango remains tattooed on the skin, giving memories of Caribbean afternoons. I say: DON’T LET IT GO! If you’re drawn to the notes and there’s no tester, take the blind buy risk. You’ll thank me. Decent performance: 4 hours of projection and up to 8 hours of longevity.
Perfect for summer, not one of my favorites but smells great on my skin. You can really smell the patchouli and the mango lasts the first hour; it’s quite durable and I recommend it, although I like fruity fair more.
I loved it! Besides the beautiful bottle, it smells like a very pleasant sweet tropical fruit. Mango dominates, getting sweeter over time and settling on the skin. Patchouli is noticeable in the opening but very soft, nothing intrusive like the original Angel. It will be my summer favorite 🥭🧡
A sweet and tempting delight. Super tropical aroma, ideal for spring and summer afternoons and nights. The bottle is divine.
Angel Croisière 2019, very pleasant. Opens with a citrusy grapefruit without that typical bitterness, which softens but doesn’t disappear. Then, the patchouli reminds you of the Angel EDT and becomes light. Gradually, the sweet tropical mango emerges with a touch of praline. It’s creamy, almost milky, yet sparkling. It has more nuances than I expected, keeps the Angel DNA but doesn’t smell like the EDP (which I don’t like). It’s easygoing but with personality, perfect for those who don’t like citrus and want something for the heat. Too bad it’s a limited edition. Scent: 7.5/10, Sillage: 7/10, Longevity: 5/10.
I was afraid it would be just like the original Angel (my ballet teacher bathed in it and always smelled like her), but it’s nothing alike. You can tell it’s the original, but dry down is pure mango, fresh and wearable nectar, perfect for summer and not heavy on me. Lasts about 7 hours. EDIT: June 2021: I got rid of it because the mango and patchouli blend became unbearable.
Amazing! You feel the whole summer in this perfume: an explosion of mango, citrus, and sweetness that creates an elegant tropical blend, with the classic Angel always present in the background. 100% recommended!
It’s my first Angel. The opening is totally tropical, super summery; it reminds me of a juice with mango pulp and lemon. Although I like the smell of mango, this is a bomb; it made me dizzy for the first hour until I said ‘Nooo, that’s gross, it’s not for me.’ I think it was the Angel DNA that everyone says is special (and which I haven’t tried). As time passed, I noticed it became sweeter when dried down, I could feel the praline, some red fruit… the patchouli was very calm here, and I refused to believe that with each sniff I liked it more. It’s now on my wishlist; it’s a super special aroma that I can’t be without. Frankly, it’s a pity it was limited edition. Fortunately, in Chile it’s still available through private distributors and people in fragrance groups on Facebook.
It’s beautiful and always dries down differently. I enjoy it more during winter days; it stays soft and wraps you up with its sweet notes, especially mango and praline. For those who couldn’t get it, the closest thing (but not the same) is Angel Nova. The dry down of both is different, but for a few hours they smell very similar.
I tested it today alongside its sister, NOVA. Nova is more amber but very good, and this one is spicier and brighter at the start. Very citrusy and bitter for the first 3-4 minutes. Then comes that typical Mugler journey: ‘Not everything you smell at first is what you believe.’ It’s impressive how it changes over time. I loved it.
I just bought it. It keeps the DNA of the classic Mugler Angel, noticeable from the first spray. On my skin, the grapefruit, mango, and praline stand out. It’s a fruitier Angel. It reminds me of Angel Muse with that tropical passionfruit opening and also Angel Nova. This 2019 Eau de Croisière follows that line of Angel with tropical fruits. It’s nice and I like it, though it didn’t surprise me as much as I expected. I imagined something more original and summery, but it’s a flanker of the legendary 90s Angel with fruity touches. I like it a lot because the Mugler Angel was my signature years ago (around 1997). I missed out on this Eau de Croisière back then and now I wanted it. I’m happy though not surprised, but satisfied with the purchase. I don’t see it as that summery; I think it’s ideal for days that aren’t too hot; spring and autumn are its best months. Being an EDT, the projection and sillage are moderate, just like the longevity.
Where can I get it? Apparently, it’s already discontinued.
I searched every perfume store in the city throughout 2020 and found nothing; I had to buy it online. It smells like summer, like a cocktail on a lounge chair. The strongest notes are praline, mango, and patchouli. It lasts over 10 hours and has heavy sillage for a fresh scent, so be careful with the sprays. Ideal for spring and summer. It’s a limited edition, so if you find it, don’t let the opportunity pass.
A friend told me he didn’t like the mango in Fame and that this Angel Eau de Croisière was the best mango scent he’d ever smelled. Since mango is my favorite fruit and I adore sweet and tropical things, I started searching. I finally got it a few weeks ago. It’s a green, citrusy, and acidic mango at first, then comes the medium-sweet and acidic mango with a soft sweetness. The patchouli is much softer than in the classic. It lasts about 5 hours on my skin with moderate sillage, but everyone has given me compliments. If you find it, don’t miss out; the bottle is gorgeous.
I like all the Angels; they have that distinct gourmand touch that kills me. This one specifically smells very much like mango on my skin; it’s the dominant note. I love it, though I wish it lasted longer.
I love mango scents and this one is spectacular, plus it lasts forever. But watch out, like with everything from Mugler, don’t buy it blindly.
The patchouli becomes brutal once it dries down; I couldn’t handle the intensity.
