I bought it blind and the opening is very similar to Cool Water, but that sensation lasts only two hours; afterward, a herbal and cold aroma emerges that’s great. It works better in spring and summer, ideal for people over 30. Presentation 10/10, projection 8/10, longevity 8.5/10, and scent 9/10. It’s the closest thing to Creed Green Irish Tweed I’ve tried.

  • I bought it blind along with the Blue Edition and had to sell it. It’s not bad; in fact, the opening reminds me of Creed Aventus with less salt. I have it in a decant compared to Aventus, and they’re very similar. I’m not a fan of Aventus or Cool Water due to the salty notes, but this is fresher and soapy, like you just got out of a beach shower with blue soap. It has nothing to do with Aqua di Gio. The presentation is top-notch, and longevity and projection are excellent. Worth it for those who love fresh aquatic scents, even though I personally don’t like smelling like that.

If you already own Tres Nuit by Armaf, Al Haramain Carbon feels a bit redundant, though the quality is different and Armaf’s isn’t bad either. As a collector, I’ll keep both.

I bought it blind and the opening smells like Cool Water, but it lasts only two hours. Then it shifts to something herbal and cold, which is great. It suits me better in spring and summer, ideal for those over 30. Presentation 10/10, projection 8, longevity 8.5, and scent 9. It’s the closest match to Green Irish Tweed I’ve tested.

No one says it smells exactly like Reserve by Perry Ellis, but since it’s one of my all-time top 10 fragrances, I confirm it. Plus, its citrus and aquatic notes give a clear nod to Davidoff’s Cool Water. If you like those, it’s a must-have for your collection.

  • It doesn’t seem to be an exact clone of Green Irish Tweed; I don’t like it much, it has a lavender note that doesn’t agree with me, but I’m wearing it and it’s very fresh. For the price, I wouldn’t recommend it, but if it’s on sale, then yes. The performance is excellent. If you’re in Chile and want a GIT clone, 100% better is Kiss Me I’m Irish by Pastor Fragrances; that’s a whole different story.

  • It’s not an exact clone of Green Irish Tweed and doesn’t fully convince me due to that lavender, but it’s very fresh. I wouldn’t recommend it at full price, only if it’s on sale. The performance is top-tier. If you’re in Chile looking for a GIT clone, Kiss Me Im Irish by Pastor Fragrances is 100% better.

  • Fresh and relaxed are my first impressions. I’ve worn it twice and have already received compliments. Ideal for any day and occasion.

  • I bought a 5 ml decant; I’ve never tried the Creed GIT. What I can say is that it’s a Cool Water on steroids, with better longevity and projection. Of this DNA, I only own the Davidoff Cool Water and the UDV Blue by Ulric de Varens, which seems weaker to me than the CW. I’m going to buy a decant of Green Irish Tweed to compare, but I’ll also buy this one because it has great projection and longevity, which is ultimately what you’re looking for, and that’s why I think it’s worth it.

  • If you came here because of the resemblance to GIT, keep reading. Amber Oud Carbon smells like your brother-in-law, while GIT smells like Gary Oldman. Case closed.

Not even 4 hours! It projects for half an hour, maybe 45 minutes, and then it’s gone. It might be due to maceration or something, but it didn’t last for me at all. Yes, it’s like a Cool Water with more punch at the start, but I think my original Cool Water lasted longer. On top of that, it’s ridiculously expensive in my country.

  • chamuco638

Since I couldn’t afford a GIT, I went for this after trying several options. It smells 90% identical, lasts easily 8 hours, and leaves a trail of 2 to 3.

Since I couldn’t afford a GIT, I went with this after trying several options. It smells 90% identical, easily lasts 8 hours, and has 2 to 3 hours of sillage.

  • It’s a citrusy, soapy, masculine fragrance. I give it an 8/10 for freshness and projection. At $40 in Chile, it’s one of my favorites.

  • Short review: I absolutely hated this perfume; it smells exactly like GIT, just as much as an egg resembles a chestnut. What kind of imagination does someone have.

  • It’s that scent that leaves you super clean and fresh, perfect for a crisp blue look and looking impeccable. Reminds me of Cool Water and Tres Nuit, but it’s not a clone. I’ve never tried the original Green Irish Tweed. Lasts about 5 hours, though I reapply midday because the sillage is short. Today at the office, someone said, ‘Smells good,’ but that was it. PS: Some inattentive people might think it smells like detergent or soap, but I love it and really enjoy wearing it.
