Very pretty and fresh; the first scent is citrus, followed by freesia, though the tiare goes unnoticed. I love freesias, but here they feel a bit faint. It’s a cute perfume, although I feel it lacks a bit of character and body. Still, it’s a great option for spring or summer if you don’t go for purely citrus scents.

  2. It’s a good perfume, fresh, and lasts a long time. However, it sometimes becomes too sweet, and you can’t really notice the white flowers, just the lemon. Eros seems like a similar version but less sweet, which is ideal for the heat.

  3. Fresh, energetic, and vital. It’s perfect for gifting; it suits women of all ages. It’s subtle, doesn’t have much sillage or longevity, but it has a lot of personality.

  4. So rich! It’s super feminine and refined. On my skin, the white flowers stand out a lot and it lasts quite a while. The sillage isn’t the best, but it does project. It’s a perfume I buy again and again when I run out; I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve purchased it. I love it.

  5. I bought it blindly because of the good price, but I regretted it quickly. It was only noticeable at first, then it just disappeared! I won’t be buying it again.

I’m using it in summer and it’s ideal for this weather. I like it, though I don’t love it. It’s citrusy, but I sense a fruity touch like pear. I’ll keep using it, but I won’t repurchase when it runs out. I prefer others in my collection. It’s a slightly mature aroma with a vintage touch, denoting elegance. It’s like a modern perfume for mature women.

It’s a standout among florals; on my skin it stands out a lot, projects well, and isn’t intrusive. Plus, it’s excellent for everyday wear and the office. Above all, it’s perfect for summer.

  8. It smells very soft and elegant. It opens citrusy and gradually the white flowers integrate. Very delicate and discreet, but its sillage is noticeable, albeit soft. I love its ‘sober’ presentation; for Versace, it’s very elegant and not overly flashy. Great purchase.

  10. It’s the sister scent without sillage, without projection, and without longevity; the current of L’Instant de Guerlain.

Vanitas is a gentle fragrance that invites cordiality. Whenever I visit Sephora, I always put it on my wrist, and honestly, I absolutely love it. Why? Because of the harmony of its notes. It’s a masterfully blended scent with a beautiful evolution. It starts fresh, then transitions into a white floral aroma where a delicate, warm, and sensual tiare flower really stands out. It doesn’t smell tropical; instead, it feels like a flower garden sweetened by a very modern tonka bean and cedar, which gives it excellent longevity. It lasts over 8 hours on my skin, which is a lot to ask these days. On my skin, it highlights a spiced floral bouquet, and as it dries down, it becomes a sensual scent. It’s perfect for an office woman, leaving a pleasant trail that encourages signing deals and attending business dinners, with a great memory effect. I also see it as ideal for going out with friends or a partner for drinks on a summer terrace. Without a doubt, people will notice you and think you smell kind and warm. In short, I’ve loved this fragrance since it hit the market, and even today, I think it has great performance (plus, it’s very reasonably priced…). It’s warm and versatile.

Vanitas is a friendly fragrance that invites cordiality. Whenever I go to Sephora, I put it on my wrist and I love it. Why? First, for the harmony of notes. It’s a masterful blend with good evolution. The opening is fresh and transitions to a white floral aroma where a delicate, warm, and sensual tiare stands out. It doesn’t smell like tropical fragrances, but rather a garden of flowers sweetened by a very contemporary tonka bean vanilla and a cedar that gives it excellent fixation. More than 8 hours on my skin, which is a lot to ask these days. On my skin, it highlights a spiced floral ensemble, and at the dry-down it smells sensual. It’s perfect for the office; it leaves a pleasant sillage that invites closing deals and business dinners, with a good memory effect. I also see it for going out with friends or a partner for a few drinks on summer terraces. Without a doubt, people will smell you and think it’s a friendly and warm fragrance. Smells exquisite and delicate, though it didn’t hit me as hard as Dioraddict 2 or Bright Crystal. It’s divine, perfect for summer, rain, or the beach, and on my skin, the tiare flower note really shines. The trail is soft and discreet, but I’m buying it because it’s just so good.

Floral, fresh, and super feminine! The best of Versace, 100% recommended. It looks great on my 19-year-old daughter and smells completely different on my 67-year-old mom, but absolutely delicious! Definitely a very good fragrance.

Vanity of vanities, all is vanity. With little experience with Versace, my expectations were vague. Why the name Vanitas? In Latin, it means vanity and evokes fragile objects and the brevity of life. Versace chose pure, creamy white flowers instead of outrageous animalic scents. It smells like a real floral bouquet heightened with fresh lime; cedar and tonka bean keep it from being linear, giving it a sweet, pleasant dry down. It reminds me of body lotions, but the lime saves it from being generic or sticky. Ironically, it doesn’t remind me of Kingdom Hearts’ Vanitas, though if someone notices, they might not get the connection. The sillage is moderate and the projection humble: noticeable without being overwhelming. It’s not for everyone, but I doubt anyone would dislike it. A delicate and stable fragrance whose charm lies in its philosophical execution.

What a delight! I went to the mall, tried it, and I need it. It smells ultra-feminine and makes you noticed; it has a great trail and you can feel your presence when you walk into a place. The only downside is that at the end, it doesn’t smell as exclusive, but I totally forgive it because the opening is worth it. It smells similar to Versace Eros Pour Femme on me.

  17. When I bought Versence, they gave me a sample of Vanitas and I was fascinated. The tiare scent drove me crazy; it’s ultra-feminine and delicate… what a delight! It’s one of my favorites.

This perfume changed my mind several times. At first, I loved the romantic floral scent. When I first got it, I felt that tiare flower essence made me hesitate to wear it to work; I only considered it for formal dinners or elegant gatherings, almost too mature. Wearing it a few times made me feel like an older lady, but then it transformed. The tiare flowers that initially overwhelmed me became an essential for my daily routine. Its fine trail is rich and pleasant, a soft scent that adds femininity to everything. I recommend it.

When I first got it, I sensed that tiare flower essence that many say they dislike, which made me hesitate to wear it to work. I only pictured it for formal dinners, elegant gatherings, or even a bit too much for daily wear. The first few times I wore it, I felt like an older lady, but then it transformed. The tiare flowers that initially overwhelmed me became an essential for my everyday life. Its fine trail turned rich and pleasant, a soft scent that adds femininity to everything it touches. I loved the first trail so much: a light, creamy citrus scent that was very pleasant, and I thought, I want it! Then it changed and transformed into a fairly ordinary perfume that made me doubt, so I decided not to buy it. I will try it again to give it a chance…

I liked it, though it left me with a ‘creamy’ scent, very similar to some body creams hehe… But yes, as SeleneHdez said, it’s feminine and smells great… on my skin it feels soft 🙂 A gentle floral and somewhat elegant… I barely noticed the lemon, it’s just a sparkling touch accompanying the flowers at the start, then it becomes subtle and pleasant in the dry down.

Vanitas is an ode to tender femininity, it smells like tiare and lemon, it’s a wonderful floral, and the tonka bean gives it a sweetness that I love. It has very good longevity, more than 8 hours.
