As Kundera said, eroticism lies in ambiguity, and that’s exactly what makes this 2024 Classique Pride edition. I’ll confess two things: I bought it at the end, and JPG has never been my favorite brand due to the hype, though their perfumes always work. A girl at my store told me to try it and recommended it. Here goes! Even if it’s marketed for women, guys, give it a shot. It starts with a bitter Yuzu citrus, softer than other brands and very summery. Five minutes in, it shifts to a woody floral base with a top-tier orange note. Then something magical appears: an undisclosed fresh lavender that reminds me of JPG’s DNA. It’s sexy, clean, and rare, with that white shirt musk. It’s not for everyone, but for those who are confident in themselves. Lasts about 8 hours with great projection. Bought it blind and it turned out amazing. Nothing like the original Classique. It’s a white floral with citrus notes, but not sweet. Starts with a green, bitter spicy touch—somewhat unfeminine—but soon blends into a clean, incredibly long-lasting scent, like freshly laundered clothes. What I least expected was that it would get the most compliments; it lasts 5-6 hours without fading, which is incredible.
I love it! It’s become one of my favorite perfumes in the entire collection. 💗
