Finally tried this Avon classic (formerly Privacy) at the only physical store left in Buenos Aires. At first, it’s bright, citrusy, and herbal, reminding me of Natura’s classic Homem. As it dries down, it becomes rounder, as if it has musk (I don’t detect any wood), and smells like lavender. Suddenly, it vibrates with a Gillette Foamy shaving cream note. Perfect for the office, ideal for someone over 30 with a low-key, classic profile. You can get it today for $20 USD (only on MercadoLibre; the official price is almost double).
Sorry, but this perfume isn’t from 2015. I remember using it back in 2001.
The catalog says it’s citrusy and tastes like lemon, but it’s not; it’s herbal notes. I tested it myself, and it’s very citrusy, herbal, elegant, and woody. It’s more classic because it came out in the 90s, but the longevity isn’t great. I always used it as a deodorant, plus aftershave, talcum powder, spray, and even in 5ml, 30ml, and 100ml sizes, even as shower gel. Exclusive is the most classic one and the one I used the most during my childhood.
It does indeed have a certain resemblance to CK Eternity, but it heads in a less floral and luminous direction, being more serious and woody. It’s pleasant and has regular longevity. Good value for the price.
Mixed feelings about this fragrance. It smells great; it’s a classic fougère, elegant and refined for an economic catalog product. The problem is that the projection is non-existent and the longevity is ridiculously low, at least that’s how I felt at first. If things change, I’ll update the review. If it improves in that regard, I’d pay more than the $18 I spent. Yes, I know many might think that’s expensive, but I’m writing from Uruguay, where everything is pricey, and perfumes even more so.
Just another generic fragrance that fulfills its function, like using any cheap cologne after a shower or before bed, or when you have a headache and want to smell something pleasant. For the price, it’s a good bath cologne or relaxing room freshener, but don’t get your hopes up: it’s not for the street, dates, or work. It’s like not wearing any fragrance after an hour.

Beautiful herbal, fresh, and aromatic fragrance, very much a 90s classic. Moderate but persistent trail; it smells clean to me, has lavender even though it’s not listed. Excellent quality-to-price ratio; longevity on my skin is 5 to 6 hours. I recommend it.
Generally, Avon doesn’t mention perfumers on their fragrances, but this one does. Also, I think they’ve improved durability standards on the skin (not so much on the scents); it almost matches the performance of a Zara (like the Avon Segno). Fresh and aromatic fragrance, totally suited for temperate climates, made ‘to please everyone’. For an idea: a hybrid between Tommy and Burberry for Men, leaning more towards the latter. Take a look at its construction; look back at 90s perfumery. Versatile, casual, daytime, masculine, and clean. Projects for a bit and then about 5 hours, very close to the skin or depending on the skin and weather. The price is a steal, especially if they’re clearance from past campaigns. For cost, performance, and aroma, it could be your daily driver without affecting your budget. Simple bottle, fitting the price and Argentine manufacturing. (I don’t know how its later flankers smell compared to this original Exclusive).

It was very nice, soft, and elegant, but the longevity is minimal; after two hours, it’s completely gone.
Herbal freshness and elegance without being intrusive. At first, the rosemary and cardamomo are potent, but within 5 minutes, it settles into soft herbal notes. The sandalwood and cardamomo add an elegant touch. Perfect for work: with 4 sprays it lasts 5-6 hours, has good projection, and isn’t overwhelming.
