Treselle by Avon

A book-perfume, exquisite, superb, feminine, and seductive. I absolutely loved this Avon proposal, always in the catalogs but never caught my eye until I tried it and was completely enchanted, falling into its hypnotic web without resistance. Fresh with a slight aquatic note from lotus, sensual thanks to the rose and pepper, sparkling and delicately talcum-powdered. It has the natural sweetness of nard flowers, complete with stem, feeling so natural. I take my hat off to this wonderful creation by my dear Alberto, which actually doesn’t surprise me, as he puts his signature on every masterpiece. A worthy competitor to high-end brands without any envy.

What can I say about this perfume? I bought it because YouTube always called it an exquisite gem. What a letdown? It doesn’t smell of neroli; it starts citrusy, which I admit isn’t my style. It doesn’t last at all, only an hour or two. It is reasonably priced, but it’s not worth it because I truly hate it. I ended up gifting it to a friend. I won’t be buying it again.

One of my favorite catalog scents. The neroli and white flowers are present from start to finish; maybe licorice gives it some body, and a bit of pepper adds a spicy kick, while the iris lingers at the end with a powdery touch. I’ve worn this fragrance a lot in the heat, and on my skin it’s a powerhouse in terms of longevity—lasting about 6 hours with moderate projection. It’s a scent that doesn’t offend or disappoint; it’s very refined and delicate. I recommend it without a doubt.

Treselle is one of my favorites, fresher than Today Tomorrow. It has extraordinary longevity, it’s refreshing and comforting. I can definitely sense the neroli.

The Treselle I tried before (before the possible reformulation) was sensual and spicy, with a floral that expanded exquisitely. It felt fresh, transparent, yet mysterious at the same time. I agree with those who said it has a very subtle green touch. Everything adds up to make it wonderful. It’s versatile for any season, though I think it shines more in spring or summer nights, but that’s just a matter of taste. I believe perfume should only obey the mood and spirit of the person wearing it. It didn’t feel like a catalog product. Honestly, along with Today, they are masterpieces from Avon.

Treselle is a hyper-feminine fragrance. A budget gem for floral lovers and those who appreciate a pepper note, provided they don’t mind the scent feeling somewhat synthetic. I like it, though it doesn’t quite make me fall in love. The pepper is very predominant from start to finish. As for the florals, I struggle to distinguish specific notes, though I clearly perceive the lotus, with its fresh and watery touch, and a green aspect that I believe is the lily of the valley. It seems ideal for spring (especially) and autumn. Its longevity on my skin is 5-6 hours, with a moderate trail once its initial potent projection fades. Scent: 6.5/10, Longevity: 5.5/10, Sillage: 8/10, Value: 8/10, Versatility: 7/10, Packaging: 8/10. Would I buy it again? Probably not.

I like this perfume; it doesn’t fascinate me to the point of making me fall in love, but I still find it very delicious. I think it’s quite wearable, in no way intrusive. I feel it’s quite green and very fresh. I sense it’s in the same style as Pur Blanca, only the latter is softer and has a sweeter touch, in my opinion. I perceive Treselle as less sweet but more intense. For me, they are among the fresh florals I’d use more in spring and summer nights (though I feel it’s very versatile and can be worn in any season without being overwhelming). Personally, in winter, I prefer well-sweet, vanilla, gourmand, or floral scents with more sweetness, but it wouldn’t look bad using it (I’m going to try it in the low-temperature season to see how it settles). In my opinion, it’s a very good perfume that I don’t think fails too much for those who like florals with a soft, sparkling spicy touch (probably due to the pepper note). While I don’t feel it’s a sexy perfume, I do think that pepper touch gives it a bit of sensuality, of maturity. It’s lovely, fresh, pleasant, clean, feminine, and for the price, it seems like a very good option (at least in Argentina, it’s quite accessible). The packaging seems beautiful (nothing pretentious, but very delicate). I don’t particularly care about that because I’m not really interested in it. If the fragrance doesn’t please me, the packaging doesn’t matter to me because I’m not buying a decorative object, but the content. A beautiful fragrance can have the simplest packaging, and what I care about is falling in love with the scent, but I do recognize that in this case, it looks delicate on the vanity, and that I love. It’s a fragrance that, as they say, has the three Bs (good, beautiful, and cheap); what more could you ask for? I would buy it again, especially because it breaks the routine of what I’m used to wearing (very sweet). Often I feel like taking a break from the trending gourmand aromas and smelling something different, and this perfume is ideal for that. I recommend it.

It says it has neroli, but on my skin it smells just like my jasmine oil: nothing synthetic, only natural white flowers with that aquatic lotus touch. It has great depth; it’s not flat. It feels like a designer fragrance and costs only two bucks—unbelievable that it’s from a catalog.

It’s a super exquisite delight, nothing more than the Omnia Crystalline version by Bulgari. Totally identical. The good thing is I have the original and I’ve already ordered this one. Ideal for any season and any time. One of the best Avon has ever done. It has one little flaw: it’s so soft it doesn’t last long. But it’s worth it.

Avon Treselle, eau de parfum, is a fragrance that feels herbal, aquatic, sweet, soft, and feminine. I find it similar to Acqua di Gioia; it’s for summer and spring, warm climates. Lasts 3 hours, moderate sillage, for people 20 years and up.

Very, very delicious, but on my skin it doesn’t last long. Still, for going to the gym or meeting friends for mate is an excellent option. I’ll tell you it’s delicious, pure jasmine, but it just doesn’t last on the skin.
