Secret Mystiques opens with potent myrrh, cedar, and a powdery touch of cashmere. It’s then dominated by guaiac wood and a bitter citrus note, evolving into an amber and balsamic blend with labdanum. Grey amber gives it strength, while patchouli stays in the background as support. I see this more as vintage than modern—a woody, aromatic, and spiced mix (it seems to have nutmeg) that I wouldn’t recommend blindly. Sometimes it reminds me of D&G Light Blue pour Homme, which isn’t for me. It asks for 125 euros for 75ml (166 euros for 100ml), and I don’t think it’s worth the price. Longevity and projection are top-notch, but I prefer other scents from Hayari, a house with great perfumes that isn’t talked about enough. See you later!
