It’s definitely not Zara’s best, obviously. The scent is pleasant, which is a must, and there’s something I like, but it doesn’t fully convince me. It’s simple, straightforward, smells clean, and doesn’t evolve. As a perfume, it’s not particularly virtuosic, but it’s effective at doing its job. It won’t go down in history, but anyone who wears it won’t complain. It’s just that simple. Great for daily wear, versatile, and perfect for the office. Maybe it feels a bit suffocating in high heat because it’s slightly heavy, with lots of vetiver and patchouli, but they’re so well-blended they’re almost indistinguishable. A green, slightly spicy, a bit earthy scent… On my skin, it lasts longer than I’d like. Incredible that I have to say this, but it ends up overwhelming me. Anyway, give it a try if you can find it, as that’s getting harder. The last time I saw it, it was bundled with Scent #2, which I like more. A hug to fellow fragrance lovers and stay safe inside!
Hi! This one is from Zara’s Scents collection. While my #1 pick is Scent 1, Scent 4 is my second favorite. It’s a very straightforward vetiver. I absolutely love it; it’s one of my go-to notes right now, though I admit it doesn’t always hit the spot for everyone in my circle. Generally, vetivers can be tricky, but this is the perfect starting point to discover such a beautiful, nuanced note. Few people reject it outright at first, and no one is instantly smitten, but if you like it, that’s because it’s a very friendly vetiver. A bit sharp at first, but that fades quickly to reveal something green, aquatic, and with a citrusy touch. It also has that classic damp earth vibe, but very light and pleasant. It’s perfect as a daily driver (if only Zara didn’t discontinue fragrances every week!). It’s incredibly cheap and lasts long: about 5 hours with a strong sillage at the start.
