An oriental cousin of Ombre Leather with top-tier quality; the leather feels a bit more tamed with a very subtle oud touch. I wouldn’t wear it myself, but it’s an interesting proposal and superior to Tom Ford’s.
Paramour smells comfortable, but contrary to expectations, on skin it’s more fruity and sweet than leathery. The suede isn’t the star; it sits beneath an acidic raspberry note at the start, blending into a sweet vanilla nuance as it dries. It projects about a meter for the first hour, very fruity, then drops to skin level for its 6-7 hour longevity. It’s versatile for casual or semi-formal occasions, ideal for spring and autumn. A rare leather (not *of* leather) scent in a niche house, so try it on skin to see if it fits or if there are other leather-raspberry combos you might prefer.
It was a total surprise for me, one of the most delicate scents I’ve smelled in recent years. I wear it on my wrist and still don’t quite understand the comparisons to Tuscan Leather. Tom Ford’s is powerful, rough, and dry. This fragrance, on the other hand, is creamy, delicate, and subtle. It reminds me more of Naxos in terms of aroma type, but with a clear leaning toward red fruits. In the base, there’s a suede accompanied by vanilla that gives it an almost velvety character. In the heart, throughout the life of the scent, alongside this fruity part, floral notes accompany it, making it elegant, calm, and a touch sensual. To me, it’s more feminine than masculine, though on a date it could be a great companion if you know the other person’s tastes reasonably well. I see it as the perfect gift for that person in your life who is always affectionate, tender, and amiable.

Worn on my wrist, I don’t understand the comparisons to Tuscan Leather: Tom Ford’s is powerful, rough, and dry, while this is creamy, delicate, and subtle. It reminds me more of Naxos but with a clear leaning toward red fruits. In the base, a suede with vanilla gives it a velvety touch. In the heart, the floral notes make it elegant, calm, and a bit sensual. To me, it’s more feminine, though on a date it could be a great companion if you know the other person’s taste. I see it as the perfect gift for someone affectionate, tender, and amiable.

It’s that familiar leather + raspberry combo, but with its own personality and doesn’t just copy La Yuqawam or others that, while smelling good, are almost clones of Tuscan Leather. Yes, it shares some notes with Tom Ford, but once you try it, they’re worlds apart; I’d say it’s at most 20% Tuscan, with base nuances that remind me of other scents. It has a moderate sweet touch pointing toward Widian London, more wearable and modern. In the base, I notice something rough (note: it’s balanced suede, not pure leather) that sounds like Memo’s African Leather, and a smoky, earthy tone similar to Penhaligon’s Halfeti Leather. It’s different, playing in the same league, but personally, focusing only on the opening, it creates its own style and I like it more than Tuscan or its imitations, probably because I already find that fragrance a bit boring. It’s that familiar leather + raspberry combo, but it has its own style and doesn’t just copy La Yuqawam or others that, while smelling good, are almost copies of Tuscan Leather. It shares some notes with the Tom Ford version, but as you get to know it, they’re very different; at first glance, I’d say it’s at most 20% Tuscan, but I notice underlying nuances of other things. For example, it has a moderate sweet touch leaning toward Widian London, more “wearable” and “modern,” so to speak. At the same time, in the base, I perceive something rough (aside from a very balanced suede, note: not leather) that also sounds like another composition, in this case Memo’s African Leather, and also a smoky, even earthy tone, similar to Penhaligon’s Halfeti Leather. It’s different, playing in that same league, but personally and at first glance, focusing solely on its opening, it creates its own style, which, by the way, I like more than Tuscan or its “imitations” (probably because I already find that fragrance a bit boring).
