  1. Bacio Immortale clearly draws inspiration from Tuscan Leather by Tom Ford, but the nuances here hook me, and the quality is at least equal, if not better. The leather smells like suede, the raspberry is more acidic and green, and by swapping saffron for pepper and adding clean woods, it gains versatility. The result is rich, with class-leading performance, though its only flaw is that it isn’t original. Rating: 8/10, tested on the discovery set.

You can tell it smells great. It’s leather with a greenish touch that I really like. It projects a masculine, serious, and mature vibe. It has nothing to do with Triumph of Bacchus in scent, only the bottle looks similar. It reminds me a lot of Ombre Leather, but without that floral base from the Tom Ford version. It doesn’t project much, but it leaves a pleasant trail. It doesn’t work well in heat; you should wear it in cool or mild weather. It feels like it’s made for a nice dress shirt, nothing sporty.

  3. It smells very similar to Triumph of Bacchus but more feminine, though it could work as unisex. It’s dark, deep, and wild. What stands out most are the violets and the leather, though I detect a hint of raspberry. It’s an addictive scent that lingers on the skin for a long time. The bottle is a dream, worthy of the most elegant vanity. As for the price? It’s high, but if I had it, I’d pay for it.
