It starts with a dirtier touch due to the cumin, which smells very crisp and realistic. After 15 minutes, that note fades and launches into a sweeter (I assume they boosted the vanilla) and more complete journey than the EDP; if you thought it couldn’t get better, you’ll be surprised. In the air, it’s delicious, but once it settles on the skin, you notice that dirty animal trail from the musks and other notes (I think there’s patchouli) to give that ‘oud’ accord. The smoky feel has also toned down with that sweet weight, and the drydown is more pleasant and ‘easy’. It’s just as potent.
