I haven’t tried it in-store yet, but I’m hoping to get my hands on it soon because the notes really appeal to me. From this collection, the best first impressions were Tuesday and Friday. I’ll have to go back and sniff them separately to really evaluate them.
It reminds me a lot of Coach EDP; they share five notes and five main chords on Fragrantica. But in Monday by Zara, the rose takes the lead, whereas Coach is more fruity and sweet. Monday and Friday are my two favorite scents from this Zara line dedicated to the days of the week.
It’s a beast. Mature rose, sweet, and super elegant. If they don’t tell you, you wouldn’t believe it’s from Zara. The projection is brutal and lasts all day on skin and clothes until you wash them. I own a lot of Zara scents and most are decent for the price, but this one is in a league of its own. It dethroned Rose Gourmand in terms of quality. I don’t get why they went unnoticed, except for the orange one which smells like that Chinese VGC; the rest were just average.
