This AdP seems to outperform the original in several ways. The clean, bubbly marine base, packed with myrtle and citrus, feels distinct: the basil and juniper have more punch, offering a well-blended green touch that evolves without being soapy, instead leaning more natural. Performance is brutal (around 8 hours) with a decent trail. The presentation is incredible, and the performance delivers what a special edition should: that extra bit that makes you feel you smell better than expected. For me, it’s a summer staple, more daytime than nighttime, and perfect for everyone. Highly recommended if you can get your hands on it. Rating: 9/10. Bottle purchased in Lodoro, Chile.

It smells incredibly natural, avoiding those synthetic detergent-like touches that sometimes plague other citrus versions. It starts soft with myrtle, basil, lemon, and bergamot. As it dries down, it leaves an aquatic trail with cedar and a touch of herbal soap that conveys serenity and is comforting. Ideal for summer and spring. The bottle and Forte Forte cylinder are beautiful. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey for what it lasts; on my skin, it lasts about 6 hours, so sometimes you have to reapply.
