I approached this perfume because I generally like Givenchy, but I truly fell in love. I love that it has presence without being too overused. I think it’s more of a winter or evening-in-summer scent, but I wear it every day because I genuinely adore it: it’s a perfume that screams elegance.
It’s pleasant and sweet from the start, with just a light citrus breeze for the first few seconds before settling into sugared white flowers with a fruity touch. It projects well, has a noticeable feminine aura, and that sweetness is very much in line with Lancôme’s LVEB.
I kept it saved for winter—impossible in summer because it’s too heavy—but I tried it a few nights in this heat and it worked like a charm: a totally different vibe, fresh yet sweet, where the citrus and pear shine and the floral notes aren’t heavy, just add an appealing sweetness. I wore it out to dinner last night and can still smell it this morning when I wake up.
