To me, this feels more like a hesperidic fragrance than a woody one—a very fresh vetiver that, combined with bergamot, achieves a freshness similar to Ninfeo Mio.
This is a delight: vetiver for women and some men too. It’s very fresh, very green, very citrusy, and perfect for all year round—light and slightly sweet, but just enough. I find it inoffensive, but that’s its beauty; it’s for everyone. Although vetiver is present, it’s not the main note; bergamot and ginger dominate. Neroli and rose add a honeyed floral sweetness and a lot of femininity. It was a real pleasure, not intrusive, with a short trail—skin scent style—but good longevity.
A vetiver that makes me faint, sigh, want, and love… Prada Infusion of Vetiver is glorious. Usually, I’m not the type to faint over fresh, green vetiver scents, but this composition has everything going for it. Vetiver is a unique note that appears only occasionally; in nature, it can be dry, bitter, and dusty, and most fragrances present it as smoky and dry-oriental. I think Infusion of Vetiver takes a different path. It’s clean and refreshing, but not bland, green, or boring. The dryness of the vetiver is evident, especially on skin, but the clean, soapy accord balances it very well. It’s not very herbal, just light and slightly soapy. It’s hard to do it justice with my words. All I can say is that it seems very attractive to me and would make me approach anyone wearing it. The earthy freshness works very well. Prada makes elegant scents, and while Infusion of Vetiver is one of them, it’s not strictly so, so I’d encourage any man, even the casual ones uncomfortable in suits, to give it a try. It smells almost perfect on any man, at least in my opinion.
Infusion de Vetiver is pure joy. It’s luminous and bright, like a fresh summer morning. A pale yellow-green that bursts with lightly floral citrus: bergamot, mandarin, and unopened neroli; the dusty trail of rose and iris lingers in the background, maintaining coherence with their sisters. The true star, vetiver, is green like few others, with a slightly bitter, crackling side that adds naturalness, amplified and refreshed by the citrus. It’s a spotless, impeccably clean vetiver, sophisticated in its simplicity and with a kind character that energizes and fills you with positivity. Totally unisex, it doesn’t feel adult at all and could be a great option for anyone wanting to try this note, which is often so wild. Honestly, it reminds me very little of the discontinued Prada vetiver I owned and didn’t enjoy much, of which a tiny bit must still be left in my parents’ bathroom. In fact, in that one I never found vetiver, just something resembling herbal tea. Longevity is decent, around 6-7 hours, and projection is moderate, leaning low after the first two hours, but you still keep smelling and enjoying it constantly. It was a wonderful surprise, and this summer I’m going to wear it nonstop.

A pale yellow-green that opens with lightly floral citrus notes: bergamot, tangerine, and unopened neroli; the dusty trail of rose and iris lingers in the background, maintaining coherence with their sisters. The star is the vetiver itself—green in a way few are, with a slightly bitter, crunchy edge that adds naturalness, amplified and refreshed by the citrus. It’s a spotless, impossibly clean vetiver, sophisticated in its simplicity and with a friendly character that energizes and fills you with positivity. Totally unisex, it feels nothing like an adult fragrance and could be a great option for anyone wanting to try this note, which is often so rugged. After buying Infusion Homme, I moved on to Iris Cedre and then together this Vetiver and the EDP Absolu, all blind buys and they didn’t disappoint me. This Infusion Vetiver fragrance lives up to its name, stands out without being earthy, accompanied by bright, clean citrus notes of lemon and bergamot, along with a vigorous ginger, making it special and nothing generic. The notes aren’t new, but the composition is excellently assembled. Ideal for the office, casual daytime or evening outings, warm climates, spring, and summer. I wore it today, sprayed once on my arm at 4pm. Then I went to the gym at 7pm and when I moved my arm I felt bursts of scent. I went to the bathroom and even at 10pm the aroma still smelled great. I’ll try again to check the longevity on skin.
A very fresh, citrusy, and wearable vetiver. Quite unisex. I bought it blind because it’s hard to test, but knowing the perfumer and the Infusion line by Prada, I knew what to expect. It’s green and citrusy, doesn’t overwhelm or project too much, but envelops you with a charming scent. The opening with ginger as the protagonist is a hit; it adds a lot of zest and energy. A good perfume to start with this note or if you’re wary of other more aggressive vetivers.
A super fresh, citrusy vetiver that’s easy to wear. Very unisex. I bought it blind because it’s hard to test, but knowing the perfumer and Prada’s Infusion line, I knew what I was getting into. A great perfume to start exploring this note… or if you’re wary of other vetivers that can be too aggressive and sharp.
What does it smell like? A glass of gin with ginger ale and vetiver and neroli botanicals. The opening is a white liquor with ginger that gives way to a very fresh, natural Haitian vetiver, in the line of Prada’s infusions that leave a bubble around you, projecting discreetly and elegantly, but with better performance than its sisters. Perfect for spring, summer, and work; it works equally well on men and women. Too bad they discontinued it. Update: it’s back on the market, though I don’t know if it’s reformulated.
I was gifted two vials and was looking for a scent with vetiver because I miss my father; I think I found it. The star is the vetiver, full of character, accompanied by citrus, cardamom, and ginger. It gives me the sensation of being in a forest with green and woody aromas. I classify it as unisex.
Smells incredible, super unisex, and blends earthy notes with something super clean and pleasant. The vetiver comes out soft and balanced by the ginger, making it perfect to try without fear. It develops beautifully on my skin over time: versatile, easy to wear, with a subtle sensual touch. It’s all-terrain: perfect for the office or a special date.
It has an incredibly pleasant aroma. Totally unisex, it blends an earthy base with a clean, very enjoyable sensation. The vetiver feels soft and well-balanced thanks to the ginger touch. In my opinion, it’s an excellent choice for those who want to dip their toes into the world of vetiver. It improves with time on the skin. It’s very versatile, easy to wear, with a subtle sensual touch. Plus, it’s an all-rounder: works just as well for everyday office wear as it does for a special date.
