It smells very similar to Serge Lutens, but the opening of this is stronger and has a slight acidic tone.
I love it, period.
I love it.
This is the purest, most accomplished bergamot scent I’ve ever heard. Incredible. With spring in the air and orange trees blooming on the street, the comparison is spot-on. It has a bitter edge, like that lingering trace left by green orange peel on your skin. If you love authentic bergamot, you’ll adore it. Personally, I prefer creamier or fruitier florals.
It’s the purest and best-executed saffron I’ve ever smelled. Incredible. Now that in spring the orange trees are blooming and you can smell them firsthand, the comparison is identical. It also has a bitter note, like the trail left by green orange peel on your hand. If you like authentic saffron, you’ll love it. I prefer creamier or fruitier florals.
I tested it on blotter paper and it was amazing: pure saffron, honeyed white floral with a touch of animalic indole. It reminded me of vintage perfumes or essential oils; it’s linear with no standout notes beyond the floral. Ideal for elegant women with strong personalities, not for young or shy individuals. It doesn’t have much sillage but lasts a long time. It’s a modern classic, super elegant.
This perfume has moderate sillage and lasts three hours on my skin. The aroma is linear but very pleasant; it reminds me of C’est la vie by Christian Lacroix, but in a lighter, summery version. In my opinion, its scent suits any age, and I think it’s a perfect option for high temperatures. The only downside is the price.
I sprayed just one on the back of my hand, not sure which version, without many expectations, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised, especially regarding performance; it lasted over 8 hours. The thing is, I think the scent itself could be achieved with cheaper perfumes. In me, the neroli really stands out, which I usually don’t like because it gives me a very musky-soapy feeling that gets a bit annoying. Here, that sensation is balanced; it’s not as strong as in ADP Essenza, for example. It’s not a bad perfume for those who enjoy that type of scent.
I was gifted this in December with 45-degree heat in the Southern Hemisphere, and honestly, it felt unpleasant and invasive to me. But when autumn arrived, I gave it another chance and… I fell in love completely. It’s delicate, persistent, and smells like rich handmade citrus and white flowers. Just keep in mind it’s not for those who like to stand out or dominate with their fragrance. Sorry about the lack of accents, but I can’t find them on this keyboard.
When I first sprayed it on blotter paper, that bergamot is luxurious—it almost rivals Agua de Sevilla. It seemed like it would last well… but on my skin, it vanished in just a couple of hours. For the price, it’s not worth it, though on clothes it gives that fresh, clean vibe I like. I won’t be buying it again.
On the strip, it smells like a wonderful bergamot, reminding me a bit of Agua de Sevilla and seemed to have great longevity… but oh, on the skin it didn’t last even two hours. Not worth the price. On clothes, however, I appreciate that soft sense of cleanliness and freshness. I won’t be repurchasing.
Exquisite, elegant, feminine, neat and clean, fresh, for citrus lovers. Very long-lasting with a wide sillage, a fabulous fragrance for hot weather without needing to reapply; with two or three sprays it lasts 8 hours. Recommended if you’re looking for citrus with good longevity and projection, though you should test it on skin.
