Total steal! Cheap perfume that surprises, totally citrus. Perfect for the heat.

ABSOLUTE MAGIC! I’ve had it for a year. At first, it disappointed me because it’s citrusy, not aquatic like I expected, but now it’s one of my top 3 favorites out of 45 bottles for that invigorating scent. The only downside is longevity, but for the smell, I’ll buy it again without hesitation.

F by Ferragamo Free Time is citrusy, aromatic, and musky: it starts sharp and fresh, almost aldehydic, then gains body with spices and an aquatic feel before drying down to musk and wood. It lasted me 7 hours with moderate projection at first, then skin scent. Ideal for spring, summer, the beach, or casual outings; it smells great and is cheap. I’d buy it blind with minimal risk, and if you don’t like it, it makes a perfect gift.

F by Ferragamo Free Time is citrusy, aromatic, and musky. It opens with a fresh, sharp burst, almost aldehydic. Then spices come through, giving it body and an aquatic feel, settling into a musky, woody base. It lasted 7 hours: moderate sillage at first, then closer to the skin. Perfect for spring/summer days, the beach, or casual outings. Pleasant and affordable, safe to buy blind or as a gift.

Great value for the price. It’s not a unique scent—it can feel a bit generic—but that doesn’t make it bad. Clean, elegant, and perfect for the office in heat, whether casual or formal. My only wish is for better longevity (4-6 hours), but given its profile and how pleasant it smells, it’s totally worth it.

I own over 400 perfumes, and this one is my wife’s absolute favorite. That’s saying something!

It never quite clicks with my skin, maybe due to my pH or the extreme heat. I agree with ‘mistery’ from 2021: it smells like sweaty skin, almost intimate. It reminds me of cumin, perhaps because of the cardamom and pepper blend with the citrus. On paper, it smelled great: warm, spicy citrus with a subtle fruity caramel sweetness. I’ll leave it to test in cooler weather to see if that cumin note improves before updating.

Back in 2012, exploring scents was an adventure. While walking around San Andresito, an advisor introduced me to ‘F By Free Time’. It’s a musky citrus that instantly reminded me of Givenchy Blue Label. Created by Oliver Polge, it carries his signature. Although I hadn’t tried Versace Pour Homme, I noticed this one is warmer and spicier thanks to the pepper and cardamomo. It seems simple but has charm. It leaves a noticeable trail for 5-6 hours. Recommended for the office and relaxed summer/spring days. Today I smelled it again and it made me smile, recalling my walks through Bogotá. It works in any weather. Scent: 8.0, Longevity: 7.5, Projection: 7, Versatility: 7.5, Feminine Olfactory: 7, Price: 9. Total: 7.5.

‘F by Ferragamo Free Time’ is a citrus enigma. It launches with vibrant Amalfi lemon and spicy ginger. The heart, featuring pink pepper and cardamom, risks a clash between warmth and freshness. The base of vetiver, musk, and cedar provides solidity and masculinity. It walks the tightrope of audacity: a declarative opening, a challenging heart, and a traditional base. It’s not for everyone, but for those who can handle its complexity, it’s a hymn to individuality. It deserves applause for its bravery and personal experience.

I had Ferragamo Free Time in my store and gifted it to my brother. We were both amazed. It’s exquisite, very masculine, fresh with citrus and woody notes. It’s noticeable from a distance and utterly charming.

It puts me in a good mood and brightens my day. The same thing happens with Nautica Voyage.

The best Ferragamo fragrance, hands down.

Moderate to strong longevity and sillage; give it time because the opening is dense and spicy, reminiscent of Victorinox: earthy, woody, and rich at a distance. Fresh and casual, it smells like a man. I loved wearing it as a woman.
fercrusot
Summer freshness with lemon, perfect for shopping or informal visits with friends.
mistery
I’m wearing it now. I tried it a month ago and it didn’t click for me. It starts fresh with lemon, but the pink pepper combined with cardamomo just doesn’t work for me; the woody base sounds artificial. I didn’t detect ginger, vetiver, or musk. In short: lemon (15 mins), pepper, sweaty skin, and fake wood. It’s not unpleasant, but it’s not for me. Good projection for the first hour, then skin scent. Short longevity, 4-5 hours. I’ll give it away; I bought it cheap along with F Black (I liked that one more), for under $20. Try before you buy—I bought it blind and it didn’t pan out.

Just got this delicious fragrance and I absolutely love it. Recommended for all ages. Lasts over 12 hours on skin; I’ll confirm the sillage soon. Ferragamo smells clean and fresh, very cool. Olivier Polge did magic with the pink pepper and Virginia cedar, achieving the expected impact.

F by Ferragamo works great in any weather, especially evening and night. Its cardamom, vetiver, and Virginia cedar give it intensity and elegance, with a liqueur-like touch that sets it apart from aquatic scents. Bright middle notes: ginger and lime are top-notch. Free Time is a 4-season scent, potent and elegant for polluted environments. When the temperature rises, here I am! Plus, it’s affordable. A great hit by Olivier Polge.

F by Ferragamo is an all-rounder that shines at night, featuring cardamom, vetiver, and Virginia cedar that give it elegant character and a liquor-like touch, steering it away from being too aquatic. Its mid-notes of lime and ginger are top-tier, and Free Time lasts through all four seasons with enough punch for dirty city streets; just turn up the heat and it’s there! Plus, it’s affordable and a triumph by Oliver Polge.

Smells good, fresh, and pleasant, with lemon, ginger, and cardamomo; gives a woody impression. Easy to wear, light, ideal for sports or relaxing at home. Harmless in crowds. A bit generic, with low longevity and skin-level sillage, but it smells nice 🙂

It’s good, fresh, and masculine, though a bit generic like most today. Greetings from Phoenix, Arizona; I’ll check out new releases and comment soon.

Reminds me of light ‘blue’ fragrances like Versace Eau Fraiche. Not very original; it resembles many in its category (more aromatic aquatic than woody). If you like the Ferragamo line, go for it; if you’re looking for something light, modern, and ‘blue’, it’s an option.
