Buy L’BEL I.D. instead; it’s almost identical but lasts longer than this one. At $15 for 100ml, it’s fantastic.

  • juanmanuel9009

I own it and bought it blindly for the Dior Homme collection. The scent is rich, fresh, natural, and nothing synthetic. The projection is 20 minutes, and by an hour it’s skin scent and fades away. Given it’s from Dior and the price, I regretfully admit it’s a rip-off. It makes Polo Blue EDP, Coolwater, or Starwalker look like beasts. I don’t think it would even last a gym routine. Without a doubt, I wouldn’t buy it again. I thought I’d wear it to a daytime wedding in the heat, but I don’t plan to reapply every 30 minutes.

  • I totally disagree with Juan Manuel; it easily lasts 5 or 6 hours on me and projects well for the first 3 or 4. The scent is rich, fresh, and citrusy… nothing to complain about.

I love the product (it seems expensive), that rich lime-grapefruit citrus works great in hot climates—it’s fresh and youthful. On my skin, it projects for an hour and a half, lasts about 6 hours on skin and almost double on clothes. In cold weather, it falls apart because it’s citrusy, like eating tangerines in the sun. In heat, it develops its declared notes, very identifiable. It has a slight, delicious grapeflower sweetness. For me, it’s a 9/10; it would be a 10/10 if it were more accessible here.

Today is my favorite men’s fragrance. It’s my partner’s perfume, so that says it all. Despite being a cologne, it lasts and projects amazingly. It passes the ‘bed test.’ The aroma is simple, easy-to-wear citrus that smells clean. I love it. I already told him not to even think about changing it.

  • I’m one of the lucky ones who gets 3+ hours of projection on skin. When I shower, I smell it again. What a beast of a fragrance.

  • Ernesto Marin

The scent is like squeezing a lemon at the market. Don’t get fooled by the wood and musk descriptions; it smells like pure lemon, even the acidic part (my sister thought it smelled like seeds).

  • Santo Lorenzo

Upon opening, the first impression is lemon and ginger. It gives the impression of poor longevity, but I’ll wear it all summer to see if it improves with air exposure.

  • I prefer Mugler Come Together in this style. I feel the ingredients are higher quality than this Dior one. Also, once it dries down, it lacks something that doesn’t convince me; I think it’s the synthetic musk.

  • I don’t see the point in buying it if Acqua di Gio EDT and its clones exist. It smells good and is quality, but that’s it. You won’t leave a mark on anyone because it’s a simple and common scent. For those of you living in Spain, the White from the Aldi supermarket (a clone of ACDG EDT) is a thousand times better if you want to smell citrus and clean, and it’s only 6 euros.

I bought Dior Homme Cologne after trying Adolfo Domínguez Citrus Cedar, which I also own, and honestly, I was disappointed by the Dior one. I can’t smell it at all—I’m not sure if it’s my skin or if it’s extremely soft. If it develops radically over time, I’ll retract my review…

  • I’d say it’s my favorite, for sure. The first time I smelled it, when they gifted it to me, I thought it wasn’t worth it and I was wrong. The fragrance is simple, very simple: a very sweet citrus. But it doesn’t need anything more. Nothing like the usual blue fragrances on the market (I have Acqua di Giò Parfum, another masterpiece). It’s personal, close, but it captivates. The projection is low, but it doesn’t need more; that’s what makes it special. It lasts a lot on my skin; every time I brush against or smell my wrist, it’s still there. I recommend giving it a second chance; in the first/second spray, you don’t feel the great power it hides. Highly recommended.

  • The first time I tried it, I didn’t like it. It brought me a vague memory of a supermarket or pharmacy cologne from my childhood. I came back a few days later and couldn’t believe Dior had released something like that and I was the one who was wrong. The perspective changed completely and it seemed fascinating to me. The opening might not please at first, but wait for the dry-down. It’s purely a citrus scent; as it dries, the grapefruit and musk come up, a fantastic, natural, and refined aroma, totally for summer. It gives me the sensation of being in a luxury hotel on a private cove with clean white sheets. It’s masculine, take my word for it.

  • Alberto Brarda

Exquisite, it smells like lemonade with a very real note. Harmless and not offensive. It’s impossible not to like it. Maybe it sins of being simple (like any summer citrus). Performance is regular to low, that’s the bad part. I wouldn’t repurchase.

  • Conde Cervantes

Mixed feelings. I absolutely LOVE how it smells: a pleasant citrus, nothing invasive, elegant, like a rich guy on a yacht on a Sunday heading to the fishing club. What stands out is the simplicity and how well it suits me: an elegant simplicity. My only issue, and what bothers me, is that due to my body’s pH, it doesn’t last at all. Tip: check if the fragrance lasts first to avoid disappointment.

  • Santo Lorenzo

I’ve worn this Dior Homme Cologne all summer, and the performance isn’t as bad as it seemed. It’s for close proximity; you won’t project or throw a sillage, but it lasts for good hours. Knowing it’s an EDT, don’t expect 8 hours. The scent is incredibly rich, simple yet very delicious: everything revolves around the lemon. At times, it smells like freshly squeezed lemon turning into lemonade, and it reminds me of ginger tea (which has a spicy lemon aroma). If you can get it at a good price for summer, it’s highly recommended.

  • malmsteenleo

Major disappointment. I was drawn in by the charming aroma and was looking for something for summer, beach, and sea—something fine. I tested several and settled on the Dior Cologne, which fit perfectly: pure lemon, sweet, super refreshing, delicate, and addictive. Sincerely, the scent is 10/10. The problem? The non-existent and zero projection and trail. It projects nothing, even if you apply it 20 times; you can only smell it right on the skin. Given the brand and value, it’s a letdown. When you have a rich perfume, you expect some projection. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Although exquisite, I don’t recommend it to anyone unless money isn’t an issue.

To enjoy this perfume, you must first love citrus and second, have a sensitive nose to appreciate the aromatic quality, as it makes a huge difference. If not, any Zara Vibrant Leather would suffice, but not for me. I tried the Zara one first and found it so rough that I avoided testing the Dior until I realized it was a women’s EDT. The difference is like hearing Beethoven’s 5th Symphony in a small-town band after a party versus the London Philharmonic. It features a natural, sharp bergamot with clean white musks and a citrus like a sweet orange—less acidic than bergamot but not as sweet as a tangerine. Maybe it’s grapefruit, but to me, it smells like orange. The star is the bergamot, with the rest playing supporting roles. It’s a pleasure to wear, more for how it’s crafted than just the simple scent. Enjoy the quality. Summer is its habitat, day and night, thanks to its elegance with that musk, and also spring. In the heat, it’s versatile for the office or formal events, but for a night date, it might feel a bit innocent. The performance is good, but the musks seem like ISO E Super: it seems to disappear and reappear throughout the day. About 4-5 hours of noticeable scent, longer on clothes. If you don’t want to spend what it costs, try Calabria Bergamot by Álvarez Gómez, which beats the Zara one, though it doesn’t reach Dior’s quality. There’s also Dior Homme Cologne, a classic.

Undoubtedly, this is my favorite citrus scent; there might be better ones, but I’ll stick with this. It’s citrusy, elegant, and has great presence. It’s not for bermudas and sandals, but rather for white and coffee tones, as its elegance makes you stand out. Unfortunately, the longevity is limited: it lasts about 6 hours, and even with more application, you might reach 8, but it will be very faint. Like all Diors, it’s very elegant. Perhaps there are better options for the price, but personally, I’m sticking with this one.

  • fragaddict04

Another citrus for some, but for me, a total WOW. Delicious citrus with pure bergamot and a touch of clean, non-artificial musk. Bergamot is my favorite note, so it instantly won me over. For bergamot lovers, I recommend buying it blind without reading reviews; you won’t regret it. Longevity: 8/10—for such a super-citrus scent, it lasts quite a while; in my case, over 6 hours. Scent: 10/10 for citrus. Projection: moderate; in summer, it’s noticeable and can feel heavy when moving around. Price: average for Dior or designer, nothing extraordinary. Gender: Unisex, leaning masculine. Conclusion: An extraordinary fragrance, easy to love, and gets tons of compliments. I recommend buying it blind if you like citrus or bergamot.

  • Chocolate con licor

Unisex and delicious, perfect for women who prefer spices over sweetness. It starts with an explosion of bergamot, lemon, and ginger that adds a spicy kick without being overwhelming, though it initially smells more masculine. After 30-45 minutes, the intensity drops, revealing a rich citrus scent with spices and a soft yet present white jasmine that lasts until the end. The longevity is moderate and the trail is light (I recommend reapplying after an hour or two since it’s an EDT and fades quickly), but the price is fair for a Dior. Great aroma, refined, green, spiced, fresh, and summery. It doesn’t bother anyone. 7/10 solely due to longevity; it would definitely be a 10 otherwise.

  • I don’t get people looking for perfumes that project 30 feet or last 12 hours. Who needs 12 hours? What event lasts that long? It’s an exquisite scent and lasts the normal amount, 5 or 6 hours. After that, you reapply or take a shower.

  • As delicate as it is subtle. The citrus isn’t super potent, but it’s excellent and stable. A perfect definition of ‘less is more.’ If it bumped up a point in projection and longevity, it would be a 10.

  • For summer, I think this is THE BEST FRAGRANCE. It refreshes, cleanses, provides comfort, and feels high-quality. Ideal for chillout parties with white shirts and linen, or quiet dinners by the sea or pool. Is it expensive? Yes, but in 200ml the price per ml drops, and it gives off a serene luxury vibe. When it’s hot, less is more. QUALITY over QUANTITY. A very Italian cologne, not French. A total hit.

  • The most beautiful citrus scent I’ve ever smelled. The only downside is that, aside from the first 30 minutes, it stays very close to the skin. Bergamot, white florals, and a clean, powdery, delicious musk—like a second skin. Lasts about 4 hours. Scent is a 10, performance is a 6, but that’s just what it is. Perfect for spring and summer, better for day than night; totally worth it. As an alternative, Álvarez Gómez’s Calabrian Bergamot is also a treat.

It’s like someone slapped you with an open wound after squeezing lemons in the orchard to relieve stress. Lasts normally, but you keep reapplying for that citrus kick. Guilty pleasure.

  • One of the richest perfumes I’ve ever smelled. My brother got it as a gift and I fell in love. Top-tier citrus. Maybe it doesn’t last long, but it’s for summer, where the lemon really shines. A safe buy if you can get your hands on it.

  • With all due respect, this just smells like lemon leaves. I heard about it in Liverpool and I wouldn’t wear it for the life of me.

  • Brutal citrus for hot days, with a base that elevates it to niche status like Cedro di Diamante. Decent longevity for its style.

  • GarciaJorge03

The first time I smelled it, it didn’t surprise me at all. However, I gave it a second chance and that’s when it captivated me: an absorbing citrus aroma that feels like a fresh lemonade. It’s a good perfume to use in hot climates and during the day.

  • Talking about a collection of 40 perfumes is ridiculous, but among them, this is my favorite. If I see it drop below half empty, I get a real craving. It seems delicious and refreshing. It reminds me a lot of another great fragrance, ‘Citrus Cedro’.

  • It’s the ultimate representation of paying for an experience. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a beginner or just want something that ‘smells good.’ This, being my favorite summer scent, is a fresh and refined experience from the first spray. At first, you’re a bergamot on legs, but as it dries down, the musk appears, revealing a clean, refined, classy citrus scent. 10/10.

  • Good projection for the first two hours, then it becomes a personal bubble, smelling of citrus with that grapefruit and musk… delicious, a scent that charms… total longevity of about 6-7 hours. If you have ‘Citrus Cedro’, I’ll tell you it’s a cheap copy of this beauty. Nothing more to say… 10/10.

  • It’s beautiful, simple, and gorgeous. The bergamot combined with grapefruit flower tames the wildness into a fantasy that smells like lemon (here in Mexico, we call the sour green lime ‘lima’). The musk gives it a magnificent structure, slightly sweet with an alkaline cleanliness. It’s elegant and modern among colognes, but way too expensive for what it offers. It lasts longer than a fart in the wind than this wonderful aroma, especially on dry skin, where it’s a nightmare. Still, I think it’s far superior to options like ADP’s Colonia Pura.

  • Adrián.Elixir

Scent: 10, Longevity: 0. What a shame, I’m sticking with Dior Homme Sports, which is a 10 in everything.

  • I stole it from my husband and I’m obsessed. It smells clean and elegant. I hate citrus right when it comes out: peels, lemon leaf, and grapefruit flower. It’s a pity it doesn’t last at all; you have to reapply quite a bit.

  • It’s okay but it lasts a second, just like a J&J, and reminds me of Moschino’s Funny. It doesn’t last either, but the price difference is astronomical.

  • Emerson Aldair

It’s 39 degrees here, so few colognes work. I applied Dior Homme Cologne generously. Not much to add: it’s not complex, but it’s extremely well-made and realistic. It’s simplicity taken to the limit. It’s an energizing citrus with bitter peel and grapefruit flower, moving away from typical neroli colognes. As another said, it’s an olfactory experience with short longevity. You either love it for how it smells or hate it for being simple and short-lived. I’m in the first camp. Try it on skin before buying; despite its poor performance, for me it’s a 10/10.

First review here, not trying to be an expert, just a consumer opinion. I absolutely love it: it’s not a serious scent with massive sillage, but rather discreet and relaxing. People do notice it; moderate projection and lasts about 5 hours on skin. It’s subtle, perfect for hot weather, with notes of lime or sweet lemon. One of my favorites.
