Boucheron Quatre is a fruity floral fragrance for women from the house of Boucheron, launched in 2015. The composition, signed by Natalie Gracia-Cetto, Nadege Le Garlantezec, and Antoine Maisondieu, opens with the freshness of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, and orange. The heart reveals a harmonious blend of floral and fruity notes featuring jasmine, apple, strawberry, rose, and peach, while the base settles into a warm and enveloping accord of white musk, cashmere, cedar, vanilla, and caramel.

  • It’s a beautiful fragrance, ideal for daily life in refined autumns or springs. Particularly for early spring when it’s not hot yet, and for mid-autumn temperatures. I think the 30 ml bottle I bought in Montevideo, Uruguay, will be too small for me.

  • Enchanting, enveloping, it catches you… this perfume is super captivating and feminine. Citrusy, but not those hard citrus notes that seem unisex; the citrus notes are softened by the floral and fruity ones. The combination is excellent, making this aroma something beautiful, exquisite, and super refined. You feel like you’re wearing quality when you put it on. It’s nothing heavy; it’s subtle and gentle, not overwhelming; it’s easy to detect and has good longevity. I like it for all year because it’s not overly sweet or cloying, and I think it suits any age. A masterpiece.

  • I have to say it performs very well in warm climates on my skin. I recommend it; it’s a unique fragrance that doesn’t try to imitate any other I know, and where I live (Colombia), it’s not very common. I love its scent, even though I haven’t used any of the ones the magazine says it resembles; instead, I have used Dior, Chanel, Bvlgari, Gucci, Burberry, Carolina Herrera, Paco Rabanne, Dolce & Gabbana, and other brands that create true works of art. This perfume really appeals to me right now.

  • La plus belle

Delicious perfume; I’m saving it for special moments, though it could work for any time of day or night. It has excellent longevity, and the best part is that it’s very captivating; it makes you enjoy your senses. The citrus notes are sweet yet dry, mixed with the sweetness of apple and strawberry, floral aromas, and the supporting touch of the base notes. Excellent perfume.

  • I’m sorry, it reminds me of Angel or Demon, something powdery… I only wore it once. I need more time with the fragrance, but on first use, it captivates. It’s for spring-summer, maybe autumn if it’s warm.

  • What a luxurious fragrance, perfect for spring, fresh and floral with citrus notes. I rate it as feminine, delicate, and elegant… in conclusion, a true Boucheron jewel.

  • Hi, I wanted to add something: I discovered it through a sample. I had a party yesterday and wore it; it’s excellent, and I can still smell it. I put it on yesterday Saturday around 7 or 8 PM, and today Sunday at 4 PM, it’s still there. Despite the summer heat and sweating, which usually strips longevity, this is a fresh citrus with a floral hint; honestly, it’s gorgeous.

  • I’ve been wearing this perfume for a week and it smells great. I really enjoy wearing it, but no one notices it except me, and it feels short on longevity and sillage. That’s why I wouldn’t repurchase it even though I like it; I think a perfume should offer more.

  • I absolutely loved it. It’s a versatile fragrance, perfect for any occasion. A friend recommended it to me, and even though I didn’t know the jewelry brand or the perfume before, after smelling this masterpiece, I’m sure I’ll start looking into the brand. It’s very elegant and beautiful, versatile, and the scent is pleasant; I think many people will like it because it’s neither too intense nor intrusive. I know I’ll repurchase it as soon as I finish it.

  • I loved the bottle; it’s the first time I’ve seen this brand here. I tried it and it’s all-rounder, perfect for spring, though not very original—it reminds me of CH by Carolina Herrera. Could it be the mix of tart grapefruit and caramel? It lasts about 4 hours; the trail is subtle, but on my skin, the grapefruit dominates. Since I already have several citrus perfumes, I decided not to buy it.

  • Exquisite fragrance, an explosion of white flowers with green notes. I bought it blind thanks to the reviews and it was a total hit. Smells clean and energizing, ideal for work or casual outings. While it works year-round, it’s best for spring and summer. Projection and sillage are short; it feels close and very discreet. As for age, I see it as appropriate for everyone.

  • I’m finishing up this perfume I’ve enjoyed: floral and citrusy, perfect for warm seasons, with compliments. Only one note felt a bit sharp and annoying to me; I mixed it with something sweeter, in my case, Lanvin’s Eclat de Fleurs. It lasts me hours. It’s refined, stylish, and very popular. Plus, the bottle is gorgeous; the screw-top cap is wonderful and original, so you never lose it.

  • One word: extraordinary! A delight. Its fruity notes blend with the woody ones, soft yet present. Subtle, delicate, an all-rounder for any occasion. My first purchase of 2020 and the best one yet. It set the bar very high: floral, fruity, woody base, soft but present, good trail, and longevity. Currently number one. The packaging is elegant, simple, and beautiful. It has everything!

  • I tried it with a sample and absolutely loved it. It’s refined, casual, fresh, feminine, and charming. I’d buy it blind, except for one thing… no sillage. It has the perfect balance of citrus, floral, and wood notes; it would be perfect if it lasted longer.

  • Fresh, citrusy, and floral fragrance. After 12 hours, it smells like skin. Projects well for the first 4 hours and leaves a great impression. Bought blind and I’m thrilled.

  • Where did they get that note breakdown? The official website says: BOUCHERON QUATRE DE MUJER Fruity Floral Woody. Top: Bitter orange and red currant. Heart: Sambac, jasmine, and rose. Base: Golden Woods and musk.

  • Exquisite! Fresh! Elegant! Cheerful!… Ideal for non-freezing autumns, spring, and summer. I loved it!

  • This is what I call a wildcard. It works for everything, doesn’t bother anyone, and stays with you faithfully for hours. In Chile, I wouldn’t call it cheap; it’s mid-range pricing, but it’s worth it.

  • Versatile and timeless fragrance. Upon spraying, sweet non-sour citrus gives way to a super fresh, clean rose that lingers on my skin until the very end. It’s the Swiss Army knife of perfumes: perfect for work, school, or dinner. Top-notch value. If you’re looking for something flashy, keep searching, but if you want an all-rounder, this is the one.

  • To me, it’s very acidic and dry, staying only in the top notes. You know that first sip of a tonic? That’s exactly what it smells like—a dry tonic with a slice of tangerine.

  • Fresh and citrusy opening, immediately followed by a jasmine phase that overshadows the roses and becomes persistent when mixed with acidic and tonal notes. Then, after about 20 minutes, this splendor settles into a flat, conventional, yet comfortable and very versatile scent with a resinous touch and soft vanilla. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. A perfume to take everywhere.

  • I’m in love with this fragrance; we clicked from the very first moment. It was a blind buy after reading many positive reviews. I had doubts about its versatility, thinking it would be very citrusy and summery, but I was pleasantly surprised by its scent, trail, and longevity. It’s a delicious, balanced, and versatile fragrance. It’s on my list to become my new signature scent.

  • I’m new to perfumes; honestly, I never liked them much because I have a very sensitive nose, and the ones I tried irritated me or even made me dizzy. I decided to give some fragrances a chance, and Boucheron Quatre was one of them. The top notes are citrusy and a bit strong at first, then I sensed more rose and jasmine, finally settling into a fruity dry-down. It’s sweet yet fresh, reminding me of apple, a touch of strawberry, light peach, and a hint of vanilla. It doesn’t bother my nose or give me a headache. I consider it cheerful, fresh, and sweet—more for daytime, but I wouldn’t rule out evening wear for casual events.

  • A delicious scent perfect for sunset; it’s subtle and ideal for casual spring outings. The citrus notes shine, with the grapefruit adding a fascinating bitter twist reminiscent of Campari. One spray feels like stepping onto a Trastevere terrace in spring. The downside is it fades from my skin in just five minutes and doesn’t set on clothes either. The price is high for such short longevity; I have lighter colognes that last longer. Still, it’s perfect if you want something non-invasive, like for dinner where you don’t want to clash with food or bother others, or if oriental scents give you headaches like they do me.

  • This is my first Boucheron, and I bought it blind because of the great price and beautiful scent. The opening is fruity but not cloying, very pleasant. Then delicate flowers unfold, creating a harmonious synergy. What I like most is that the dry down isn’t too strong despite the caramel and vanilla. I feel it’s a really good perfume and not as well-known as others.

  • Knowing the brand through other fragrances, I took a chance and bought it blind after reading many recommendations. Unfortunately, I didn’t like it. The scent is pretty and cheerful, I think it would go with everything. It’s ideal as a signature scent, perfect for spring and summer daytime. However, if you don’t like sweet fruity fragrances (like me, when I bought it I didn’t realize I no longer enjoyed them), you won’t like this at all because those are the star notes. In my case, the florals and base are barely noticeable, staying in a very subtle background.

  • I absolutely love this perfume; it’s the kind that lifts your spirits. It’s feminine, and the citrus notes really shine on me. It has great longevity. I’ve bought it several times, which says it all.

  • This is a special summer perfume. It smells citrusy, fresh, and sweet from the fruits, nothing heavy or synthetic. A white flower takes the lead. I already have a travel size, but I’m thinking of buying the full bottle.

  • Perla Vencis

If I had to choose just one, this is the one. It’s one of my favorites for its scent, versatility, and because it just makes me happy. The longevity on skin is incredible. It smells citrusy at first, but then it turns into a floral-fruit blend I can’t quite identify, which I love. You can definitely detect wood, cashmere, and cedar; although they mention vanilla and caramel, I don’t sense those. To me, it’s a clean fruity-floral. It’s always in my vanity because when I have no idea what to wear, this saves the day and makes me look great; I get compliments and it instantly lifts my mood. For me, it’s a 10/10. I loved it so much I bought Karl Lagerfeld and Marry Me (they say they’re similar), but Quatre has no rival.

  • Super citrus and cheerful little perfume!! I just received it and can’t yet talk about its longevity and sillage, but I can speak about its aroma: it’s very, very cheerful, in the style of Chance Eau Tendre, Tous’ Loveme… it’s for a very fresh and feminine girl. I mainly detect the citrus notes; it could also resemble Dolce & Gabbana’s Light Blue. I see it as very versatile and know I’ll use it a lot in summer. The bottle with the screw cap seems like an absolute marvel; I don’t know any other bottle like this… for a gift, you look amazing… I’m thrilled!

  • oliendobonito

It’s a citrus and floral perfume with a bit of sugar. Here, the jasmine and citrus notes are very prominent. It’s youthful, spring-like, fresh, and partly invigorating. It makes you smile. It’s one of those clean floral perfumes. A guaranteed blind buy. I don’t see anyone who wouldn’t like this perfume.

  • Citrus and pleasant perfume. The bottle design seems like a total hit, simple yet elegant at the same time, and the particularity of the dispenser (which requires twisting the top to access) seems very original. I bought it blind and it’s very good for hot weather, but honestly, it doesn’t ‘kill me.’ I will use it up, but I prefer other fresh citrus perfumes, and when it runs out, I doubt I’ll buy it again. With all the perfumes we have, most people commenting on reviews can’t fall in love with everything. It’s good but doesn’t speak much to me, aside from being a pleasant aroma.

  • I love this perfume; I adore putting it on before bed, it relaxes me. It’s like being in a meadow full of flowers with a sweet and fresh touch at the same time.

  • Atelier1920

An easy perfume without complications 🌷 With a clean and cheerful touch, I think it’s a perfect fragrance to gift or buy blind. It’s a beautiful citrus floral with great sillage and longevity. It’s very versatile, perfect for the office, for a walk, or even for the gym. If you need an all-rounder perfume that makes you look good and lets you enjoy the whole day, this could be a fantastic option. Excellent value for money 🩷

  • I didn’t like it. It’s a citrus-floral, very bitter on the fruity notes and very sharp on the floral ones. It’s not refreshing (which is what I was looking for with that orange and apple), and I find the flowers a bit old-fashioned. As a perfume, it performs and has good sillage. Good value for money, but I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s like an Anais Anais with fruits, but you only feel the bitterness of the orange with a lot of jasmine. It felt like a mess to me.

  • Quatre is a citrus, fresh, fruity, and addictive fragrance that generates an energizing and comforting effect at the same time. Peach and citrus notes are quite prominent, giving it a rich sweet touch that isn’t cloying. It’s very pleasant for daily wear because it doesn’t bother anyone and projects quite well. I see it as relatively elegant within its style. Totally similar but much more wearable than Loewe’s Solo Ella, mainly in spring/summer since I find it less intense. Its longevity isn’t very long-lasting (3-6 hours), so in my case, I have to reapply. The bottle is very pretty and it’s available at a good price.

  • Elegant citrus. Smells like a brand new day, clean laundry, fine leather bag, and an autumn dawn. The grapefruit reminds me of the iconic Hermes, Sur le Nil. Perfect for making an impression for about 3 hours, and at a close distance for another 2 or 3 hours. Very much in line with those trendy molecular perfumes. It lasts much longer on clothes; it’s expansive but not invasive. For this profile, it’s a great blind buy and a wardrobe staple.

  • I discovered Quatre through Perla at El rincon de mis perfumes. She has a taste very similar to mine and praised it so much that I searched for it and bought it blind. At first, I was a bit disappointed because I sprayed it a lot and it ran out quickly; I even thought I’d been scammed and forgot about it. Then, months later, in spring, I used it again, and it was amazing. It lasts all day and on clothes even after washing. The opening is citrusy and sparkling, followed by a beautiful jasmine, and the dry down is too elegant. Generally, citrus and florals don’t last long on me, but Quatre lasts and projects all day. It’s elegant yet cheerful and timeless; you can wear it at any age. An absolute must-have in my collection, I have a refill and even bought a set with its matching cream, which smells wonderful and leaves a shine on the skin. Beautiful perfume. I advise you never to let your first impression fool you; give them time, let them macerate. Some are like a good wine.

  • It’s a classic spring scent, though it smells more like summer. Fresh, with a strong presence of grapefruit and white flowers (I don’t detect much jasmine). I use it when it’s hot and I want to feel fresh and put-together.
