Descripción
Boss The Scent Eau de Parfum Intense by Hugo Boss is an oriental fragrance for men. Launched in 2026, this creation stands out for its intense and modern character. The nose behind this composition is Delphine Lebeau. The top notes reveal a vibrant bergamot and spicy ginger; the heart is built around maninka and liquor, adding depth and warmth; while the base note closes the olfactory pyramid with an enveloping amber.

I tried the Hugo Boss The Scent Eau de Parfum Intense a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised. My wife usually doesn’t like strong or heavy perfumes, yet she loved this from the first moment. It smells very pleasant, elegant, and slightly sensual, but not overwhelming. It’s not for daily wear, but rather for dressing up—dinner, a date, or a special event. It has that touch that makes it stand out without being excessive. The scent is sweet and warm, with a floral and fruity hint at first, then evolves to become more intense and creamy over time. Longevity is noticeable, about 6 or 7 hours, and the projection is good: it’s noticeable without invading. I’d recommend it especially for ages 23–25. It’s an elegant perfume with personality, ideal for special moments.
Intoxicating and rich aroma. Even though it doesn’t list vanilla, spices, or incense, I definitely get that full combo. A high-quality, very refined fragrance.
New to the collection, 2026 launch. As a fan of BOSS and the discontinued The Scent Absolute (my all-time favorite), I’d say this is a return to the roots. It’s definitely the best The Scent available right now. Warm, seductive, and full of character. Nothing boring; it keeps that signature sweet-amber soul thanks to the peanut, but it feels like it’s been steeped in liquor, making it more elegant and intoxicating. Perfect for dates or night outs. Longevity and sillage are excellent. A bit pricey for being new, but it’s worth every euro. Smart buy.
Boss The Scent never fails with its star note: the peanut.
New addition to the collection, 2026 launch. Honestly, I had high expectations because BOSS has been doing things very well lately, plus I’m a fan of the brand and this line. As a huge fan of the discontinued Boss The Scent Absolute (for me, the best Scent in history), I have to say this is a return to the origins. I can say without a doubt it’s the best The Scent available today by far. A warm, seductive, and purposeful fragrance. Nothing boring, with interesting nuances; it mostly maintains the typical sweet-amber soul of BOSS thanks to the peanut. But that signature peanut note is like it’s been steeped in liquor, making the perfume more elegant and intoxicating. Perfect for dates, night meetings, and outings. Excellent longevity and good sillage. A bit pricey for being new, but it’s worth every euro spent. Happy with the purchase.
I received a sample a few days ago and tried it. First impressions were great; I’d never smelled anything like it. I suppose it’s that peanut note found in other Boss The Scent flankers that I hadn’t tried before. The opening is powerful and sweet—a non-cloying sweetness designed for night, parties, or dinner. I didn’t notice the liquor note until I read the notes; it’s subtle but there, adding a touch of riper fruit. At first, I thought about buying it, but the evolution didn’t convince me. It’s fairly linear and fades quite fast. The performance seemed so poor that when I found it on sale for €55 (about €30 less than usual), I decided not to buy it.
For those who aren’t vanilla fans, watch out: it becomes very vanilla-heavy, and it’s not the amber’s fault. The amber just adds sweetness and freshness, but as it dries down, vanilla takes over everything. I don’t think they listed all the notes on the box.
I was given a sample a few days ago and have been testing it. First impressions were very good; I’d never heard of anything similar. I imagine it’s the peanut note that other Boss The Scent flankers have, which I’d never heard of before. The opening is powerful and sweet—a non-cloying sweetness designed for night, whether for a party or dinner out. I hadn’t noticed the liquor until I read the notes now. It’s subtle but it is there, giving it a touch of riper fruit. At first, I thought about buying it, but the evolution didn’t convince me. Although it’s fairly linear, I notice it fades quite fast. In fact, the performance seemed so bad that after finding it on sale for €55 (about €30 cheaper than usual), I preferred not to buy it.
