Descripción
L'Acquarossa by Fendi is an oriental floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2013, this composition was created by Delphine Lebeau, Benoist Lapouza, and François Demachy. Its olfactory pyramid unfolds with Sicilian mandarin, Calabrian bergamot, and prune in the top notes; the heart reveals a harmony of rose, lantana, magnolia, and orange blossom; while the base settles on musk, red cedar, and patchouli.

Nice perfume; I like it now that it’s less cold. It’s soft, effervescent, and clean. At first, I smell lots of mandarin and juice, then rose and magnolia. Once it settles, I notice a citrus-floral touch, probably lantana; it’s a different kind of citrus floral. Sometimes it feels woody, with roses diluted in water. Overall, I’ve really liked it. Moderate projection, leaning soft. I’ll update you soon on the longevity.
Rich, fresh, and floral with an intense pink rose and mandarin dominating the opening. Then the rose gives way to magnolia, which smells citrusy to me, finishing with a sweet and woody dry down. I gifted it to my mom a few months ago and it suits her skin perfectly. It’s very feminine and youthful, yet with an elegant and distinguished touch. The longevity is moderate and the sillage is moderate.
Delicious, fresh, and floral aroma. A strong pink rose and mandarin are noticeable, then the rose gives way to magnolia (which smells citrusy to me), finally settling into a sweet woody trail. I gifted it to my mom, and it suits her skin perfectly. It’s very feminine and youthful, yet elegant and distinguished. Average longevity and moderate sillage.
I’ve smelled fundamentally rose, soft magnolia, and other flowers, bergamot, and a woody-musky touch. It’s a fresh, elegant floral that doesn’t smell cheap, but in my opinion, it falls a bit short. It left me indifferent.
It’s adorable and incredibly delicate, a pity it doesn’t last long. It smells fresh of rose, citrus, and cedar. I bought a gift set with gel and cream; the packaging is stunning—minimalist with a metallic gold base and elegant colors. The body is compact, not translucent. It exudes Italian elegance.
I just got it; it’s a beautiful floral creation. Rose and magnolia dominate, with citrus notes present. In my opinion, it can be worn anytime of day and any season. I love it.
L’Acquarossa by Fendi is exquisite, sophisticated, and beautifully feminine. It’s a rich scent, not cloying at all. I stumbled upon it by mistake while testing other perfumes and confusing it with DOT by M. Jacobs, but my olfactory memory never fails. It’s for a confident, enthusiastic woman who feels sophisticated without trying too hard. The flowers, especially rose, orange blossom, and magnolia, develop wonderfully. The base of musk and Japanese red cedar gives it a distinguished touch. I don’t detect patchouli. I highly recommend it for women over 30 or independent young adults. Moderate sillage, long-lasting (8 hours on skin, even longer on clothes). Great for work, indoor or outdoor settings, and outings in cooler weather.
L’Acquarossa by Fendi is an exquisite, sophisticated, and very feminine fragrance. I discovered something absolutely delicious—nothing cloying or annoying to anyone. I tested it among several perfumes and ended up taking the card that perfumed the entire book where I kept it. That day I tested about 10 perfumes (which I won’t do again because nothing is perceived well anymore); I got confused and asked for another one to be gifted to me, the DOT by M. Jacobs, which has nothing to do with it… hahaha. Then I thought: that’s weird, it doesn’t smell the same. Three months later, I returned to the perfumery, wanted something by Fendi, and they recommended this. Yes! It was the one from the book. Without a doubt, the olfactory memory never forgets a good perfume. It’s rich, perfect for a confident, self-assured woman who works with enthusiasm and likes to feel sophisticated even if her appearance isn’t all that. The flowers develop beautifully, especially the roses, orange blossom, and magnolia. I think the noble touch comes from the base notes: musk and Japanese red cedar. I don’t detect the patchouli. I highly recommend it for women 30 and up, though an independent woman in her twenties can wear it too. Moderate sillage, long-lasting: about 8 hours on skin and over 24 on clothes. I use it for work on some occasions; it works in both indoor and outdoor settings. It can be used for special outings in cold climates.
October 2016: Fendi’s L’Acquarossa lives up to its name; it’s like a fresh rose floral water. Citrus and plum add a fruity touch without being dusty. The soft patchouli base gives it a chypre vibe, though it remains a floral oriental. Barely sweet, it’s perfect for spring and summer, or for elegant evening outings. It’s versatile, light, and a refreshing change from today’s heavy perfumes. I love its beautiful composition. The red bottle with gold accents is gorgeous. Highly recommended.
Very marked floral accent, elegant and distinguished. I perceive deep red, intense, and velvety roses with a green hint that is noticeable at 3 minutes and lasts through the floral phase. The opening notes are delicious and vital. As time passes, the fragrance settles on the skin without much dynamism; it’s more static, slightly acidic, perhaps lacking (in my opinion) warmth to be more balanced. It’s very distinguished but distant, a high-quality fragrance that dresses you and leaves a trail. It doesn’t seem youthful to me; on the contrary, it’s somewhat retro, alluding to fine macerated rose waters or old glycerin ointments from prestigious pharmacies that my grandmother used. A delicate perfume with presence and character. I use it combined with Envy Me EDP to make it fruitier and with Very Irresistible EDT to add star anise, achieving a less structured fragrance in a rose heart.
To me, L’Acquarossa embodies femininity. It’s a creamy fruity floral; I wouldn’t classify it as a floral oriental. The opening is very citrusy, dominated by mandarin, while rose is the star. Without the mandarin, it wouldn’t be the same. It’s rich, striking, and different from most rose perfumes because it lacks vanilla or woods. It works for any season and time of day, with good sillage and longevity. Rating: 9/10.
To me, L’Acquarossa embodies femininity. It’s a delicious floral, fruity, and creamy aroma; I wouldn’t classify it as a floral oriental. The opening is very citrusy, dominated by mandarin, although the rose is the protagonist. Without the mandarin, it wouldn’t be the same. This rich perfume boils down to those two notes, and that mix makes it very striking. It’s one of the few that doesn’t have vanilla or woods; it’s a rose perfume with a structure very different from most. To use in any season and at any time, it has a good trail and longevity. Rating 9/10.
I’ve smelled and tested it every time I could, since the perfumer gave me several samples when I bought Fan di Fendi Extreme (big mistake, I can’t use it, it overwhelms me). It captivates me like the first day… however, I didn’t buy it because on my skin it lasts at most 15 minutes, which is unbelievable. There’s no point; I can’t smell it for more than that time, and it makes me very sad to check it over and over again because I’m fascinated by its scent but I don’t want to spend money on something I can’t smell.
It’s a high-category fragrance, elegant and distinct, of good quality that dresses you and leaves a trail. It smells like fresh and creamy rose, delicate but with presence and character. At first, it feels a bit strong, but in seconds it lowers its guard and becomes very romantic. Its longevity is good and its trail is huge.
First of all, the bottle: symmetrical lines, rectangular shape, red and gold. To me, it looks feminine because it’s elegant, concrete, and has a halo of mystery. The first spray feels like rose and lantana, the sweet and fresh citrus of lemon, the plum passes, and finally the patchouli, almost neutral but giving an invisible power to the perfume. I feel it’s spiced, with fleeting Indian aromas. Totally sophisticated: the rose elevates it, while patchouli and sandalwood surround it. I imagine a woman with dark hair dressed in red with golden eyes.
It’s catching my attention so much that I’m thinking of buying it, but I need to wear it on my skin a bit more. As I use it, I like it more. It’s juicy, elegant (which is normal for Fendi), well-rounded, and smells elegant. I don’t detect the rose, which I don’t like much and smells like old movie theaters to me, but I do smell the magnolia, musk, and bitter orange blossom well. The musk gives it a woody, deep vibe where everything settles nicely. It opens very juicy and then turns warm. I also don’t notice the patchouli, I don’t know. I like it for now. It attracts me, with reservations.
Finally, I fell into its arms. I like it a lot. I don’t recommend it for anyone who wants to smell exactly like me, haha. I love this perfume; I never get tired of it.
I’d define it as an intense aroma of fresh, young roses with a lot of green. That green note is the combination of orange blossom, citrus, and musk. I absolutely love it. On humid days, I have to apply a little bit to avoid getting a headache. I don’t understand why it doesn’t match the bottle; it doesn’t remind me of red, but rather of leather and the formality of a Fendi wallet. It’s super sophisticated. If you like roses but not the classic kind, this is a great option. Lasts a long time.
What a beauty! It’s a bottle of red passion and seduction. Luckily, the citrus notes overpower the plum at first, which I don’t like. Then comes the magic: a mature red rose with gardenias competing equally with lantana. What a combination with magnolia and lantana leaves. To close, Japanese red cedar and patchouli. In short: a splendid rose with a fine, woody dry-down. I think it’s versatile for any season. I bought the 10 ml, but I’m already ordering the big bottle, which is also very pretty.
Nothing like that typical innocent pink. It doesn’t smell like Mon Paris or Good Girl Blush at all. There’s a dark touch that mingles with the youthful florals, creating something rare and fascinating. Sometimes it leans mysterious, other times elegant. If I had to find a relative, it would be Hermès Galop, but much softer and more distant. It shares vanilla, musk, rose, jasmine, mandarin, and incense with Kenzo Flower, but the rest of the notes make it unique; it’s not as powdery as the original.
