A pleasant surprise for me. After testing it in-store a few weeks ago, I decided to buy it. The opening is amazing: a natural, realistic lemon, nothing synthetic. After half an hour, it softens to reveal the floral heart note of jasmine and patchouli. It lingers until the end with a very subtle wood touch. The longevity is moderate, about 3 to 6 hours in my case, with a faint trail. All in all, it’s worth having for the price. Rating: 8.
Wow, love at first sniff. I get a sweet-and-sour orange peel; it has the same vibe as Terre d’Hermès, obviously without the vetiver that gives that one its identity. It’s one of the best Zara fragrances from 2019/20 that very few people talk about or know.
They say this is the same as From Paris to New York (which I haven’t tried), a clone of Dior Homme Cologne. If that’s true, it’s the same as Vibrant Leather Cologne (clear cap), which they later replaced with the Summer version (turquoise cap), both 120ml. Now I see the Cologne version back, but in 100ml with a blue cap. I have the VL Cologne 120ml and it’s excellent for hot climates. I wonder if, in terms of marketing, this crazy habit of changing names and bottle formats really works.
Honestly, I’m surprised by how long it lasts on the skin—quite a while. The projection is moderate at first, about two hours. It’s citrusy but soft, perfect for daily wear on nice days. It’s also great for the beach, picnics, or even sports.
Hi, good day! Does anyone know which Zara perfume replaced Blue Hold? I know they sometimes change the bottle, but the formula stays the same, so I’d love to know what the new version is. I absolutely loved that scent and it lasted forever, so if anyone has the info, a big hug!
