Good for all seasons except summer. Smells almost identical to The One, with rich ginger upfront and a potent pine fusion as it dries down. The downside is that it has zero longevity and projection.

Great for all seasons except summer. Smells almost identical to The One, with a delicious ginger opening that blends beautifully with the pine as it dries down. The scent is rich, but the longevity is minimal and it has zero projection.

A bold, intense, and massively underrated gem. Victorinox Black Steel is one of the best recent surprises; it’s incredible that it has no reviews or videos. I got it for a steal ($10 for 100ml), and the quality feels like Swiss luxury. It’s intense in character, not weight. Opens masculine and elegant, but black pepper dominates the first 30 minutes. Then it settles on the skin and lasts 4-6 hours—insane performance for the price. Versatile: perfect for the office or night outs. For me, it’s 4.5/5.

In short: it’s a spicebomb with weak projection and longevity. Smells almost the same, just less sweet, featuring notes of pepper, ginger, and something sweet (almond or vanilla). For the price (around $19), it’s a great deal. People tell me it smells masculine and sexy. I’d wear it if I want to smell like Spicebomb without drawing too much attention. 8/10.

Victorinox Black Steel. A solid perfume. The Swiss knife house isn’t a perfumery bomb. Delicious aroma of pepper, ginger, and cloves. Doesn’t resemble anything I’ve tried. Strong opening, but fades after half an hour leaving leather and whisky notes, though it retains some freshness. If it were an Eau de Parfum, I’d rate it higher because its weak points are the trail and nearly non-existent longevity. Ideal for autumn days. Rating: 7/10.

This perfume is perfect for work, everyday wear, the office, or outdoors, but in cold seasons. I love the spicy opening of ginger and pepper, which ends up spectacular on the skin. Maybe longevity could be better, but for the price and quality, I recommend it even blind. I’ve heard it smells like D&G The One, but I disagree.

Perfect for work, everyday wear, the office, or outdoors, but only in cold weather. I love its spicy opening of ginger and pepper that dries down to an incredible skin scent. Maybe the longevity could be better, but considering the price and quality, I recommend it even blind. I’ve heard people compare it to D&G The One, but I don’t agree.

I’ve only used it a few times, but I loved that you can smell the pepper and ginger at the start. It doesn’t project much or last long, maybe two hours, then it’s skin scent. As it dries, it smells like sweet almond leather—rich without being cloying. It lasted about four hours, maybe.

I’ve worn it a couple of times and love how the pepper and ginger are noticeable right out of the bottle. It doesn’t project much or last long—about two hours—before settling into a skin scent. Once dry, it smells like sweet, almond-like leather; rich but not cloying, and it lasted maybe four hours on me.

I like it a lot; it’s different, a good price, and very masculine.

Well-crafted fragrance, feels like high quality, and very accessible price. For me, it’s a fresh, spicy, and woody combination, like mixing The One EDT with Encre Noire—very interesting.
