Smells like anything a 13-year-old girl with zero style and only $10 would buy at a market copy stand. It’s a generic, cloyingly sweet floral that gives you nausea. I bought it for my mom thinking it was a great choice based on reviews, but neither she nor anyone else liked it. Not worth it at all; if you’re buying blind, go for Tommy Girl or CK One instead.

One of my first perfumes I wore and stuck with, because years ago almost everything gave me migraines, and this was the exception. I used it a lot and it was super wearable, perfect for summer. I’m not sure if it’s still available, but if it is, it’s a good option to buy or gift because it’s very soft. I remember it as aquatic with a tiny floral touch.

I tried it a few years ago and fell in love with the scent. It’s now in my collection and I adore it. It’s a super clean, aquatic, fresh floral scent with a hint of sweetness. Very delicate and feminine. It reminds me a lot of the discontinued Natura Apple Blossom Water. The lotus feels sweet and watery, with melon hints. It’s quite linear and true, it doesn’t last or project as much as I’d like; on clothes it does last a bit longer. It’s such a relaxing scent for me, so crystal clear. The bamboo, the sweet white lotus flower, that musky touch, and soft cedar giving slightly woody notes, and I even perceive something mentholated. Everything is perfectly blended to create this refreshing and sophisticated fragrance. It could easily be a signature perfume.

I had it last summer and regret not buying it again. It smells super fresh, with a floral and sweet touch, but in a very subtle way. Whenever I went out with my friends, they wouldn’t stop telling me I smelled great and like I just got out of the shower, which makes me happy because I’m obsessed with always smelling good and clean. It’s true that on its own it doesn’t last long, but I discovered a trick to make it last all day: right after a shower, with pores open, spray on key points (neck, inner elbow, wrists, and behind the knees). With this, I managed to smell great all day and get the most out of this fragrance that has had me hooked since the day I discovered it.

I’m here to do this perfume justice; I love it and use it to go out. I’m obsessed with it and it’s running low, so I’m already thinking about buying it again, or maybe Adolfo Domínguez’s Agua de Azahar, which I already tried and is exquisite too. It’s a super fresh and floral scent, a clean smell I can’t stop sniffing, lol. If I apply it to my wrist, it lasts many hours; I put it on before 11, and it’s 8:30 PM now and I can still smell it. I was driving and the air from the window made me smell the perfume, ahhh so delicious! It was a blind buy; I went for the freshness and because it has cedar, which goes well with my skin. Generally, fragrances don’t last for me, no matter how expensive they are, and after a couple of hours they’re gone, so I bought this one which was more affordable and it pleasantly surprised me.

Very pretty fragrance, it has an air of Aqua di Gioia, fresh and floral. The problem is its longevity, between 1 and 2 hours. I won’t be repurchasing.

A very, very faint scent. After a few minutes it’s almost imperceptible on the skin, let alone projection. You can perceive it as fresh, like water just coming down a waterfall. And that’s it. I expected so much from it based on the notes, but even some body mists have more longevity and power than this perfume, which doesn’t resemble Davidoff, Omnia, Tous h2o, Essence of Duende, or Acqua di Gioia as Fragantica suggests.

It’s a clean scent, one of those that makes you feel like you just got out of the bath. Feminine, aquatic, and floral; the lotus, bamboo, jasmine, and musk are what stand out the most. I don’t perceive it as citrusy or sweet. A nice and fresh aroma, ideal for summer, for daily use, or going to the office. It doesn’t stand out much, it’s not overwhelming, it has low performance, poor sillage, and short longevity. Unbeatable price and the bottle is beautiful. I bought it following reviews looking for an affordable alternative to Acqua di Gioia, but they really aren’t alike at all. It didn’t meet my expectations, but I think it’s fine for everyday use. Nothing extraordinary, just pretty.
Anavlis
An exquisite fragrance but lacking in performance; I find it very similar to the discontinued Essence of Duende.
Raquelyol
I love it, it’s super fresh and soft, but be warned: it doesn’t last on my skin at all.

I was gifted it and it smells amazing—fresh and clean—but it’s gone in 15 minutes, like nothing. I even have body sprays that last longer. What a shame because the scent is lovely; I use it after showering or shaving.

This scent is identical to Be…spontaneous by Avon; they dry down the same. I tested them side by side: the Be… opening is a bit spicier, but after a few minutes, they’re 98% identical. They’re fresh, aquatic, and youthful. They lasted the same amount of time, about 6 hours. The first two hours are moderate, then they sit closer to the skin. Since they’re affordable, I see no problem in reapplying.

I was gifted it and I was surprised. It’s very fresh and cheerful, with a rich aquatic and ozony touch. But it doesn’t last long. Another plus: the bottle is gorgeous.

It’s very rich and fresh, but it doesn’t last at all. I still love it; it reminds me a bit of Acqua di Gioia, but younger and less sweet. I wish it would last longer.
loca1515
It’s the softest perfume I’ve ever had, yet long-lasting with a significant and delicate trail—it’s a pleasure. People always ask what it is or guess things that aren’t it; it always surprises.

I work outdoors and with summer heat, I’m looking for something that makes me feel fresh and clean. I liked this one; its heart notes are delicious. It doesn’t last long (no more than 3 hours on my skin), but for the price, I can spray it freely without guilt.
Sabry-españa
Very rich opening, aquatic, fresh, sweet, and zen. But it lasts very little. For those who like it, I recommend Acqua di Gioia; it reminded me of it (though it’s not the same) and has better performance.
FlordeLis
It doesn’t smell bad, but it’s not a miracle. A very soft and fresh fragrance, ideal for hot weather. It doesn’t last long on skin and its trail is quite scarce.
Chechu
Absolutely delicious for hot summer days; it’s fresh, citrusy, and not overwhelming. Plus, it’s calming. Highly recommended.

I saw it everywhere in 2011-2012 and didn’t dare to buy it, but yesterday, January 23, 2020, I finally treated myself and it’s fascinating. I love it; it’s fresh and perfect for summer here in Argentina, which is very humid. I wore it to sleep and when I woke up, the dry down was flawless. The longevity on me is about 6-8 hours… I love it, I highly recommend it if you’re looking for something not too overpowering.
silvana esther
Delicious, worth repurchasing. Fresh and ideal for daily wear. Its sillage and longevity aren’t the best; it doesn’t last very long.
Helen92
Perfect fragrance for summer, day and night. I also see myself wearing it every day. Very fresh and light, yet with an elegant and special touch. I’m going for my second bottle.
grmontini
Wonderful and fresh… with an incredible price-to-quality ratio.

Generally, I like strong and sweet perfumes, but in summer with all the heat, I’d get overwhelmed. This fragrance gives me a sense of freshness, like just out of the shower. It’s very fresh, truly summery. It’s soft, but given its mid-range quality, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. It’s not overwhelming; it’s very aquatic. I really like it.
gavajessi
Aquatic and very rich, but it wore me out because so many women in my country used it.
552gabriela
Delicious, one of my favorites. Fresh and soft, the downside is its poor longevity. If it were more persistent with a stronger trail, I’d definitely make it my signature scent.
Esencia
I’ve loved this fragrance since I discovered it; I only wear it in summer and it captivates me. Plus, the price fascinates me, haha.

At first, the yuzu aroma stands out, softening with lotus flower and what seems to be bamboo. In the heart notes, the lotus settles alongside jasmine and freesia in a fresh floral scent. It’s perfect for daytime wear and hot days. On me, it stays close to the skin with weak to moderate longevity, yet I still recommend it for those who like simple, fresh scents with a non-intrusive trail.

I’d call my story with this fragrance ‘the breakup of the 100 ml’. It started great; I tried it at the perfumerie and adored it. For the first few days, I was fascinated, but over the months, my love for it faded. Partly due to daily, perhaps excessive, use, and partly because I acquired new, delicious perfumes. Compared to them, Bamboo Water lost by knockout. I reached the sad conclusion that even the most delicious scent eventually wears me out, especially with long-lasting perfumes. That’s why I think 50 ml is the right size for me. So it’s truly an exquisite fragrance, but I wouldn’t buy it again unless nostalgia for our old love leads me back to the perfumerie to search for it once more.
