At Fleus, there’s a basically citrus fragrance. The frangipani or plumeria smells similar to gardenia, but it doesn’t stand out; what really comes through are the citrus accords. As it dries down, the vanilla is subtle, though you can still detect it. The bottle reminds me of the classic 1988 Boucheron EDP packaging, but it’s not a flanker: they wanted to use the same bottle and cap style, just in blue. There’s no vintage aroma like its predecessor, but rather a summery scent. If you like fragrances where citrus takes center stage, Fleus could be an excellent choice to make you feel clean and fresh. Such a lovely scent, and I couldn’t find a single review mentioning this beautiful citrus-floral aroma.
