I love this with my whole soul! It’s the second bottle I own, and I’m hunting for another before they discontinue it. It’s timeless: lemon, almonds, flowers, and a sweet touch, all blended perfectly. My mom gifted it to me right at launch, and I’m still head over heels. It was her signature back in the day. Despite being 22 years old, it doesn’t smell vintage; it’s divine, feminine, and refreshing.

What a beautiful, delicate, and addictive blend of almond, pear, and vanilla. It’s warm, opening fresh with green lemon before the dominant notes emerge. I struggle to pick out the declared notes, but I don’t need to; Brit won me over instantly with its cheerful, simple charm. It’s subtly sweet, inoffensive, has no invasive sillage, and just brings joy. Very versatile, though in extreme heat I prefer layering it so it doesn’t overwhelm. The downside is longevity: about 3 hours on skin, so I spray it on clothes. I wish it lasted longer, but it’s a fantastic and hard-to-find scent these days.

I had high hopes for Burberry Brit. I bought a 100ml bottle months ago. Unfortunately, I only notice a sharp lime opening that I liked, but it vanishes after 20 minutes, leaving a barely perceptible sweet trail. I expected a masterpiece, but it’s just a shadow of what it once was. It’s strange seeing the reviews. I bought it at Secreto Digital, and it’s not worth it… I hope it muddles down with age.

Very good perfume for the low price. To my taste, it has a great balance between sweet and fresh. It’s one of those scents that makes you feel comforted.

They gifted it to me. I tried wearing it several times, but it definitely didn’t suit me. It’s quite cloying and overwhelming. I gave it away, and the recipient loves it; she even says it smells different than when I wore it.

I just bought it and don’t understand why it has such great reviews. The opening doesn’t work for me; it’s not lemon to me, but something more masculine like lavender. In the dry down, I detect vanilla and roasted almonds, and I don’t get how, since they already listed caramelized almonds, they finish with sugar. It’s too much for me. It has excellent longevity on clothes, but the sillage isn’t very wide, which I appreciate. I’ll save it for winter to see if I like it more; for now, it’s a NO, though the price is very affordable.

It was a blind buy, and I’m not entirely satisfied: it doesn’t last long on me, maybe just a couple of hours, and it lacks significant sillage. What I smell most is a sugary note from the opening all the way through the dry down. Although lavender isn’t listed, I get a lavender-like citrus that doesn’t convince me. It seems like a generic perfume; I won’t be buying it again.

Burberry Brit is perfect for everything. What a beautiful perfume, a simple composition with something citrusy, something floral, and something sweet, without any heavy notes. It’s sweet without being cloying, the definition of versatility, suitable for any season and occasion, perhaps except the most special ones. Performance is average, and projection is for personal enjoyment at a very moderate cost, around $35. Who will like it: everyone.

What a beautiful perfume; I’ve wanted it for ages because of the Smarties Review reviews; they described it so temptingly that I accept they described it exactly as is. The opening seemed unisex, almost masculine, until I checked the box to confirm my order… but no. After 15 minutes, the magic begins: a combo of sugared almonds with touches of sweet lime, absolutely delicious. After about 2 hours, it settles into a super nice vanilla with traces of juicy almond. I was fascinated. I loved it. A must-have and super low cost.

I find it very versatile, suitable for daytime and any season. It has that citrusy-sweet blend that I adore. Although it doesn’t have extreme longevity, its staying power and sillage are quite acceptable. Curiously, it’s the perfume that compliments me the most, especially men; I wouldn’t have thought it would succeed being so simple, but it does. I finished my 50ml bottle and restocked with the 100ml at a great price (around 35 euros). For the quality, it’s a steal considering current designer perfume prices.

Always a hit: timeless, versatile, and very feminine, perfect for a quick fix. Longevity is moderate, even mediocre, but it works for short outings or with daily reapplications. A delightful scent that never fails.
Mademoiselle
The perfect all-rounder: it lifts your mood and fits any occasion. Simple, pleasant, and reliable. Fruity citrus notes give way to sweet almonds and vanilla, keeping a hint of lemon at the base. It’s sweet and powdery, ideal for cold weather. Good projection and sillage; people sometimes ask what I’m wearing. Sweet without being cloying, I love it.

I love it. The bitter lime opening is addictive, followed by a semi-sweet almond that makes me want to spray it all over my body. It’s true that it doesn’t last long, but it’s super versatile and boosts your mood. A classic that’s always welcome.

Smells incredible, but the longevity is a disappointment; a body splash lasts longer. I love Burberry scents, but something is off in their formulations. I wouldn’t buy it again, though I do really like it.

I tried a sample: fresh lime opening blending with dry almonds and warmth. At first (15 mins), I sense something masculine and woody, but then it sweetens and becomes feminine. It’s not youthful, it’s versatile, and not gourmand. It reminds me of Armani Code Donna and Versace Crystal Noir for that mysterious yet polished vibe. Moderate sillage and 6 hours on skin. I liked it more the second time; worth trying, but don’t buy blindly.

Santa brought it to me, and I loved it from Christmas day. Lime and pear opening; the lime persists through the dry-down while the pear fades. Once dried, the sugary almonds and vanilla add warmth without being heavy. Moderate sillage (about a meter). Medium longevity, around 6 hours, but for the affordable price (~30€), it’s great. Even though it was a gift, I’d buy it again.

It has nothing in my collection that compares to it, it’s unique! I love citrus, and the first blast of lime is strong and direct. Then the almonds come out, smelling like a lemon sponge cake. It’s gorgeous and lasts for many hours. I adore this brand.

I bought it blindly in 100ml after reading a lot. Upon application, a noticeable but not piercing citrus that yields to a nice, almond-like sweetness. It’s a curious and pretty blend: seems citrusy at first but changes quickly. It’s sweet without being gourmand, fresh without being pure citrus, and easy to wear. I use it for work and get compliments; it’s noticeable. It’s a perfect modern classic. I recommend it 100%.

The opening is a hyper-realistic lime, but that’s where the freshness ends. It has too much almond in the top, the lime should last longer on its own. The caramelized almond heart is nice, but the extra sugar with the lime could smell like burnt rubber to some. The base notes are perfect; this is the first time I’ve noticed cedar in a feminine scent. Winter powerhouse, potent and long-lasting. Be careful with sprays, it’s intense. If you like it, try Yves Rocher’s Cuir de Nuit, with cocoa and very cozy.
Loba blanca
I bought it blindly online along with three others at low prices. Huge disappointment: it smells like a light cologne that evaporates in minutes. The opening is very masculine and the faint almonds disappear quickly. For me, it’s a ghost perfume. I suppose it just doesn’t match my pH. What a pity, 100ml left to sit unused.

The 2022 version feels like the original from 2003 but isn’t identical. It’s more citrusy; I don’t hate it, but it doesn’t captivate me like the old one did. I don’t get why they reformulate—happened to me with Guess by Marciano too.
Perfumiris
I’m completely in love with this fragrance. On my skin, lime dominates at first until it dries down to a mouth-watering note; I reapply it whenever I can because I adore that clean, creamy, sparkling citrus scent. Perfect for spring and summer, the only downside is I think the longevity doesn’t last past 2-3 hours (I’ve had to reapply). I can’t stop getting compliments wherever I go; it has a nice trail beyond the arm but isn’t invasive or annoying. I think everyone will love it. Great discovery bought blind just based on reviews.

It made my list thanks to several recommendations. I generally like this house’s perfumes, so I didn’t hesitate to grab a sample as soon as I could. I’d summarize it as citrusy, slightly sweet, almond, and vanilla. I’d define the sweetness as dry, featuring citrus fruits and green almonds. I love it; it’s a lovely, versatile fragrance for everyday wear. On me, it has good projection or at least lasts all day, though after six hours the intensity fades. I recommend it; I feel anyone would like it. Plus, it’s super cheap in my country.

I wish I had gotten this when it was supposedly more long-lasting. I love the scent, but the longevity is limited and the sillage is small. I have a 2021 version. The lime and almond opening is unmatched and very rich, with a sharp, rough tone that I really like; that continues before adding vanilla and sweetening the perfume a bit more. It smells clean and is a true all-rounder if you don’t know what to wear. I’ve worn it all year, mainly during the day, but I think it stands out at work because it’s friendly to other people’s noses. I’ve bought a second bottle because I spray a lot. I love its versatility; it makes choosing among so many perfumes easy, and I’m always satisfied.

To my nose, it’s a slightly almond-sweet lemon. It lasts perfectly through a workday (6-8 hours). It doesn’t leave a huge trail, but you can definitely notice it. I find it versatile; it’s a scent that’s pleasing and doesn’t invade. All good, but I absolutely hate the bottle, lol.

I was looking for a casual daily perfume. I have Quatre, but that’s more floral; 212, but that’s more powdery; Chanel, but that’s very elegant; and a Dior that doesn’t last. I tried many others I didn’t have yet, but they were all missing something. I like citrus, but my skin hates them; they turn into a disgusting smell. However, this one, even though it says lemon, turns fresh on my skin. What was missing in the other samples was a clean scent, which I assume comes from the peony and cedar, juicy sugar pear without being cloying. I’d lie if I said I smell the almond because I can’t stand that blend at all. Edit: The scent felt familiar to me; today I realized it’s the innocent son, the daytime version of Armani Code for Woman… (clarifying that my Burberry is the reformulated version).
Beli Suárez
I love its aroma; it’s sweet but not cloying, though on my skin it only lasts an hour.
Lmiranda19
It doesn’t resemble the 2003 version at all. The current one just makes me feel like drinking a very sugary lemonade with patchouli (because this version has patchouli, I don’t know to what degree, but it does). It’s still versatile, but unfortunately, it’s not even half of what it used to be.

I’m a lover of ultra-sweet fragrances. But it’s been pretty hot in my country lately, and some of them become overwhelming. That’s why I asked for a recommendation in a Facebook group for a fragrance that was ‘sweet but citrusy,’ and they recommended this one, which I found at my local perfumerie. It’s exactly what I was looking for. It’s refined, elegant, and wearable. Despite being simple (I smell sweet lime with vanilla), it seems to smell like an expensive perfume. I think it’s very versatile and can be worn in any season, day or night. It has great longevity and moderate sillage.
