I used the classic XS a lot and didn’t notice major changes with the 2018 version. Maybe it’s a bit less complex to fit new trends, but its soul is still there, that herbal note of the classic. I think it’s a marketing strategy to boost classics since One Million and Invictus are oversaturated. In my opinion, Paco Rabanne should stop making flankers and create something new; they feel very stuck in the past, though I must admit their history has created magnificent fragrances.
I have the 2018 batch and, frankly, it has lost almost everything except the name. It’s disappointing and I wouldn’t buy it again because it’s a waste of money; it doesn’t even last an hour on clothes. I know it’s original, so it’s not a fake. There are others that cost half as much and are better. It’s a pity it was my favorite; I don’t know if it’s the reformulation or Puig’s reputation for messing things up. Sad but real.
I wore this for a long time and it smells exactly like the original, but the longevity has been destroyed. From the first spray, you can tell it won’t last: not even an hour on skin and a bit more on clothes. It’s a shame they ruined such a good fragrance.
I had the 2011 version, and it was a very masculine, strident fragrance with that 90s touch well marked. Very good longevity and projection back then; this is the distant shadow of what the previous one was. Anyway, it remains a pleasant scent to the nose.
That Antonio Puig house, every perfume they release is a disaster. What a disgusting line of perfumes they launch to the market; the inspirations from my neighborhood turn out better.
Nothing special. I was looking for a scent that reminded me of the classic XS, and it doesn’t have it. It doesn’t last long, and the smell isn’t what I expected.

At first, it smells like lots of mint with bergamot, like a fresh breath with a slight touch of talc. It’s quite masculine, not elegant, but rather casual or for a very relaxed date. I really like the scent; it suits young adults better. It doesn’t have much personality, but it’s so pleasant you don’t miss it.

This perfume proves there are scents that smell good on paper but not the same on skin. On blotting paper, I thought it was fresh and pleasant, even considered buying it, but oh! when I tested it on my skin… what a horrible smell, too green and grating. What I appreciate most is the rosemary, juniper berries, geranium, and oakmoss. It’s potent, two sprays fill a room, but honestly, it’s not for me. Perfect for spring and day!
Let’s get straight to the point. For me, at 15, it was a blind buy. I based it on reviews here, thinking it was for high school prep, but it’s more for college. Sorry to young ‘old money’ 20-year-olds, like Luismi boys. At first, you notice the green notes, that citrus combo embraced by that foamy metallic note. Then it opens up with cilantro and fences; I can’t smell the rest if you’re close to it. In short: high school buddies, think before you buy. It’s great for them, not so much for others. I wear it as my signature scent to freshen up with 6 sprays daily in this dog heat. A perfume that hits the 3 B’s: good, beautiful, and cheap for uni guys.

Then it opens up with cilantro and fences; the rest is barely noticeable. Conclusion: think before buying if you’re in high school. It’s great for those hot days with 6 sprays daily. The 2018 XS version is very similar to Himalaya by Creed. I own both; Himalaya is a bit more citrusy, but essentially they are the same, sharing that metallic touch. I think it’s worth buying this XS for the price compared to Creed. It lasts well on skin, maybe not as much projection, but it lasts about 6 hours. Nothing sweet, rugged, green, metallic… very 90s style.
This fragrance is very similar to Green Irish Tweed by Creed.
Pleasant, clean, fresh, green, and rich aroma, with a very light woody touch. It’s versatile for spring, summer, and even autumn sometimes. I use it for outdoor hangouts or informal situations, and also for study to smell fresh. It works for any age. Scent: 8, Longevity: 6.4, Projection: 4.7, Price: 7, Value: 5, Rating: 6.2.

It’s not a fragrance that stands out in anything; it’s quite fleeting. While it doesn’t bother anyone, don’t expect compliments. I got it at a great price, so that’s the only reason it’s worth having. It gives a sense of neatness (proper attire). Is it worth going crazy over? No, it’s not very necessary in the collection. It can go unnoticed, quite casual.
It’s not a fragrance that stands out at all; quite fleeting. It’s not annoying, but you won’t get compliments wearing it. I bought it at a good price, so it’s worth it.
