I don’t know why I write reviews, but this perfume has nothing to do with the promised notes. I doubt they’re selling me a cheap copy because there’s no trace of the earthy or woody scent they advertise. It smells super blue and floral, with a watery touch and maybe a hint of wood. The bad part is it doesn’t last at all.

Today I’m giving it a second chance and admit I actually like it. I sprayed it at 8 AM and at noon it’s still strong, especially on my t-shirt. What I notice most is the wood, then the gin, and a bit of violet that just accompanies. Labdanum gives it creaminess. It smells like a luxury furniture workshop, with the scent of fine woods, dyes, and new leather.

I tested it three times before buying. I liked the penetrating, spicy wood and sweet alcohol scent, so I couldn’t resist an online deal. But at home, when I tried it on my skin, the gin and floral mix overpowers everything and doesn’t let me enjoy that woody oriental vibe. It’s not bad, but I shouldn’t have rushed to buy it… my own fault.
