  Finally! It’s been added! My all-time favorite fragrance! I haven’t tried the current batches yet and don’t know if they reformulated it, but I loved that 80s Tactics. For comparison: if L’Eau d’Issey smells like coastal Japanese shrubs, this Shiseido Tactics smells like the deep Japanese forest. They classify it as ‘Woody Green’ and that’s true, though it also fits the Aromatic Fougère category, except the latter lacks the woody touch. In my 80s bottles, I swore it smelled of cinnamon, though now I’m not so sure. Thanks FRAGANTICA for adding the profile to my soul fragrance.

  Review of the vintage EDT: smells clean, like high-quality green detergent and florals, with nothing synthetic or artificial. It’s a super comfortable and addictive fragrance, too bad the longevity and sillage are low on my skin.

  A green Enigma that caught me from the very first sniff. It’s not a scrubby bush green, but rather a soft, talc-like touch with a so clean opening it almost smells like baby powder. As it dries, the pine and oakmoss balance everything out, blending with a special, bitter citrus that isn’t like a soda at all—it reminds me more of the yuzu in L’Eau D’Issey or the lime in Amalfi. The only downside is the longevity, but since I have the cologne version, I can’t ask for more.
