Fruity, easygoing, carefree, and happy. On my skin, it’s a cocktail of ripe fruits with a fresh spicy touch at the start, then turns sweet without being cloying. I detect mandarin and quandong (Australian peach). As it dries, jasmine stands out over a silky, woody base. Not very complex but addictive. I see it as unisex, though more for women, ideal for any age and occasion, especially informal summer days. My partner loves it. Performance is moderate: projects well for the first two hours, then becomes intimate and fades from skin after 5-6 hours (lasts longer on hair and clothes). Compared to Pas ce Soir, Sunset Hour is younger, fresher, and playful; the other is more mature, sensual, and sweet. They aren’t similar, and both fit in the collection. I’d wear Sunset during the day and Pas ce Soir at night. It’s not groundbreaking or polarizing, but it has a silky, creamy quality I adore. My head told me to doubt if it was worth it, but my heart bought it the day after testing it.
Smells absolutely delicious: fruity with a lovely floral drydown. It’s not challenging or niche; it’s made to please everyone, with average designer performance. I see it as eminently feminine; the unisex angle doesn’t work for me. It smells good, but there are cheaper designer options that perform just as well.
I love it; it’s the summer version of Hundred Silent Ways. The opening is vibrant and exciting, but the drydown is disappointing—it smells like designer. I almost bought the bottle, but with so many drops, I switched to Pacific Rock Moss; it’s less exciting but way more consistent.
I simply can’t smell it! I read many reviews and bought it blind. I was super excited because it promised to be an effeminate, fresh fruity floral, but to be honest, I only notice a tiny bit of wood and that’s it. I don’t know if it’s my nose or the perfume. I think I wasted my money.
Simply don’t perceive it! I read many reviews and bought it blindly. I was very excited because I read it was an effeminate, fresh fruity-floral, but to be honest, I only perceive a bit of the woody note, and that’s it. I don’t know if it’s my nose or the perfume. I think I wasted my money.
I find it quite unisex, leaning more towards masculine. It’s a soft, sweet scent like candied orange, woods, and a touch of floral. It reminds me a lot of Victoria Secret’s ‘Orange Meadow’ autumn body mist. It has the same candied orange/grapefruit note.
It comes out very fruity and acidic with raspberries and tangerine; it reminds me of something similar to rhubarb, so juicy it makes you drool. It’s too strident for me, very feminine. Very sparkling and bold.
I like it. On my skin, it smells like tangerine and quandong, and I also detect the raspberry. It’s sparkling, cheerful, and youthful. It doesn’t have a surprising development, nor is longevity its strong suit, but it’s that typical perfume where people always tell you you smell good and projects a happy, young girl vibe. Given the price, the longevity should be higher, but it’s still worth it. I see it as very suitable for spring and summer.
Sunset Hour 🌅. I detect a predominant raspberry note that becomes acidic and sparkling when mixed with pink pepper and ginger. Over time, it smells like sweet wood, probably due to the sandalwood and benzoin. I bought it because I didn’t have anything like that in my collection: a summer scent without being citrusy, but over time it became a bit heavy for me, even feeling somewhat masculine at times. I don’t dislike it, but it hasn’t won me over. Scent: ☀️☀️☀️ Longevity: ☀️☀️☀️.
I love that when I apply it, I feel ‘sparkling’—it leaves that bubbly champagne sensation on the skin, like I’m at a cocktail bar after work sipping a mimosa with red fruits, especially raspberry, and sweet tangerine. It gives off a warmth like sunlight, warm but like a summer sunset. Although many see it as a daytime scent, I consider it excellent for summer evenings, for going out with friends for a drink and surprising the night with laughter and long chats; that’s when it shines best, having the sweetness and warmth to wrap you up in the late afternoon/evening. It projects well at one meter for the first two hours, then drops down to your personal space, but even though it fades, it stays there until past seven hours.
I love that when I apply it, I feel ‘sparkling,’ like I have that bubbly champagne sensation on my skin. I feel like I’m at a cocktail bar after work with a mimosa, featuring berry notes, mainly raspberry, and sweet mandarin. It gives warmth, like rays of sun, but that heat of a summer sunset. Although many see it as a daytime scent, I consider it excellent for summer evenings, for going out with friends for a drink and surprising the night with laughter and long chats. It shines best at night, when its sweetness and warmth hug you perfectly. Smells identical to Loewe Solo Eau de Toilette, except this one lacks the cotton candy note and is slightly less sweet. It starts very fruity and sparkling, but over time it becomes just as sweet as Loewe; at times it’s cloying and feels a bit heavy for a summer fragrance.
It’s a Sunset Hour, but not by the sea—rather like a cocktail at a summer sunset: sweet yet fresh. I think this house has beautiful communication in their perfumes; the bottles and the aura they exude are simple and attractive at the same time. It smells like sweet fruit, with tangerine at the start that transitions to sweeter fruits (the raspberry isn’t the leather-type from Ombré Nomade, but a sweet little raspberry; there’s a vanilla note in the base mentioned in the notes, though you don’t smell it strongly). If you love sweet perfumes in winter, this is perfect for summer, far from classic marine notes or commercial citrus blasts. I perceive it as unisex; maybe there are feminine notes, but I don’t see a strong bias like in the women’s Coral Fantasy, so don’t hesitate if you’re a man and you like it 🙂
The fragrance is fruity from start to finish: it begins tropical and fresh (like a breakfast of melon, papaya, or watermelon) and ends with a creamy dessert vibe, perfect for spring, autumn, and daytime. It’s unisex, but if I may say: for women, it’s fresh during the day; for men, in cooler weather and at night, it turns sweet and sexy. The longevity is great on me, but it projects very little after two hours. (8/10)
Very fruity from the start: it goes from a fresh tropical breakfast (melon, papaya, watermelon) to a creamy dessert, perfect for spring, autumn, and daytime. It’s fairly unisex, though I’d recommend it for women for fresh daytime wear and for men on cool nights, where it turns sweet and sexy. The longevity is great, but the projection is very weak after the first two hours (8/10).
Smells super summery, like you’re at the beach. Although it’s marketed for women, it works great for me as a man too, as long as you don’t mind sweet perfumes for the heat. Reminds me of a refreshing coastal drink—rich and beachy.
