I was dying to try this because of ‘This Is Her,’ but it left me cold: starts with a citrus-fruit blend of grapefruit and pear, then fresh aquatic rose and peony, settling into clean, perfumed laundry. It dries down better with nut and wood notes, but the rose dominates on my skin and is my least favorite; the hazelnut and whipped cream are barely noticeable. It reminds me more of ‘Mon Guerlain Sparkling Bouquet’ than ‘This Is Her,’ which is way more of a bomb, creamy, and special. This one is floral, cheerful, and soft, but with low sillage and only about two hours of longevity. Very disappointing: it smells nice, but the notes don’t blend, it doesn’t captivate me, and it’s not memorable, so I won’t be buying it.
