  • I own the entire TRILOGY of this SAGA, and each one is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING—truly niche, distinctive scents. The GREEN DEER “SAFEER” is the FRESHEST of the three; it instantly reminded me of GREEN HERBS like CORIANDER or OREGANO with hints of LIME. It’s incredibly EXQUISITE and UNIQUE. Of course, you’ll SMELL different from everyone else, and I LOVE that. It evokes the era of THE THREE WISE MEN, making it perfect for KINGS DAY in JANUARY—it radiates MAGIC and that lush GREEN of freshly cut GRASS. It’s not commercial, but it’s not CHALLENGING either; it’s just uncommon, and most people generally don’t get it. Personally, I LOVE it just as much as AMEER and WAZEER. I adore smelling different. 9/10.

  • A rare fragrance. At first, it smells like Lemon Pie. After an hour, it turns green, becoming barely woody once it dries. The first half-hour isn’t to my liking, but afterward, it becomes more sophisticated and grows on me. I didn’t think it was for summer because the vanilla is too prominent; I see it more as a SPRING, AUTUMN, or WINTER scent.

  • People will tell me it’s weird, but if you’ve ever eaten lemon pie, that’s exactly what it smells like at first. Once it dries down, it becomes softer… but it’s very sweet for my taste. Glad I bought a decant instead of the full bottle. I preferred Wazeer and Ameer, without a doubt.

I went to an Arab perfumery and on the first spray, I said ‘wow’—it was like an explosion of nature. At first, I was immersed in a deep forest with bergamot and mint, a green shock of pure pleasure. Then the heart emerged: a wild, animalic punch with dense musk. I felt a slight arousal, maybe even some phenotypes; it’s different from anything else. In the end, I woke up to soft wood and vanilla. I recommend it for open spaces, night outings, or dates—not for enclosed offices because it can be overwhelming. It’s a sensory journey. It seems masculine, perfect for someone seeking sophistication but outside the norm. The emerald velvet bottle with the deer head already gives you clues.

  • To my nose, it smells like a sophisticated person; it’s delicious. It’s not a scent for the masses, but it’s impressive—like a little herbal green lemon dessert. My wife wore it with The Serpent by Maison Alhambra, and she smelled exquisite.

  • Pendragon

A citrusy, aromatic, and sweet masterpiece—truly a joy to smell, and I’ve received compliments, though I understand it’s not for everyone since it’s not a basic scent.

  • Luchopetroff

Initial impression: citrusy and green. After 15 minutes, cumin appears. As hours pass, the woods emerge and dominate the dry-down. I loved the aroma; it has real personality. Longevity: I applied one spray at 1 PM, and the next day at 3 PM, after showering, I could still smell it right on my skin. Excellent longevity for such a small amount. Projection and Sillage: Haven’t evaluated this correctly yet; I’ll keep testing. Context: It’s not casual wear; it demands at least a button-down shirt. Ideal for afternoons and nights. Above 30°C, I’m hesitant, but I’ll give it a try. Conclusion: Safeer surprised me in the best way. It has character, impressive longevity, and performs amazingly with little product. First impression was very positive.

To Noble Safeer: A distinctive niche fragrance that will make you stand out. I see it for days under 30 degrees, perfect for afternoons and nights with friends. It literally smells like lemon gummies—if you’ve tried those little lemon candies, it’s that: sweet with herbal touches. It’s very linear; I don’t notice any shift between the opening and dry-down; it stays consistent. DO NOT BUY BLIND if you’re not already in the niche world, because you won’t like it. Packaging: Simple cardboard with a nice velvet finish (8.5). Bottle: Glass lined with suede, unique, topped with a heavy, eye-catching deer head stopper (9.0). Atomizer: Regular to poor, low power (6.5). Longevity: Lasts 4-5 hours on my skin, plus two extra sprays right on the skin. It macerates but doesn’t increase aroma or longevity; you can feel it at the sixth hour, but by the seventh, it’s hard to detect (8.2). Projection: One meter away in the first hour (8.0). Sillage: A bit weak, but noticeable when you pass by (8.0). Compliments: Haven’t received any, but people ask because it’s so different (7.5). Price: $20, super accessible (9.5). Conclusion: Versatile except for formal events; no problem for everything else. Normal longevity of 6-7 hours and very distinctive. Final rating: 8.2

  • To my nose, it smells more like unlisted lemon than bergamot. The green bottle is a nice nod to lemon, complemented by green notes, spices, and incense. It’s a pleasant aroma, though not captivating, and it doesn’t draw compliments (if that’s what you’re looking for). Good projection and longevity.

  • I admit, I bought four bottles just in case it gets discontinued. Even though I haven’t finished the first one yet, every use surprises me. It’s a blend of freshness, sweetness, spices, and a touch of acidity. The bergamot starts vibrant and sparkling before merging into a spiced, woody base. It lasts about eight hours; it projects well at first, creating an enveloping trail, then becomes intimate and close to the skin. It doesn’t change much over time, which I like—it keeps that forest vibe. If you like oud, layer it with Lattafa’s Oud for Glory: Safeer on top complements that sophisticated scent perfectly.

  • To me, it’s a very synthetic and cloying lemonade, like the old green syrup bottles you mixed with water. It also has a notable herbal touch. I waited a year hoping oxidation would improve it, but it remains just as unpleasant. I don’t know about the performance; the most I lasted without washing it off was a couple of hours.

  • Ren Majestic

The opening is intense: sweet, green, citrusy, and spicy, all synthetic and somewhat unappealing. It’s like drinking a Coca-Cola with herbs, maybe a Jagger. The bottle is beautiful, velvet with a metal cap, but up close, the logo isn’t centered and the letters aren’t aligned. It’s like having a great idea poorly executed. I didn’t like it, and honestly, it doesn’t call to me at all.

  • ElLocoDeLosPerfumes

Addictive and smelling like Cinzano vermouth, a very particular scent I’ve never encountered in any perfume before.

  • At first, you feel the citrus of the bergamot with very green notes. As it dries down, the sweetness (nuts) kicks in, smelling like lemon cake. I don’t perceive the wood, but maybe it’s just not noticeable in the combination. It doesn’t cause olfactory fatigue; it’s long-lasting but challenging. UPDATE 04/23/25: After months of oxidation, it has improved tremendously. Now I do notice the wood behind the bergamot; the herbal notes are still there, but things have improved or the perfume has evolved. Worth it. UPDATE 11/24/25: Layering with Al Noble Safeer and Encre Noire Sport. Safeer opens deliciously, like a lemon dessert with an herbal celery note. When combined with ENS, that greenness softens; the fresh, clean vetiver corrects the green phase, leaving a balanced, masculine, and easy scent for warm climates. It lasts 7-9 hours with good projection from two sprays. This blend improves Safeer without taking away its freshness.

  • Gastón Hernándo collado

Honestly, it’s a bomb: sweet citrus, lots of green, herbs, wood, and a sharp, balanced attack that makes it quirky and elegant. It’s a distinct scent that pleasantly surprised me. If you overspray, it gets cloying and overwhelms the senses, but it’s an excellent fragrance.

  • I bought it blindly because it looked like Oud for Happiness by Initio, and the moment I sprayed it, it was something unique that transported me out of the city like a Harry Potter teleporter. I found myself in a dense pine forest with recent rain and mist, all dew; in the background, a goat with its deep urea scent, amidst a patch of cilantro waiting for the victim wearing that animal and green aroma. It boils down to green, animal, and more green. There isn’t enough green in a palette to draw it; it’s Arabic perfumery taking an underexplored aspect to the extreme. Ideal for impact in daytime meetings, like when you want to be ‘the goat that pees the most.’ OXIDATION UPDATE: After two months in the shadows, it changed a lot. It no longer smells like a pine forest or has that animal part, but it’s still a ‘wuaaaaoo.’ The opening is intense lemon caramel, the kind you’d serve in glass bowls, transporting you to childhood with its sour taste and brown sugar, making you scrunch your face. As it dries, the citrus lowers and black pepper and cilantro with sugar appear. By four hours, notes of sweet wood, patchouli, and incense soften the initial tension. It’s for daytime events unrelated to food due to its potency. Moderate to powerful trail, eternal longevity of over 12 hours; if you want to take it off, you might as well amputate. Buy blindly for spicy, woody citrus. For those over 30, it’s not a youthful citrus like Lacoste; it’s warm and woody.

  • I really dislike this perfume, even though I love difficult ones like Interlude. With this one, there’s no point; I can’t wear it for more than half an hour, and it overwhelms me to an extreme level. But I’ll give it another chance; I see the reviews and think I must be wrong, so I’ll try it again…

  • Lattafa’s Safeer is one of those perfumes that, without being a masterpiece, knows how to play its cards very well. At first glance, you don’t expect much for the price, but Safeer delivers more than it promises. It’s not the perfume that changes your life, but for what you pay, it’s solid, has body, and nuances that compete with more expensive ones. The first notes are a sweet, jovial fruity burst, playful without being cloying. Gradually, a spicy, warm layer emerges with a crafty touch and a stable woody base. Is it revolutionary? No. Is it worth the cost? Undoubtedly. It’s like that simple suit you bought without high expectations and ended up wearing more than planned because it feels comfortable. You won’t impress luxury fans, but you won’t go unnoticed either. For those seeking something accessible, with character and good performance on cool nights or in autumn, it fulfills its function. It doesn’t define your style, but it accompanies you faithfully without pretensions, and sometimes that’s all you need. Safeer leaves you with the feeling of having made a good move without spending more than necessary.

  • Acidic, astringent, sweet, and spicy all at once, with a hint of medicinal herbs. Intense all on its own. I was looking for a ‘distinct’ fougere, and wow, it is. Some won’t like it or find it cloying, but if you like it, it can be addictive. Currently one of my favorites.

  • I’ve had this fragrance for a while. The moment I smelled it, I was fascinated. It smells green, like a forest. It’s perfect for walks under trees or in parks so as not to overwhelm the natural setting; it smells like caramelized plants. It belongs to the Fougère Spicy family, where fern and green notes take center stage, with a soft caramel base. I wore it once at a craft beer expo; it lasted all day outdoors. The impact was so strong that every time I wear it now, I’m reminded of that day of drunkenness with my wife (which was great), so now it’s my ‘beer’ perfume. I love wearing it on days I have a beer. Hope this helps; for the price, it’s a bargain—you can’t ask for more.

  • Hi, I’m sharing my take because it’s not what they say. It’s a citrus-caramel scent, very long-lasting and makes a statement. It’s great; my husband loved it more than other hyped ones. It’s truly undervalued. It’s 100% masculine. A beast, really. Excellent. 100/10.

  • Very rich fragrance. It’s different because the citrus is sweet, like a lemon pie. Great longevity, projection, and trail.

  • My favorite fragrance. I won’t go on because I’m not an expert, but since a friend let me test it among 15 others, it was love at first sight. If you like being different and citrus, this is your perfume.

  • At first, I liked it just for being different. It has more than it seems; within the first half-hour, the development shows. It reminds me a bit of Germaine’s vetiver, which I don’t particularly like, but here it seems to work better. It must be the hyssop; I’ve never identified it before. It has a sweet touch that doesn’t fully convince me, but it’s not excessive; the patchouli adds a subtle, addictive acidity. I do recognize the guaiac wood; it adds creaminess without killing the spicy character. I like this weird thing. High versatility, ridiculous price, standout longevity, and almost niche differentiation. It’s challenging, of course, but that’s what we’re here for. Update: Wearing this Safeer more often, I’m detecting an undeclared saffron note with increasing intensity; for some reason, I now see it as the core of the fragrance.

  • Ugh, I tried it the other day. The blotter still smelled the second day. It lasts too long, but the scent didn’t convince me. I didn’t sense any lemon or bergamot, or at least they were very blended. I’m not sure if it’s the hyssop I didn’t like or something that lingers that I don’t like and becomes sweet or sticky like most Arab fragrances. It’s a beast; it lasts long and projects, but you have to test it well on skin and see how it develops. It’s not for everyone.

  • Mikereyvar10

A different scent. It’s not the typical perfume where smelling the opening makes you fall in love, or at least that was my experience. The first day, it felt weird to me; I didn’t like it much. The scent I perceived was green struggling with woods and spices to see who would dominate; that phase isn’t my favorite. As it dries down, it becomes delicious, sweeter, less green. As an anecdote, I swore my wife wouldn’t like it at all. One day I applied it at 11 am; I saw her at 7 pm, and she said, ‘You smell delicious, dad, you just put it on, is it Layton, isn’t it?’ I was like :O haha. First off, the potency is incredible because I almost couldn’t smell it and never had to reapply. As for the similarity to Layton, in my opinion, they have nothing to do with each other, but she loved it. Anyway, as many reviews mention, it’s a different scent. In my opinion, it’s worth it, but you should try it first and give it a few chances.

  • Jaime Ramírez

I’ve tried it several times at a perfumery, and honestly, it’s delicious and lasts very well; even after showering, you can still smell it close to the skin. It’s for fresh or warm days, super herbal and fresh. It’s worth it.

  • I bought this perfume by mistake. I don’t know the Initio fragrance this one is inspired by, but this citrus scent with incredible trail and longevity… it’s a unique, different aroma that everyone likes.

  • morenoparfum

The best spicy citrus I’ve ever tried, almost at a niche level. The opening is warm lemon and bergamot with a spicy kick that projects for meters. My wife says it smells like freshly cut grass. I wear it a lot in summer and people really appreciate it, getting compliments all the time. Perfect for open spaces, nothing for the office. The luxurious velvet bottle with premium finishes deserves a spot on your shelf. Excellent quality and price.

  • This perfume is beast mode. I call it ‘the coriander one’ because when it dries on my skin, it smells exactly like crushing seeds in a mortar. It’s insanely rich, intense, and lasts forever. If you spill it on your coat, you’re screwed xD

  • Very well-developed, I’d even say it smells niche. It’s not something I’m used to, so for now I wouldn’t wear it. I didn’t like it, but maybe in a few years, once I learn more, I’ll grow on it.

  • A very interesting and different fragrance, but MUY HARD to wear. The hyssop note is too dense, smelling like freshly cut cilantro and celery. Not everyone will like it. Worth trying just to relax and feel like you’re walking through a forest or chopping wood. I don’t recommend buying it blindly because it smells like a forest goblin’s prepared salad, dressed with its own juices. The presentation is beautiful, wrapped in velvet with a heavy metal cap. Best to go for its siblings, Ameer or Wazeer, instead.

  • Lattafa Al Noble Safeer: To each their own… I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, but to be honest, the quality is noticeable, yet I just can’t handle this one. It smells like green caramel, like medicine or ointment, and it’s truly repulsive to me. I can’t see any occasion to wear it, hot or cold, day or night. It has its fans, I gave it several chances, but nothing changed; every time I smelled it, it became more unpleasant. I even tried it as a room spray and still couldn’t stand it, so I gifted it to someone at work I don’t like. As they say… it’s not you, it’s me who doesn’t appreciate it. Anyway, we’re not obligated to like everything. Scent: Not to my liking. Projection: Good. Longevity: Good. Recommendation: Try before buying, it’s not an easy fragrance.

  • Interesting scent with great longevity and a perfect presentation, but I feel the caramel and citrus notes don’t quite blend well together.

  • A creamy, spiced lemon that is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!. Not for summer, but it’s perfect for evening wear.

  • A charming and distinct fragrance, something different from the rest thanks to its green notes combined with incense and amber, which are the ones I detect the most. Thanks, Lattafa.

  • Thanks to this fragrance, I got rid of one of my favorites; it’s strikingly similar to Oud for Happiness, obviously with lower quality, but the DNA is identical. It has amazing longevity and doesn’t ask anything of Initio.
