A very elegant perfume with intense opening notes that slowly fade. In the dry down, the woods leave a sweet impression thanks to tonka bean, musk, amber, and styrax. In my opinion, it’s for men over 25. A bit heavier for winter, though the top notes are fresh and classic (lavender, bergamot, Amalfi lemon). The heart notes are what set it apart from other fragrances; while the base notes are common, they have a distinct sophistication here. Ideal for special occasions, weddings, or formal outings. Longevity is excellent, lasting over 12 hours; the sillage is moderate and can be heavy if overapplied (not recommended). Also, a great option for those seeking non-mass-market scents, as in my country (Chile) I haven’t seen it in big stores, only in select perfumeries. If you like fragrances like V&A’s Midnight in Paris or similar, this could be your pick.

From the first moment, it smells a bit cloying and very creamy; what stands out most is the musk, with hints of African orange blossom, tonka bean, and styrax. It stays this way for the first three hours, then evolves as if I had applied Le Male (sorry, I almost said Le Maricone). On my skin, it lasted 9 hours: the first 4 with moderate sillage and the next 5 clinging to the body. Suitable for any weather and for those over 25. Is it masculine? Yes, though it seems similar to Volupté, which is for women, but with more resemblance to Le Male. Another one I’ll be gifting this Christmas!
