A classic white floral over wood and honey sweetness; the peach and a dirty jasmine shine with aldehydes, evoking a fruity, rustic Chanel No. 5. It has nothing to do with LOVE dont be shy, which is sweeter and caramel-heavy—delicious but different. Reckless is more classic with that dirty sweetness, though it reminds me of a mix of Forbidden Games and Voulez Coucher Avec Moi, or even better, Zoologist’s Hummingbird with white flowers and spicy honey. I see it as unisex, great for daily wear, with excellent balance: Scent 7.5, Longevity 8.5, Sillage 6, Value 5, Versatility 7, Uniqueness 7, Overall 8.
A classic white floral over a woody, sweet base with a honeyed touch. The peach is very noticeable alongside a quite dirty jasmine. The aldehydes make it shine and give it that classic vibe, like a fruity, dirty Chanel No. 5 as Panta says. I don’t get the comparisons to LOVE dont be shy; LOVE is much sweeter, with prominent, delicious caramel. While they share white florals, they have nothing in common. LOVE is a 10—addictive and for night—whereas Reckless is more classic with a dirtier sweetness. It reminds me of a mix of Forbidden Games and Voulez Coucher Avec Moi, but what evokes it most for me is Zoologist’s Hummingbird, with those white flowers and spicy honey. I see it as unisex, with a masculine edge, perfect for daily wear. Scent: 7.5, Longevity: 8.5, Sillage: 6, Value: 5, Versatility: 7, Uniqueness: 7, Overall: 8.
Tested in a Luckyscent vial, I dared to wear it in summer for an outdoor party. It has moderate sillage but excellent longevity; on my skin, it smells classic thanks to the aldehydes without feeling dated. What stands out most is a juicy, ripe peach, with flowers blending well and a base that adds depth without my inexperienced nose separating them. I loved it: it still wrapped around me like a cloud when I woke up. It’s pricey, but the quality justifies the cost. Happy I gave it a try.
I tested it in the middle of summer thanks to a Luckyscent vial. Despite the risky name, I absolutely loved it at an evening outdoor party. It has moderate sillage but excellent longevity. On my skin, it smells classic, probably due to the aldehydes, but not old. What stands out most is a juicy, ripe peach. The flowers blend well without any single one standing out, and the base notes add depth; my inexperienced nose couldn’t distinguish anything else. I loved it. It still felt like an enveloping cloud when I woke up. It’s expensive, but the quality justifies the price. Glad I tried it.
