Descripción
Q by Dolce & Gabbana Eau de Parfum Intense by Dolce&Gabbana is a women's fragrance from the floral family. Launched in 2024, this olfactory composition was created by Daphné Bugey. In its top notes, Sicilian lemon, Sicilian lime, and orange intertwine with jasmine, giving way to a floral-fruit heart where black cherry and heliotrope take center stage. The base settles on a warm, persistent backdrop of amber and woody notes.

😐 I don’t like either Q1 or Q2 from D&Q. In Intense, there’s a lemon at the start, then a cherry with alcohol for about 30 minutes, it fades, and leaves an amber dry down on the skin that’s very boring. If Zara released it, I’d think it’s fine, but not designer level. It lacks the magic of perfumery, where notes blend with your skin. Zero longevity and sillage.
Sweet and bold. It has an opening that’s between sweet and citrus, very similar to the traditional Q. A few minutes in, the heliotrope kicks in; it reminds me faintly of Lattafa’s Yara, but fresher. I don’t smell the amber even though it’s listed.
I liked Q but didn’t buy it because it only lasted half an hour. For me, these are summer perfumes, with the vibe of Light Blue but with that cherry twist. Intense goes down the same path, but instead of highlighting citrus, it features ripe cherry with a powdery touch—sweet but not heavy, perfect for high temperatures. It’s very versatile, and I hope to wear it more to see if it lasts longer.
Elegant, not sweet at all, powdery, and could easily be unisex. Cherry is very trendy right now, and I really like it.
I don’t know what to say about these reviews. I don’t smell any talc or cherry. It’s just another generic cocktail with no standout notes, nothing peculiar or surprising. Is this even a perfume? It feels like just another run-of-the-mill commercial scent.
I don’t understand the positive reviews. I smell neither talc nor cherry. It’s just another cocktail with no standout notes, nothing peculiar or surprising. Is it just another generic commercial perfume?
I love them, but I didn’t take any home because they faded in half an hour. They’re fresh summer scents, like Light Blue, but with a cherry twist that gives them a unique edge. Intense follows that vibe, though instead of citrus, ripe cherry takes center stage with a powdery note, probably from heliotrope. It’s sweet yet light, perfect for hot weather. Very versatile, and I hope to try it again to see if it lasts longer.
For me, this Q is the exact opposite of its predecessor, and I absolutely love it. I sense that subtle cherry from the previous one, but mixed with everything else, it becomes something fresher and less sweet than other fruity perfumes. I’m not sure if I’d buy it outright, but it’s possible; I need to wear it more because at first, I really like it. It resembles the first Q, follows its line, but in my opinion, it’s vastly improved.
I tested it in a store and I can say that… when I finish my La Petite Robe Noire EDT, I will definitely replace it with this one.
The cherry is more noticeable, it’s sweeter, the opening is less acidic, and it lasts a bit longer than the original. It’s creamier, deeper, and darker; it adheres to the skin beautifully without being overwhelming. It’s very elegant and suitable for warm weather.
You can tell the cherry is more prominent; it’s sweeter, the opening isn’t as acidic, it lasts a bit longer than the original, it’s creamier, deeper, and darker; it adheres to the skin in a very lovely way, it’s not overwhelming, very versatile and suitable for warm weather.
It’s incredible that neither the original nor this EDP smell like anything to me. Nothing. In this one, I did catch a faint scent deep down, something like rotten cherry. Could I have anosmia?
It’s incredible how the original version and this one, supposedly EDP, smell like nothing to me. Neither of them. On this one, I did feel a faint smell of rotten cherry very in the background. Am I anosmic?
It’s very rich; you can really feel the black cherry and the woody notes. Definitely sweeter than Q1. For the first 3 hours I did get compliments, good sillage. Then it lasts 5-8 hours with a more intimate sillage. It could easily be unisex.

It arrived as a birthday gift. I feel it’s more for spring or summer, but here in full autumn almost winter, it performs well. On skin it lasts almost 8 hours but on clothes until the next wash. It’s citrusy with hints of cherry and lemon. Casual and not intrusive. I’ve received compliments and I’m liking it. Just to clarify, I have terrible chemistry with perfumes, and curiously, this fragrance worked well for me.
What a beautiful perfume! It opens with juicy citrus bathed in the sweetness of ripe cherries, as if they were in syrup; they aren’t sharp or overly sweet like in Petite Robe Noire, it’s a gorgeous combination. Upon application, you can feel the powdery heliotrope, then the amber and woody notes appear, very perceptible. All this accompanied by citrus and cherry that never leave but soften elegantly. Fortunately, I don’t detect the jasmine. I’d say this fragrance describes subtlety. It has no great power or sillage, stays close to the skin, and has low longevity, unless you use half a bottle each time you apply. It lasts on clothes until the next day. I see it as daily wear because it doesn’t invade or overwhelm. It’s a very beautiful example that I wouldn’t buy again, but for a collection, the experience is great.
The first two times I wore it, I couldn’t smell anything. It has no sillage and stays very close to the skin. The first impression, very faint, reminded me of a riverside with wild blackberries and fig trees, a fresh place with lots of water. It seems they used too much water and it ended up very diluted. The dry down is sweet; you can detect the heliotrope. It’s a pretty scent, seems more natural than other D&G compositions, but I wouldn’t spend the money. It stays too close to the skin. For me, another NO along with Devotion from the same brand.
It smells divine… for a second. Then it’s like I’m wearing nothing at all.
The jasmine is very noticeable; this is definitely for evening wear. I’d give it a 7 out of 10.
I discovered Intense in a department store. It’s curious because, beyond thinking of cherry and citrus, it made me think of a wild flower that was in my grandmother’s house, a scent that brought back lovely memories. My husband really liked it; he thought it was natural and beautiful. When I got the chance, I bought about 30 ml at a bargain price to test it; if I liked it, I’d buy a big bottle. The big problem is that after 3 months, it projects nothing and doesn’t last on me. It smells delicious, a very nice spring-summer aroma, but even after months, it never quite lifts its performance. I spray up to 8 times and it lasts about 2.5 hours with a soft sillage, not projecting even at nearly 40 degrees. I’d wear it on a day with a headache or when my sense of smell is sensitive, because it’s so soft I barely perceive it myself, though if I just applied it and greet someone close by, they will smell it. Every skin is different, but I recommend trying it, buying a decant or small version to make sure it performs well on you. When I finish it, I don’t think I’ll repurchase; it’s a beautiful perfume, but its performance leaves a lot to be desired.
I first encountered Q Intense in a store. Although it smells of cherry and citrus, it reminded me of a wild flower from my grandmother, bringing back precious memories. My husband thought it smelled natural and pretty. I bought the 30ml at a bargain price to test it; if I liked it, I would buy more. After wearing it for 3 months, the major flaw is that it has no projection and doesn’t last on me. It smells delicious and is ideal for spring-summer, but its performance is lacking: with 8 sprays, it lasts 2.5 hours and the sillage is soft. It doesn’t project even at 104°F (40°C). I’d wear it if I had a headache or my sense of smell was sensitive, because I barely perceive it myself; only people passing by notice it. Every skin is different, but I recommend testing it or ordering a decant before spending money. It’s pretty, but its performance is disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll repurchase.
